We had a blow out on our warranty tire. Grayson was the associate that helped us, on the phone before we arrived and when we made it to the store. He was professional and friendly, and the team had our tire fixed quickly. Made our experience and our day better. Will be back .Service: TiresService: Tires

Was denied service for an oil change and told to go to some place i never heard of on lincolnway because, get this: the oil light was on.

Apparently if you have to provide the oil filter let alone drive to get it after you arrive you still get charged full price. Manager came over and was too stuck up and on His high horse to use common sense that you should deduct the difference. Not to mention they dropped my brothers truck off the hoist years back and wanted my brother to pay to have it repaired. This place is a joke, Matt you need removedService: Oil change

I have two cars ahead to change oil and they tell me that I have to wait 3 hours for my turn. Incredible these people are not a business for the company and less so for the customer. don't come here the workers don't want to work. They only scare you by telling you long waiting times for you to leave.

The items ordered arrived 2 days early. I received the notification 2 days early and got my stuff with no hassle, and as quickly as possible.

I've always thought that bringing your car to a Walmart is one of the worst things, but the place made me change my mind. I was in and out within 20 minutes and the mechanics seemed very knowledgeable. Excellent prices for the quality of your oil. 35 bucks and that was for the better service. It's nice to be able to trust a car service shop in Cheyenne.

The Walmart on Livingston auto center told me to bring in my car battery to test for the replacement. Before the service tech tested it he asked the lady behind the counter, is it true ur battery is broken she respons with yes it is. So he pulled out the batter tester tested it ab Said yup it's good. Funny thing toke it to the other Walmart had it tested and it was bad got my replacement.

Kinda limited but what they can do they typically do fairly well. Can't say great but your car won't be a danger to drive. Some autoshops here in cheyenne I can't say the same

I had a great experience here.!Road tripping through town and needed to replace a tire. Talked with Dallas on the phone -it was a friendly and informative conversation.When I arrived George was on top of things, finding our needs and setting us all up.5 stars well deserved.

Horrible service from people who don t know what they are doing abs a manager who thinks the stores is his piggy bank. They broke the law when they didn t want to honor a warranty in tires that were bald in just a couple months abs only 8000 miles. These guys couldn t service a matchbox car abs the manager needs to learn how to do his job

They are usually pretty good and fast about getting you in and out.. However they do not change oil on my BMW so I can t say how it goes much there

Absolutely terrible. I took my car in a eight, in an effort to get a flat tire repaired. The technician called at 11 to explain that they couldn't fox the flat because they ran out of repair plugs. He assured me there would be no charge.Thanks Lee for not charging me to waste three hours of my life.

Brand new Walmart Tire & Lube Center is located on the north / west end of the store. I have given this store 5 stars until now. When a person isn't happy at their job, or maybe he just had a bad day, the lead technician at this store had a bad attitude for some reason, other than that the customer area appeared to be real clean and well stocked with a good selection of Tires and Batteries. I guess One Bad Apple can spoil a whole bunch of trees. Sorry Walmart..

My 1st time was my last time! Very childish & unprofessional for mechanics to act in front of customers like that. Walmart is still having logistics issues so most of the oils are on "backorder"! Recommend the corporate office "reevaluate & reassess" their Management choices once again for this store!

During my lunch I stood at the counter for 30 minutes, several tire employees walk by and one even walk by my coworker and said he would be with him in a minute. Coworker was standing a good 30 ft from me. I never got helped.

Methhead Matt, the one with no teeth, was horrible to deal with. He was all over the place and also misquoted the price of my filters. He told me 19$ then I go to pay and it's 46. However, Dakota and Brandon were definetly much better at their jobs. They clearly knew what they were doing. And I appreciate all of their help.

Customer service rep Anthony was amazing! Extremely friendly, sociable, and helpful. Tire was fixed quickly and Anthony chatted with us while we waited.

I got an oil change. They said it would be about an hour but honestly it took less time. Matt made suggestions on what oil to use and he checked me in. He is an asset

Ordered tires from Walmart and had them shipped to the store. Had an appointment set for 6 pm but they closed early, no call or anything. That's just rude. Not a happy customer.

Tried to get my oil changed, they're the only place open after 7pm ... pulled in two days in a row at 7:10 right after work and they wouldn't change my oil

We were in a jam on a Sunday morning with a flat tire and in a city we didn't know.. this place saved us and we were back on the road in no time.

This store is much better than the one on Del Range. At least they are honest and try to help. Remember it is Walmart people... you get what you pay for.

Whate a joke. Can't repair a tire till next week other location says open till 7pm but at 6pm they are not repairing any more tire today.
