I needed to get a replacement tire, I had an accident and was running on my spare. I spoke with Jake on the phone earlier in the day, and he was very helpful. I ended up getting there right before closing due to work, which did not change their attitude or service. Excellent experience overall

What was only suppose to take an hr at my dealership for an oil change turned into 6 hours due to 3 of my wheel studs being broken and 3 lug nuts stripped. They blamed my tire guy for the incident. With about 3-4 phone calls both ways jake made things right even though he didn t do anything wrong he still managed to let me walk away with my car 6 hrs later without having to pay for someone else s mistake. I truly appreciate everything you did to help me through this stressful situation yesterday!

Jake is an old friend and so I wasn t surprised when I received excellent service. I appreciated how efficiently the guys got new tires mounted for me and would recommend coming here for your tire needs.

They mounted new tires and wheels we had bought online for us. We went from 17 wheels to 22.5 wheels and they did a great job! Very friendly, good pricing and felt good using a locally owned business!

I just moved back home to Cheyenne after 7 years away. This morning I noticed a wobble while I was driving my Jeep and upon inspecting my tires, I found a bubble. I called all around town until I spoke with Jake who had a used tire with a similar tread to my three good ones. Not only did he have it for me, he cut me an excellent deal and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. He was extremely friendly and courteous the entire time i was there and even priced a set of all terrain tires for me. This kind of hospitality is why I came back to Cheyenne and he has earned my business in the future, as well as my referring friends and family to this store. Absolutely fair, transparent and honest business and outstanding people. I highly recommend.

Been going to these guys for years I m kinda a younger guy and mechanic shops can get to be a pain I will always take my vehicle here over the other guys fast friendly and convenient

The place was great! Took some ATV tires down to be mounted on my lunch break and they were done within a half hour and a reasonable price. Also, very nice People!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FAMILY/veteran owned business!!!!!I Needed some tires for my Volvo and was on a budget. They had a set of used snow tires that looked almost new available and the were very affordable. They got the new tires on and ready to go very quickly. They are a family/veteran owned business and it shows. They are polite, friendly and just nice folks. They have earned my business from here on out.

Best Spot in town for your tires to get done. Their family team is absolutely amazing!!! They will have you in and out pretty quick and are priced very low for their quality of work. They know us by name and are always willing to go the extra mile. 10 Star rating in my book

The folks at the tire spot have been very good over the last 5 or 6 years that i have gone there. Tire repairs and flat fixes, tire swaps for an okder car where i got the tires somewhere else. And this latest visit with brand new tires for my wifes car. Jake ordered the tires and they were there the next day and they had them mounted and ready to go in about 30 minutes. The girl in the office was polite and friendly also.Great place and people to get tires and tire repairs from!

A Blustery winter morning around 4 50 am , on a mountain/ hill I blew out 2 trailer tires . Called 3 shops they pointed me to the "Tire Spot" I pulled in got my Trailer Tires replaced and The prices were so good I put 2 new "used" rear tires on . I was back on the road in 45 mins.. Great Prices , Service, and friendly . will stop by again

My family and I were about halfway through a move from California to Michigan when one of the tires on our small cargo trailer started wearing out. The owner (I wish I had gotten his name he and his wife were so wonderful) helped discuss options with us right away. He found great tires that he had in stock so that we could hit the road again as soon as possible. We were in and out within 30 minutes, and the prices were so affordable! Highly recommend this spot!

Super friendly, genuine, and very helpful, highly recommend this shop! I picked up a pair of used tires and had my spare patched that other tire shops wouldn't touch because it was 10 years old. Service was expeditious and prices were great. I'll definitely be back.

These folks are awesome! My husband and I broke down just past Cheyenne, about 9 hours from home. We were desperate to get back on the road to get to our sons first soccer game. The team here helped make it happen. They are incredibly kind, empathetic people and their service was quick & costs totally reasonable. We couldn t have asked for a better experience. To be in such a stressful, unexpected situation and have people like this ease the pain and put a smile on our face I wish we could give them triple a five star review. Thank you team!

Excellent service and staff are very personable. We were in and out in less than a half hour having two tires replaced on the front end and no appointment is necessary.

Excellent service, I recently bought 4 tires and was please with the quick service! Yes I had a little trouble with the tire sensors, took it back in a they fixed them right away no questions asked!! Great people thanks for your help!

I have been going to this shop for most of my tire needs for the past 6 years for SxS's, trucks, and trails. Mostly mounting and balancing.I attempted to do business with them today and they refused my business due to the fact I had purchased my new tires and wheels on line! They claim it's because it taking business away from them on the sales, and there was added liability! I do understand yes, they did not receive my money for the wheels and tires but I was giving them the chance to earn my money for the mounting and balancing services. Hell! I would have been willing to pay a higher price for the services, but evidently they didn't feel they needed me as a patron.I may not have produced a ton of business for them, but I guarantee that I will never refer them to anyone again. I am highly disappointed and miss doing business with the old owner.

These guys rock. I recently moved to town after picking up a beater of a daily that needed among many other things, tires. With the recent move my budget was tight so I was looking for a used set. Not only did they have a good set for a fair price but they were able to put them on in a jiffy. Highly recommended and I will definitely return for a new set of tires for the daily and my project vehicle when they re needed. Don t look elsewhere, just go in, you won t regret it.

Picked up a nail and a slow leak on i-80. Conveniently just off the highway in Cheyenne was The Tire Spot. Owners we're over-the-top friendly, fast and priced very reasonably. Best part, their kids jumped in to speed the process and get us back on the road. :) Their 4 year old daughter was a hoot. Couldn't have had a better experience.
