I have never had such a great experience at a dealership. We are driving from Alaska to Oklahoma and had issues with our DEF system in our truck, we called them and they immediately had space open for us to come in. They only had the truck for 45 min before they fixed it and sent us on our way. Melissa helped us and was so kind, she even recommended a great place for us to have breakfast. Keep up the good service! You guys are awesome

Thank you to Dallas and Rodger for an amazing car buying experience!!! They were honest and definitely took care of my family and I. If you are looking to buy a vehicle ask for Rodger!!!Also, thank you to everyone in the body shop!!! They fixed a minor issue on my truck no problem and it looks phenomenal again! I would recommend Tyrell s body shop to anyone they are the most honest in town.Thank you to Shawn in service for always being honest and going above and beyond! Shawn in service is AMAZING he s fair and make sure to take care of everyone like their family. We watched him one day help an elderly lady who messed up her bumper instead of making her wait he got underneath her car and made sure to fix the issue!!! There s not many people like him still out there. We definitely feel like he s became a part of our extended family! And he s one of the only reason we keep coming back!!There auto body is also phenomenal we appreciate everything everyone did for us to get our truck back to normal again! We would recommend anyone who needs body work to use them they are the most honest in town!

Shawn in service was great!! Got there for my 8 am appt and they had my truck pulled into the shop in less than 12 minutes. Always skeptical taking my truck to shops to get worked on but these guys give me hope! Thanks crew!

Overall great experience. My older Chevy Colorado was serviced as the transmission cable line snapped. It took longer because of the warranty company not the dealer. My service advisor Shawn Olsen was amazing, helpful.and personable. He deserves a raise and promotion. I will go back here.

Katie has none stop always been the greatest sales person. She doesn t push cars onto you and always lets you express yourself. She always see what your needs and wants are and she always tries to accommodate them to her best ability. I will forever recommend tyrrell they have been amazing since day one and I m so glad they were able to get me into another vehicle!! Thank you so much again Katie you are amazing!

Bought from Tyrrell Chevrolet. Bob Woods was our salesman. The experience was amazing. The staff were all so nice and helpful. Bob was the best, helped us get a great deal. If you always wanted a chevy cheyenne truck go talk to Dallas Tyrrell he will make it happen. You can't go wrong with shopping local with a team like they have. Bob is at the Honda store he can sell you anything on either lot.

Steven and Dallas were a pleasure to deal with.I feel like I got a good deal on my new truck and I'm sure Tyrrell's made money.The one thing I didn't like was the day of actually signing the paperwork. I was in theshowroom from 9:30 thru 2:30. It was a long exhausting day. There has to be a betterway to get people in and out where it doesn't take a full day to purchase a vehicle.

Matt was great, he was patient with me and when the truck came in that I wanted I chose him to make it work. Great as always! Went in to look at a diesel truck and ended up purchasing the truck. Dale was the salesperson we dealt with and answered all questions and assisted with the process. Went back a few weeks later to get battery in the extra key fob and get the truck reprogrammed for both fobs to work and ended up taking home a fabulous Corvette! Dale again helped us with that process. He followed up a few weeks later to see how things were going. Everyone in the dealership was so friendly and greeted us every time we went in.

Friendly folks, shorted on the trade-in.. Unable to get all the accessories I wanted. No wifi connection in the showroom, made it difficult.. did not get all I was asking for...Also should offer a maintenance-service plan...

Very disappointed in this dealership.There was no communication from anyone at the dealership besides me repeatedly calling for a status. Within all the calls I continued to get told it was getting worked on when it wasnt. My vehicle was in the dealership for 7 days and absolutely nothing was done. I finally called and said we would be picking it up and they ensured itd be done in 24hrs. They call me with a ridiculous quote of $3300. Took to another shop confirmed the lower oil pan gasket is needed replaced for $600 not the upper! Absolutely disappointed in the service I received after having to wait 3 weeks to get my truck in.

Took a vehicle to the service department for a issue with my key not starting the vehicle every time. Told the service department that the vehicle had a remote start, that was working just fine, just the key in the ignition would not start the car everytime. The service department called back and said "there's just some wires we need to fix." No mention of my remote start being the issue or going to be disabled. They charged me over $400 to fix "some wires" and now my remote start, which I very cleared stated I wanted it still to work, doesn't work. Turns out it was REMOVED. So now I have to go pay for a new remote start. I tried to track down the service manager, Troy. Bounced between multiple buildings only to be unable to find him. After multiple visits and phone calls was finally able to get ahold of him. Not only did he not help pay for my new remote start, he told me he was "not able to offer a full refund."

Took my 2023 gmc canyon At4 to Tyrell because it sounded like a ticking time bomb left it there for one day and they say nothing is wrong with it but the tiers are to big for my truck and are making that noise, went and picked up my truck that day drove it of making the same exact sound. Horrible services.

There was no communication from anyone at the dealership until the day my vehicle was ready for pick up. I had to repeatedly call for a status. My vehicle was in the dealership for 9 days for an oil change and a glow plug change. Absolutely disappointed in the service I received after having to wait 3 weeks to get my truck in.

So I received a flyer in the mail the other day. It had only three name of the potential winners of either 1. $2000 2. A Amazon Gift Card or 3. A Walmart Gift Card. My name Joseph Milliron being one of them. Now at 1:30 in the afternoon I was the only one there. All of this on the primis that I apply for a car loan or test drive. Well, I did apply and the monthly note would not have worked out. But I was not notified of what I won . Was this a SCAM.

After reading some of the reviews this will be no surprise I was from out of town and my newer Chevy broke down outside of Cheyenne so I limped it in to Tyrrell what a huge mistake they first told me they wouldn't even be able to look at it for a week then would only rent me a compact vehicle I was on the way to elk camp with a truck load of equipment along with a utility trailer to make a long story short they never once called me back and I always had to initiate phone calls to figure out my vehicle status it took 42 days to get my vehicle back I can't believe there still in business they need to replace everyone in that service department or get there Chevy card revoked have to give them 1 star because it won't let me give negative 5 if you can I would do everything possible to avoid this dealership this may have lost me as a gm customer forever

I won't bash too hard as I understand the car market isn't that great these past few years. But a new 2022 zl1 landed in their lot and I went to take a cruise by and look at it. I was immediately greeted and walked to the car where off the get go I was told 86k and you can take her home. This car is worth about 76-79k without taxes. And they had it marked at 86k before tax. I'd at least like some effort to market match and not scare away me before I even get to look inside of the car. It would have been nice to be treated as a friend and not a customer

I want to thank Tasha and Paul down at Tyrell Chevrolet for greeting me when I came down to visit. They were extremely nice and professional and listened to what I was looking for in a truck and price points and they were not pushy at all.The lot was clean and well kept and they had a good selection of used and new vehicles on the lot.I also want to give a shout out to Jenna who works up at the service center. Excellent customer service and she was very prompt with getting my truck in and giving me updates on when my truck would be complete.Thanks again for my new trucks

Purchased my pickup back in September from Tyrrell. Peter was extremely helpful and I have to commend him for going above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied, even after the papers were signed and the sale was complete. Even Bob in finance was very friendly, and a fellow cruise enthusiest. I've also been back multiple times for service for my pickup and Camaro, and I have to compliment them as well as their shuttle drivers. Justice in service sets the bar for what customer service should be, and their shuttle drivers are always professional and friendly. This will be my go to dealership for anything as long as I'm here.

Buyer Beware!I ordered and purchased my car from this dealership, they changed my order without permission and then proceeded to tell me take it or leave it. I had already waited an extensive amount of time to purchase my car so decided to take it. I then find out 30 days later that the order I did put it came in and they never told me anything about it. I called numerous times after seeing it was for sale and received no response. Just buy your car or truck somewhere else.

We were rushed out the door it was 6pm at night after we both had worked all day and van had body damage the next day on the sliding door and they stated vehicle is as is!!!!! Haven t even plated it yet and it needs new brake pads!!! And upon leaving the Lot they don t fill up the gas tank anymore !!! Not impressed at all!!! They don t try really hard to make things right and we paid cash for the vehicle!!

I was passing through town and needed to have our Silverado's oil changed and tires rotated. Scheduling the service was easy and the service was done quickly and correctly. They even washed our Silverado (which really needed it). While I was not a local, they treated me as if I were a local.

Went in for an oil change/tire rotation. Got the truck back with oil hand print on the passenger seat and hood. Then come to find out they didn t even rotate the tires they comped it for me, but I m never going back.

Adam is great, management is not. The manager walks around like he s the greatest thing God has ever blessed this world with. Cocky, arrogant, and a cheap skate. I went in to look at a new vehicle, and I wanted to get my trade in value. They low balled me on the trade in value price for my current vehicle by about $3500 compared to the other dealerships I ve been to. I was told I could not discuss anything regarding my vehicle s trade in value, rough estimate of monthly payments, or anything really. The way I was talked to (tone, mannerisms) seemed like I was being treated like that because I m a female and that I can t hold an intelligent conversation with men unless my husband is around. Avoid this place like the plague. Nissan and Hyundai have much more personable, kind, and socially well rounded individuals
