If I could leave a negative star, I would that s what this place deserves. After talking to the pathetic waste of time over the phone and being told that I did not have a clue what I was talking about by a almost completed my first semester at Wyo Tech wanna be mechanical genius. Took a chance hoping it was just some type of PMS moment over the phone and was that ever a mistake, hooked up to the computer and got run around about how they needed to tear into my vehicle to properly diagnose the problem because the computer had no fault codes oh and by the way that s going to be about two days because we got a truck in the bay that needs a oil change and we ve got to suck the oil out and put it back in with a eye dropper for a fruit fly. Asked them to just order a boost sensor so we could try and got the We do not throw parts at vehicles here that s all well and good for someone who doesn t need to be somewhere. Most of us have a job to do in a timely fashion and need our machines to be up and running quickly when we face issues. Even if it cost me 300 for a 45 dollar sensor at least I would be back up and running BUT 400 bucks and zero answers later the vehicle was limped to Denver found a parts house with the sensor in stock. Took out my trusty crescent wrench,unplugged and loosened the sensor, tightened the new one in ,plugged that baby in and BAM fixed for 90 bucks and about 10 minutes of labor. That includes the 9 minute break I took to write this review. Sometimes you need to listen to your customers feedback and just do as they ask charge them for the work they requested and if it doesn t work well guess what that s not your problem. But not taking someone s years of knowledge having faced similar problems in the past just to try and make a buck. Hopefully management will change their policies but I highly doubt they will.

Ok guys. Allot of negative feedback here. I took a chance and I m impressed. Complete ac rebuild front and back. Very professional and did it in a DAY!!!! It s blowing 46 on both units. THANKS GUYS FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE

No matter what's wrong with your tire, they charge $150 per tire. Air,nail, valve stem...etc. That's what I was told by shop employee.

Pulled in for an easy tire patch. Wanted to charge me near $200. Pfft Was told he, "didn't feel like fixing a tire today".Went around the corner and was in and out in 20 minutes.

They are total thief , very dishonest , never tell truth , my truck was breakdown , they see it on call service they don t have part , yet they saying tow truck to shop then they will fix it , I tow truck to shop they said they don t have part but they order it come I. Few days , so I order from somewhere else and fixed part by ourself , then I realize I don t have my purse , which I left in their washroom , I ask for I purse have all my ids in there passport Canadian pr card , they refuse to have purse , they ask madly for bill , bill asking for nothing, I just begged to them for my purse , they don t return it , so I sat there for 2 days , ask police to help , they said we can t help but u ask them for ur purse , after 3 days he call me for purse , they said they found it yesterday night , but it was lost 3 days ago in washroom, so they great robbers so I have no choice to get my ids without paying them 550 bucks charge for nothing , never go this shop , great thief robbers , don t nothing , just want to hold customer give u lot of mental stress , don t go to them

If you have a minor repair I wouldn t mind coming back here as needed. Terry was great and very helpful and worked me right in this weekend. Nice guy too. Also showed me the problem why I was having my air leak. The price was fair too.

Over priced .. Not recommended, they charged me $226 dollars just for opening the passenger side dashboard cover which it can be open with one finger in one second, then the guys said it takes two to three days to open whole dashboard to find out the heater blend door and even he don t knows where the heater blend door is located, I was lucky cause I didn t agree with them to continue working on my truck, then God knows how much they were charge me.

AVOID at all costs. better alternatives nearby. Bad people, shoddy work. Scammers. Tried to charge 8x factory retail for a non oem wheel hub assembly. Had oem part shipped directly to them from manufacturer instead... for 1/8 their price. This did not sit well with them. Demanded cash payment after hours on the weekend with no recourse. Brett "manager" and Kent "mechanic" were extremely difficult, unprofessional and ultimately did very poor work. Their repair broke down within 100 miles due to overtorque/load on the install of bearings and failure to install a retention nut on spindle... basic, basic stuff and dangerously sloppy oversights. My family is in the diesel repair business. I've grown up around good shops. This is NOT one. Avoid this shop!

Bad service, hold customer , force to tow to their shop , so customer totally depend on these guys mercy , steal my purse from washroom , don t give purse until I paid them 1000 bucks for nothing ,, robbers team of great great robbers , all guys are same , ridiculous

went in at 630pm for a pr (oil filter lube). The prosses took 3 hours. the next morning, I did my pt and was 3 gal low on oil, and none of the starting was greesed. It took the guy 30 min per filter to find and change. And when the job was done, he charged me $648, and some change the guy laughed and said at least we kept it under $650. This used to be my go-to spot in Cheyenne. I will be using sap bros.

BEWARE .. on Friday Jun 9 we did have truck stop by them for air was building slowly, they said ...we have to replace the air dryer cartage ...DONE... the bill is 500$ ..after 5 miles down on the road ..same thing , we did come back to them , but well they was gone for today and did not answer the 24/7 phone ..we did wait for Saturday morning ...9 am ...they never show up to shop and still don't answering the phone , we decide to looking for for different mobile service, and we did ...wait for the BIG SUPRICE ..when the mobile service did arrive by our truck , which was waiting right by Ridge Equipment shop ...they did see on cameras the Mobile service truck and treating them , if they don't leave they will call the POLICE . That is not ALL.. in 1 min . the shop call us and they said they will be there shortly and fix the issue , or we have to tow our truck ...we NO choice ..now they look at the truck and said : you need ALL new AIR DRYER ASSY ..which will coast you parts + labor+ delivery for parts ..like 1375$ ... what choice do we have , we did agreed on this ROBBERY . And just to be with pure hart ...they give us 120$ discount . So if you chance PLZ don't go there

BE CAREFUL TRUCKERS!!! Don't visit them. These are the real scammers. i asked to change the TIRE on the trailer, they said it will cost about $220. this despite the fact that you just remove the TIRE and put Another one completely assembled ...

Definitely do not recommend this place. Boss is very rude and over charges by a lot. I had them look at trailer for like 10 minutes to see what the problem was and he charged me full hour $75 the next morning I got it fixed there and charged a large amount for labour. The older gentleman working was very nice , very kind and good workmanship.It s right beside Flying J so I guess he figures he will take advantage of it.

BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE NO MATTER WHAT, get a tow to another shop. Absolutely unprofessional and rip your head off on pricing, over charge ridiculously. $14,000 for a turbo. Same turbo I could have bought for $3,600 back home. It s a shame. Please do not go to this shop the are thieves!!!!!!

i got ripped and robbed today by this shop, just like many guys before. they charged me $1597 for a shock absorber ( 60-70$ retail price ) and an airbag on the trailer ( $80 retails price ) and all sort of labor and expenses. THEY DID NOT even called ahead before jumping on repairs, confirmed the amount of repair.they called later on once repair is done and demanded the payment. OTHERWISE they said will keep the truck and trailer hostageDO NOT GO THERE> BE AWARE. BE SMART. THINK and READ this before going there.

Their service is freakin horrible, also the guy was really rude, and at the end we find where the problem was at and told him and where the air leak was coming from and still charged us $200 for absolutely doing nothing or examining where the issue was coming from. I would really suggest any truckers to not go what we went through with this extremely horrible repair shop. Save your time with a much better and cheaper shop.

Pull up for some codes that I needed cleared. 10 mns later he gave a me bill for $315. When I ask why that s when he said there s minimum hour charges. I don t know why he waited after to tell me that. His excuse was company policy but there was no notes on the wall saying anything about minimum hour charge. had he told me before, I wouldn t have done it. I think that s wrong and to me that s stealing. Funny thing he still didn t clear the codes but charged me $315. That s what you call highway robberies, never again, done with this shop, they sucks and done nothing but to still your money. I wish there was something worse than 1star.

Got charged $270 cash to change to fuel filters This place gives proof to every meme out there about predatory shop s taking advantage of truck drivers. I would recommend avoiding at all cost

We came in to the shop not knowing what the issue was, other than the check engine light was onThe mechanic got right into checking the truck brain for the issue. The issue was found "Bad censor" he located the replacement part in Cheyenne, he picked up the part came back put the new part in, we were in and out in 2 hours!!!

Biggest joke ever!!!!!! Went and asked for a simple clutch adjustment. Told me clutch was out. Barely looked through bottom cover. Charged me 112.85. Told me new clutch would be around 10 grand. Adjusted clutch myself next morning and everything is perfect. Called to speak to boss about it and they literally hung up on me. Worst experience ever!! #rudesdiscustingjoke

It's too bad that we can't show negative stars in the reviews.A -5 will be deserved for this shop.Now,if you like masochism you can go there and practice.The invoice was blown up and if I didn't like the price they will raise it and either I pay or I won't go anywhere,direct quote from the employee. I made a horrible mistake not reading reviews first. They charged me $2,400 for a $400 job. No matter what you come in for, they will charge you quadruple of the next most expensive shop. Stay away big time!They also seem crooked and treat you as if you're stupid. Horrible place!

We pay $45 for an ABS sensor in our shop. We were charged $169.99. To get a copy of the invoice has been extremely difficult. I was, at first, thinking great we'd found someone to help us close to the Port of Entry at Cheyenne. Will not let any of our fleet of 150 trucks go to this shop again.

Was parked in the Flying J parking lot facing the Blue Beacon and needed my turbo calibrated. Called the day before and was quoted @ $300 for the job. Next morning I go in and talk to the guy behind the counter. Suddenly it's $250 for a road call and $140hr minimum 2 hrs. The quote was $550 and it had to be cash or tcheck NO CREDIT CARDS! I was shocked $250 road call fee for a job 250 feet from their shop and all that was required was their laptop no actual manual labor. I was heading to the bank begrudgingly when I saw Grabers Diesel off the highway. I pulled over and gave them a call. They ended up sending a truck from their other location and it still cost $120 less than these guys. In my book there is nothing worse than taking advantage of out of town people who are in a bind! I wasn't looking for a handout but this was abusive!
