Take 5 oil change is truly awesome. We typically go to the dealership for any car maintenance, but we decided to give Take 5 a try this time around. Their service was impressive!They provided complimentary beverages and snacks, engaging us throughout.What truly impressed us was their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction through their constant engagement and exceptional customer service. They genuinely cared for our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our experience with them was nothing short of exceptional.We had an extraordinary first experience and we'll be making this our go-to spot for oil changes moving forward.

I would say hands down the best place I ve ever had my oil changed. I pulled up and was handed a bottle of water (that never happens anywhere else) greeted with a smile from John pulled in and talked to Blake and John and they were amazing with their customer service and went way above what I expected I would highly recommend this place and ask for Blake or John!!! They know their stuff very convenient as a busy person! They also offered me a soda pop or water before I left ! We will be back 100%

We had a wonderful experience having our car serviced at Take 5 in Cheyenne, WY! We needed to make a trip out of town, on short notice, and wanted to have our vehicle serviced before leaving. Neither of the shops that we usually go to could get us in, so we decided to give Take 5 a chance. They now have some new loyal customers! We HIGHLY recommend this group of professionals who provided prompt, friendly, efficient and outstanding service! There was no wait, we received refreshments, and they communicated with us throughout the service. Warranties cover everything with free checks and top off of any fluids for the next 3 months (including oil!)! Wiper blades are covered for 6 months, with replacement if they are not satisfactory for any reason! WAY better than anywhere we ve been, AND a 25% discount for veterans and military! We are traveling with confidence that our car was properly serviced! We will be back with all of our vehicles!

Fantastic service! Greeted with water, and great explanation of what was all involved. Alittle pricey, and of course some up selling.( but the gentleman did provide me with a coupon so that was nice! ) But overall it was a great and quick experience. All service members were awesome. Thank you!

This was a great experience! My first time and I'll be back for sure. I was even able to bring my 7 year old daughter with me who loved watching them check everything from the back seat while she had a little snack. I really liked how they explained everything they were going to do to the car as it was being worked on. The employees are very courteous and know they're job as part of the team there. In and out in about 10-15 minutes

Reasonable price very personable and knowledgeable quick service early Saturday morning. I like this place better than grease monkey personally. I was in and out and they even gave juice boxes to the kids. Better experience than not seeing your car and watching whatever news channel or hunting channel is on in an old lobby. Like a car wash experience or pit stop. I ll be going here now on

One of the best oil changing expierences I've ever had. Great techs and the customer service is impeccable! The top off service is also a great added service. Also, I'm glad I was never once upcharged. Can't wait to come back.

Great customer service! My entire visit was 30 minutes, and they apologized for the wait?!?! I would've spent that much time driving across town to Grease Monkey and back then still have to hang out for an hour for an oil change!This crew is fast, courteous and their communication with the customer & between each other are top notch! I know where I will be going from here on out.

I would recommend this place a hundred times over! I was in and out in under 15 min, they greeted me outside with bottled water for everyone in the car, they were friendly and efficient and even topped off all my fluids and checked/filled my tires! The staff were all friendly and I truly appreciated how they all kept in clear communication with eachother to ensure that nothing was overlooked. I don't think I'll be taking any of my vehicles anywhere else for oil changes. The price was right and the staff was tight!

These guys were great. Very friendly and gave me a bottle of water right away and i was indeed thirsty. I don't know much about cars and they walked me through the whole process. It was the fastest oil change I ever had and I got to stay in my car. Will definitely go back again

Took my ford and my dads dodge ram in on the same day different times , and the service was amazing , by far the best oil change place I have ever been to. They are very professional but keep it a fun atmosphere and honestly it s really nice watching and talking with the staff while being here. Will definitely be coming back and recommending it to other people.

I very rarely leave reviews, but this place, 10/10 I can t recommend them enough. They are beyond nice, you re literally in and out in 10-15 min max. Just the best. Only place I ll take my car for oil changes.

Great experience. Jon and Benny were very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and that we felt comfortable and welcome. Amazing environment. Highly recommended. In and out in about 10 minutes. Wonderful people!

Had a great experience at Take 5. I was on my way to work and was WAY over due for getting my oil changed so I thought I might as well stop and check it out. It was fast and convenient. I still made it to work on time and didn t have to get out of my car. They even offer you water or soda. Definitely going back when I m due for another oil change!

Manager Benny and employees James and Anthony were awesome! I have never had such a fun experience getting an oil change. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and got us out in 8 MINUTES! We will definitely will be back and my husband and I will be recommending this business to everyone we know.

Been here twice in the last week for both of the vehicles in my household. I will officially never go anywhere else. These people are polite, courteous, support the military, and above all way more experienced than those people at Grease Monkey. They pointed out that the last time our cabin filter was serviced not only was it installed incorrectly but they also broke the door that retains the filter. Grease Monkey just hid the broken door and continued on about their business without even saying anything. Take 5 has all of my business from better on out.

It truly was easy and very very friendly and positive and super nice people So fun the team work hearing them all acknowledged how every part was checked for my truck and I was actually shown stuff and given options to to choose everything I wanted as well as advised important information and advised an issue with my truck to get checked that they don't do but wanted to make me aware of it so I was safe on the road. I really greatly appreciate the above and beyond services and offering a free beverage while still sitting in my vehicle was awesome! Thank you Take 5!!

This is a new business in Cheyenne, and knowing I needed an oil change I drove by first to see if they were even open yet. Then I saw the OPEN sign so I drove in going the wrong way!!! I couldn t turn around so continued to the back. I no sooner drive up and the friendliest young man said, come in, come in. We ll be with shortly!! Two other vehicles were on either side of men. The young men and one sharp gal were hollering out numbers and etc. I thought WOW They operated as if in surgery!! I was fascinated. They offered me a bottle of water.All the while was told to stay in my car. It took a little longer than expected, (took longer on a truck)but that was ok I just enjoyed how they were all enjoying their individual jobs.For sure, yes , I will be returning . I highly recommend this new business!! Think they ll be around for a long time!!

Very friendly and thorough was in and out quick. The drain plug was damaged they replaced it with no extra charge. They have up to three to four people looking over car to make sure everything is good. Really satisfied with work and the people are very friendly.

All I can say is wow! Best oil change experience I have ever had and I didn't have to wait for 2 hours. Upon arrival we were offered bottled waters. WE stayed in our car and were informed in depth of what our Kia needed, the product info and pricing, we were in and out in 20 minutes. Then they washed our window and offered us a soda before leaving.. They checked and adjusted tire pressure and will top off fluids for free in between oil changes. Awesome service and very friendly.

James and Spencer were great! I was able to sit comfortably in my own drivers seat while they each took their time to walk me through what they were doing and what my options were. I spent less than I usually do at other places, and got better service!

Had a great experience. Taking a toddler along to get most things done car related can be a challenge keeping them occupied. Getting to stay in the car with her made it so easy. I liked them talking to you about what they are doing at every step. I will be back .

Stopped in Cheyenne to get my oil changed. The whole crew working did great. Very friendly and helpful. The manager even came over to make sure his people did their job. Quick and efficient and they even remembered the air filter! Thank y'all

Super friendly, quick, and affordable. They're not trying to sell you anything you don't need, they make you feel welcome with complimentary water, soda, and fruit snacks/Capri Sun for the kids. Plus a complimentary top off at 3 months/ 3,000 miles and a great military discount; I will definitely be back!

Great service from the minute you drive in to the parking area. Team work from everyone that was working on your vehicle. Kept you informed on what was going on. And made sure the warning light was off before you left. Definitely will be back!

Yes, yes yes, I would recommend this Cheyenne take five to everyone in the neighborhood. They were close by, excellent customer service and it didn t take about a few minutes by the time they were done getting my information. They were already finalizing the oil change. I really appreciated their teamwork. You don t see that very often much anymore, and I didn t even have to get out of my vehicle.so all in all thank you guys so much I appreciate you.
