I took an old Bronco in to have the clutch replaced and fix the brakes (drums and cylinders). They did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. My clutch shifts so smoothly now and the vehicle operates just as it did before I let my nephews learn to drive a manual vehicle with it!

I love these guys! The dealerships in town quoted me roughly $3,000 worth of repairs to my vehicle. After a thorough inspection by these guys, they said everything looked fine, so all we did was an oil change! Honest, dependable, fast, and reliable

Prompt, thorough, detailed. Rough bedside manner but it doesn't seem to bother the tires. Had a flat repaired. Showed up on time and I was on my way within 30 minutes.

It s a great local tire shop. I needed a tire replaced on a trailer and they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Love shopping local. Thanks guys if we are ever back thru Cheyenne and need a tire we will stop in for sure.

Found ourselves stranded on vacation with a flat tire and damaged fuel tank. Can t say enough about how thankful we are for Bryce! He got our family off the interstate to safety almost immediately and fixed our vehicle quickly and for a fair price. Thank you!

They rebuilt my front wheel assemblies including new bearings with minimal labor charges. New tires and everything. Car runs beautiful. Excellent work. Real car people. Local owner. Good deal.

Great service by knowledgeable staff, had alignment performed that another local shop was unable to complete. Improper work from previous efforts was corrected and now my '05 Corolla runs like a top. Hats off to Bryce and staff.

I have been taking my cars to Bryce for at least 10 years. He is very attentive to my needs and very reasonably priced. He is very knowledgable, honest, and competent. I trust him completely!

I made an appointment to have them check the fluid level in my rear axle. They put my truck up on the lift and the guy in charge was very nervous about me being in the work area. This made me wary to start off. I went to the waiting room and after 15 minutes I would see the shop worker under the FRONT end of my truck so I went into the work area and asked the worker what he was doing and he said he was told to check all the fluid levels. I told him to stop and immediately told the man in charge that I only wanted one thing done -- to check the fluid level in the rear axle. And told him I was very unhappy. He basically ignored me. When I asked for the charge he said $10.00 for what would have been less than five minutes work. I then gave him $10.00 in cash and when I asked for a receipt he said then if he rang it up he would have to charge sales tax. I was treated very dishonestly.

Rental car with a slow leak on a family vacation. Tom was amazing - friendly service, quick and effective fix, full documentation for the rental company and we were back on the road in no time. Many thanks to Tom and his team.

Are these people crooked, or just grossly incompetent? It's hard to say, but one thing's for sure-- don't go here.The brakes went out on my vehicle. I'm not from Cheyenne, so I initially took my car to Tom the Tireman merely because it was the closest place to my hotel.These guys charged me $125 for a bogus "investigation" that did not fix anything, and then told me I needed extensive major repairs that basically amounted to replacing my entire brake system (calipers, master cylinder) because they "weren't sure where exactly the problem was." I smelled something fishy, and told them to stop right there. Otherwise, what they proposed would have cost hundreds of dollars.I took my vehicle somewhere else, and it turned out there was simply a hole in one of the brake lines. The total repair was only $100, less than Tom the Tireman charged me for the load of BS (and no repair).I can't prove they were trying to take advantage of me because I was from out of town, but that's what I suspect. I certainly felt ripped off by my experience with these people.

We were here during a cross country trip with a trailer. Trailer needed new tires. Tom the Tireman got us right in without an appointment, had the somewhat unusual sized tires for our trailer, and got us back on the road in probably half an hour at a fair price. No sales pressure- just honest information. Thank you!

Sold me two tires for a good price. One has been leaking since the install, they want me to pay almost $20 to repair their screw up!! Also, That $20 doesn't even include a new balance one the tire. No Thanks, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and people wonder why others don't shop local, well it's simple, the big box stores would fix their screw up.

Absolutely the worst place in the southeast part of Wyoming. If you bring your car to be repaired expect more damage. They have horrible customer service. And most importantly their mechanics should lose their certification, if I could put negative stars I would.

Tom the tireman was amazing !! Very helpful , helped me when Sams wouldn t . I will be going back for all my auto needs !!! Thank you ! Moving to Cheyenne was been difficult and this place has had made things easier .

This is a small shop, but the owner is the most honest person I know in terms of mechanical, suspension, and tire work. I always pay a fair price, and he tells me exactly what is going on. That's what I want!
