In person customer service is great. I have not ever had them answer the phone while calling, which since they also have issues with their online appointment scheduling, means you're better off dropping in and hoping they are not too busy to get you in for routine maintenance.

Customer service is not always a priority. Do a good job on servicing the vehicle. No extras like vacuuming interior. Exterior cleaning has been hit and miss. Paid for their prepaid advantage service, but wasn't applied until after the service when I questioned the desk attendant. They were told it was an Advantage service on scheduling through their website. They tend not to answer the phone.
