Had a crack in the windshield on the way to Yellowstone. One phone call later they were able to squeeze us in first thing in the morning. Quick work and we were on our way. Friendly staff. Clean waiting room.

Topper window broken on our way to Oregon. They had our window fixed and we were back on the road by early the next morning!! Great people to work with!!

They quoted me nearly $100 less than what the final cost was, citing tax, a 3.5% credit card fee (who uses cash to buy a new windshield), as well as extra cost for using new molding when they knew there was a chance they wouldn t be able to use the old one. Quotes these days should be accurate, not a lowball price just to get your business.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They were great at getting our car in quickly and getting the windshield replacement done. I was a bit surprised, however, when I paid using a card and they tacked on another $19 without telling me until I was signing the receipt.

I called and asked for a piece of plexiglass the woman that I talk to said yes we can cut this for you throw down my name and the size of the plexiglass I've called the next day at 11:00 her first response is I have no idea when we can do it would you like to cancel the order I asked her why she would like to cancel the order she told me because I called everyday I called her twice wants to make the order and wants to see when it was going to be done the next day 24 hours later. I'm going to meet with her tomorrow morning to ask your why she cannot perform her job

Very good pricing. They did not seal the windshield all the way though. But one mistake over hundreds of customers is really good. It only cost me 275 to replace my windshield.

Wow service for my windshield was flawless and so easy thru the insurance company i was amazed. I don't know how you could ever give this glass company anything but 5 stars and if i could i would give them 6 stars. What a friendly group to deal with, and i will never go anywhere else for a repair on my vehicles or my house now. I am a life time customer for sure.

I made an appointment 3 weeks prior to get my windshield replaced. When I arrived for my appointment they were closed for a lunch break. After I waited an hour they showed up and got my car checked in. 2 hours later they called me to tell me they didn't have the materials required to replace my windshield. The services was terrible and was a waste of my time.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I cannot say if this is normal or not, but I had called and gotten a price for plexiglass, and was told it would be ready the next day. The following day the news in Cody was that plexiglass was a hot commodity due to the school system needing to make shields for the students. I called two days later and was told my plexiglass was not cut yet. When I explained I was leaving the state soon, they cut the glass, but I was charged more than double the quoted price. Unsure if this was because the original person I spoke with just didn't know the correct price or not, but in truth I just wanted to get my purchase and leave. I shouldn't have had to call when I placed an order, but I also should have gotten my quote written down. Product is fine.

My experience with Big Horn Glass has been a mixed one. The shower glass doors that they have installed have been nicely done. However my experience with them and building some screens for me, not so happy. Gave them a set of drawings, yet they were still unable to make me a set of screens that will fit in the opening. Three strikes your out, if a business that builds windows can't even make a screen??? To a set of drawings. I have lost all confidence.
