Sharon in the Service Department was AAA+! Very friendly and wonderful to do business with. I had a few things looked at and repaired. The tech was very skilled and I was very pleased with the service. Great Job To everyone at Tyrrell Honda! Love the vintage Honda in the showroom.

This is only the second time we have gone through a dealership foe a car. Our sales consultant was Andrew Wyman and he was excellent. He listened to our requests and was very understanding of the situation. Bob in the financial department answered all of the questions we had, and never made me feel like they were redundant or silly. My sister and I really appreciate all that they did for us. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Just before passing through Cheyenne on my trip from VT to WA my car started making some weird noises. I called up the service department at 4:00 fully expecting to need to wait until the next day to get in. Sharon was able to get my car in and Shaun gave it a quick glance and told me I should indeed get a more thorough lookover the next morning. They got me in at 8:00 the next day and gave it a thorough inspection and had me on my way by 11 that morning, even informing me of a recall I was unaware if that I can check into once I arrive in WA. Another tech even helped me unload my kayaks off the roof so they could get the car on the lift then helped load me load them back up. A+ service and speed!

Took my car in to the service department in April because ALL dashboard lights are on. I paid almost $1,000 to get it fixed. All mechanics in my family/friend circle told me I was lied to because what they were saying would not be the issue causing all lights to come on. I was told if my lights came back on the work had a 12 month warranty. Barely two months later all lights are back on again. I called to see if they would stand by the claim of the warranty and the warranty only applies if the problem is what it was before. Which it won t be since they didn t find the actual reason behind the lights coming on. The warranty wouldn t even cover the diagnostic to find the real issue that was going on that they missed. Save your money and go someplace trustworthy, don t let them scam you out of almost $1,000. I wish I would ve listened when I was told to run far far away by another mechanic that actually knows what he s talking about.

Very good service. Got stranded on a road trip and they took the time to get us in and the car fixed. Washed it afterwards. Wou d recommend it highly.

Air conditioner stopped working on my way back from Laramie. Appointment was made and I am happy with my new cold air. Also had certificate for a free oil change and got that done as well. Service writer was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She was able to find me in her computer because I purchased my used car from the organization! Repair was pricey, but done right!

I want to extend a thank you to Kelly, Jon, Jim, and Rob! My friends came into to purchase a vehicle. Jon did an amazing job of working on their approval. Kelly really went above and beyond to explain the differences in the two models of vehicles they were looking at. My friends are so excited to finally purchase a vehicle on their own. The sales team at Tyrrell Honda is AMAZING!!!!!

My journey started with my daughter's old car breaking down and the repair was more than the car was worth. We met with Andrew, he was AWESOME and a straight shooter. We test drove several cars and he made it painless and finally pick a make and model. The issue came when we wanted to close the deal. False online advertising different prices in the store made the effort confusing and more stressful. It seemed like they were trying to sell us more than we needed. I put this on the management not Andrew. Be consistent with your pricing and when you offer something at no additional cost that is what that means. Not you have to buying this other thing for it to be no additional cost. The bad part is I bought my previous vehicle from you and maybe another one, but because of my experience you have lost mine and everyone I will share this story with. Recommend being upfront with your sales and what each car has.

This service department was a life saver. On a trip from Omaha to Salt Lake, a strange noise developed in my engine, causing me concern that I might be stranded waiting for an appointment or parts. Showed up first thing in the morning without an appointment, and they got me in right away, fixing the problem for a very reasonable price. Staff was excellent and attentive. Great waiting area with excellent refreshments. While I waited, I saw many notes hanging on the wall from satisfied customers, who had views about the dealership similar to mine.

I recently got my car serviced here, and I completely understand that the business needs to make a profit and to pay employees. However, when I pay as much as I do as a dealership like this, I expect my service to be done well and not to have issues. This is absolutely not the case with this dealership. For example, they rotated my tires. As soon as I got on the highway, I could tell the balancing was off. I did not have this issue before, and when I asked them, they said they could fix my issue if I paid more. My car didn't have this issue before the dealership, and when they cause a problem, they want more money to fix it. Went to discount tire and they fixed it for free. Shame on this dealership

I contactedTyrrell Honda for a electrical diagnostic as I had been purchasing several batteries already this year. Jonathan, in the service department contacted me giving me a very informative description of what was found during that diagnostic review. I am an 80 year old new resident of Cheyenne and found his service was excellent without being condescending which often happens with people dealing with the elderly. He also reviewed suggestions for other services that could be or needed to be done without any pressure. We selected the things that I had done at this time, with a timeframe for several other services to be done early next year. And I found the service to be respectfu, timely and being more than fair. I can hardly wait to deal with this dealership again. I also found her free shuttle service to and from the dealership to be very helpful as well. Both of those drivers were also very pleasant as well. Thank you very well for being here for me here in Cheyenne.

Third and final straw when I just did an oil change and the filter wasn t on all the way resulting in oil all over my garage and buying more oil to top it off. Nothing but negative experiences here. First, a service tech wanted to fight me (while I was in uniform) because he couldn t find an obvious coolant leak. Later that day after they fixed it I discovered they didn t add any coolant after the majority was drained. Went back for an oil change and had a slightly low tire. After two hours, the tech noted all tires were inflated to 35psi. When I got in, the low tire light was still on and still had the low tire! Now $45 for an oil change that spilled all over my garage and left my family stuck until I added more oil. I gave them enough opportunities to continue business with them but no more. Unbelievable that they have a 4 star rating. Sales must be better than service! Thank you for the top notch service!Edit: failed to mention they suggested all wiper blades be replaced because they were failing. I personally changed them the day before. Once I said that, he looked again and said yeah it looks like you did. How many people have they scammed with that line.

Completely different experience than other dealers. Nick out sales person was a life saver for our busy schedule. They work to earn your repeat business, not make as much money on a single deal as they can. Way less stressful. We will go out of our way to continue to buy from them.

We were traveling from GA to Jackson,WY for a wedding in our Honda van. We had been having problems with the sliding doors for several days starting shortly after starting our road trip. In WY, we encountered a sudden drop in temperatures and a snow storm. The low tire pressure warning light came on and other caution sensors were activated. Since the interstate was closed past Cheyenne, we found Tyrrell Honda hoping they could repair our vehicle. They were super!!!. They took us w/o an appointment, checked the vehicle over, adjusted the tire pressures, adjusted the sensors for cold weather, washed the vehicle. and presented us with the bill for........$0. All done with a GREAT attitude. Thanks to all the service staff. You helped make our road trip unforgettable!!!!.

Had the best experience buying or shall I say leasing my car at Tyrrell Honda. I was on the fence on whether or not I could do it. However the sales manager Bailey worked with me and got everything taken care of for me. I would recommend anyone to purchase their vehicle at Tyrrell. Definitely glad I did

Purchased a 2021 Passport Elite from Nick B. and it was a great experience. Jon K. the sales manager was great to work with too. Both were no pressure and easy to talk to. I'd definitely recommend Tyrell Honda to anyone. Go see Nick and Jon, they'll make sure you get a good deal.My wife is excited to be driving her new Passport for sure.

5 stars to the guy who helped me with my lease but is no longer there.1 star to Debbie who keeps calling my phone AFTER I turned in that same vehicle. Turned in the car after my husband got orders to Japan ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO.She s called me 5 times since 21 May. All at 4 am like clock work. Most recently being every other day since 4 June. Please let me know where to send my phone bill for the international charges.UPDATE: STOP CALLING ME

We worked with Nick Buckel to help us get a new car and he was extremely helpful the entire time without pushing us to buy a vehicle. He answered every question we had honestly and if he wasn t sure on something he made sure to get an answer that was legitimate instead of saying whatever to make a sale. We had a pre approval for our loan from our bank and he worked on the vehicle price to make sure that we were able to get our warranties gap insurance and everything and keep it within our price range on a vehicle that was right at our limit to begin with. All in all we had a great car buying experience with Nick and I d suggest anyone to buy a car from him. A straight up honest and nice salesman that will work with you to make your experience a pleasant one. I ve bought cars from 5 different dealerships between Wyoming Nevada and California and this was by far the best salesman I ve met

Jonathan in the service department went out of his way to help me when my engine light came on as my sister drove me back across the country because I broke my leg backpacking. We were concerned that the car wouldn't make it home and I needed to get back ASAP for surgery, and he had the service department check everything, topped off my fluids and even washed the car so I could get home safely. I highly recommend.

Horrible experience when servicing our Honda for the first time at this location. Complete confusion and miscommunication with service center about what the issue was, the inspections discussed were not even performed after having the car for two days. Still not resolved when we came to pick up the car, which didn't start when we were ready to leave.David M. was the rudest 'customer service' manager we have ever experienced. He seemed to care less than possible about his job and helping us, in fact, he didn't even get out of his chair or stop looking at his computer to talk to us. The mechanic on duty who finally came out to resolve the issue was super friendly and overly helpful. Later after a phone call with Jim, the General Manager, he said he would help us with follow-up, but that never happened either. We will be more than happy to never return to this location again.

Overall excellent buying experience with Tyrrell Honda.We worked with sales associate Kelly Myers to purchase our Honda Passport and she was outstanding in every respect. We purchased during a strong sellers market (Aug 2021) driven by short supply/high demand. Several other Midwest/mountain west dealers I contacted wouldn t even respond to emails/phone messages inquiring about their vehicles. One eventually responded and told me we don t take internet inquiries very seriously Okey dokey. Well Kelly did and she/Tyrrell got the sale. We had many questions/considerations concerning possible trade vehicles, upgrades to be completed at time of sale, financing, etc. Kelly responded promptly/accurately to all of our questions.I wish we were closer since their service department was friendly/clean/well-organized and seemed to be a quality operation (part of the tour we received around this dealership). Lots of emphasis being placed on service/satisfaction after the sale, which may be true of many dealerships but was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended and certainly worth the drive even if you are several hours or more outside Cheyenne (like us).

I almost never post reviews. Also, I don't have a lot of trust when it comes to car dealers. We had a great experience with Tyrrell Honda. My wife discovered the 2019 Ridgeline RTL in the color I wanted at Tyrrell on Thursday. I talked with Rich and discussed the pricing, I slept on it and decided to see if we could move forward with the deal. Friday morning I spoke with Rich again and filled out what they needed on the website. I also spoke with Jim and Bob. Everyone was very friendly. Bob ended up driving from Cheyenne to deliver me the vehicle south of Denver that afternoon. I test drove the truck in my neighborhood and we did the paperwork in my kitchen. Everything was very straight forward. My first experience buying an out of state vehicle and I couldn't be happier!

They don't have a great selection of different feature levels between models. They don't have great color options either. Their salesman, Bob was quite annoying. Told him exactly what I was interested in which was a top of line model. They didn't have it, yet he went on and on about other things I didn't want. Followed me around the lot for 20 minutes when I was just browsing. Went across the road to the Nissan dealership instead and they were super chill. Ended up buying from them instead. If Bob would have listened and not been annoying, I probably would have gone with a Honda.

They were awesome. I had an issue with Tire Pressure Monitor system which kept going off. I took it in to Discount Tire in Cheyenne for a check and they didn't see anything. The next day on a Saturday, the TPMS went off again so I took it in to Tyrell. They found a nail in my brand new tire in an unrepairable spot. They, and several other stores didn't have my tire and I was set to leave on a long road trip the next week so time was critical. The tire order would have taken a few days and I needed the vehicle. A tech talked to a Sales Floor Manager and they swapped the same hard to find and unavailable tire from a new car on the lot for the one tire I needed. This was a big deal to me personally as safety of my family and having equal tread on tires for a 2000 mile road trip was important. They went above and beyond. Thank you Tyrell Honda!

I bought my car 2 years ago here and never had a bad experience. A year ago, I complained about hearing an unusual sound coming inside my car. They didn't find any discrepancies inside, however, they asked me if we can drive around and a mechanic will ride along. You won't expect to hear from any dealership and repair shop. That's customer service!
