Mr. Jim is a very nice gentleman. I was on the interstate behind two semis and I thought to myself this is a bad spot to be at then wram rockhit my windshield was directed to go to Mr. Jim who directed me to place a claim and I called and he got me right away. A very nice gentleman. I recommend him to everyone.

Competitive pricing, excellent service, very knowledgeable! Fixed my windshield the day after it got a nasty rock chip in it on the highway. They got me in exactly when they said they would and fixed it in about 45 minutes. Friendly, courteous, makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Jim was there at the drop of a hat and fixed a small crack in my rental in a matter of a few minutes. The price was exellent and the nick gone after he was done! It's a shame he's not in Texas or we would use him again. Thanks Jim! We returned the rental without a hassle.

Called at 8:30, had an appointment at 9 the same day and was done and out the door before 9:30 with a like new windshield. Did I mention that he repaired it at an incredible price?!This seriously was one of the best customer service experiences I ve had ever. Thank you so much!

Jim is so gracious, knowledgeable and efficient. Quik Fix should be your ONLY choice for windshield repair in Cheyenne. Not only was he understanding after I arrived a half hour late, but he also guided me towards utilizing my full coverage insurance to pay for the service (no out of pocket expense!). On top of that, my car was absolutely filthy after a 2500 mile road trip. He cleaned my entire windshield and provided some glass cleaner and paper towels for me to use on the inside. Took me in on Labor Day when I needed a rock chip fixed from the day before! I needed it fixed ASAP as I was traveling for work the next day and didn't want to come back to having to replace the whole windshield! Super friendly and down to earth kind of guy! Did a better job than Safelite and took care of the chip as if it was his own vehicle. Looks great and hardly even notice where it got chipped. Thank you sir!

My husband and I were driving between Chugwater and Cheyenne when a hefty rock hit our newly purchased Cadillac. We contacted several businesses that could not squeeze us in.Jim stated he normally doesn t work on Saturdays but would help us out. We followed all the directions he gave us until we got to his in home business for the best results on the repair.He had a heater going in the garage and a tv on the wall. Just an incredibly nice guy. I was driving home got some nasty dings in my car windshield around 4pm. He fit me in late in the evening, stayed open after business hours, and saved the windshield. I ended up having 4 dings in total, 3 which were pretty gnarly. I thought for sure I would have to get it replaced - nope! Incredibly honest and helpful business. I would definitely go back if the need arises again (which it will in Wyoming!) and I would highly recommend him and his business!Service: Auto windshield repair

Jim couldn't possibly have known the kind of day I was having, but his kindness was just what I needed. Not only did he do an amazing job on the very difficult bottle cap crack right in the middle of my windshield, but he did it with the professionalism and simple kindness that is so hard to find in today's world. We had a chip on our windshield. We called during lunch time but he was quick to get back to us. We were able to go in the same day and get it fixed. Jim is super friendly, accommodating and would highly recommend. Will be returning for services here if needed.

I needed to get a chip repaired in my windshield, so I looked at Google to choose someone. Quik fix had a 5 Star rating so I called. Jim was able to help me and have it fixed within a few hours!! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and fast! The next day another windshield got a very large crack while I was driving and he was quick to come over and repair it! He did a very good job on a large crack. He gave me lots of information while he was fixing it, letting me know what was taking place with the windshield. I will definitely use him for all our window repair needs. He was very affordable and it worked great with my insurance! He is rated 5 stars for a reason!

Absolutely amazing work. I had a good sized chip in my windshield and Jim completely repaired it. I can't even see where it was. He knows exactly what he is doing, and he is very accommodating. He will work with your schedule to get the repair done. Give him a call today. You won't regret it.

Incredibly helpful and professional. Very knowledgeable about glass and the repair while being helpful in explaining the damages and what to do going forward with chips in my windshield. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. The appointment was quick enough to get done on my lunch break after calling around to multiple shops. I ll definitely return with any other repairs and recommend simply because the communication was so great and appreciated. Never went through any automated phone service to talk to a person, wasn t referred to a website to schedule even with a limited and difficult schedule he was flexible and willing.Service: Auto windshield repair

Jim is a genuine, and awesome human being which is rare to find these days,and he does awesome repair work,I was told by other companies that it could not be fixed cuz they wanted me to pay hundreds for a new windshield, but Jim got it done.i recommend this place to anyone needing windshield repair. My highest recommendation for Quick Fix. Jim provides terrific and knowledgeable service. He came to my place of work and fixed the windshield on the spot. He also talked me through the entire process and provided much insight into the modern construction of windshields. One of the nicest people I have met in Cheyenne. You will not be sorry for selecting him for your windshield repair!

Jim did a chip repair just above the driver side vision line and you absolutely cannot see where it was! Amazing! He also did a quick repair of the lining on the top right windshield. I was very grateful for his attention to detail, expertise and so thrilled that I chose his shop for the repair. I needed a windshield fix pretty quickly and he was very accommodating, professional, and efficient. He was able to get me in within a couple hours. I am a huge advocate for small businesses, so I found this small business and wanted to give him a try. He has great reviews from previous customers, and now I see why. Wow, is all I can say! Jim gives hope for the human race! I had a couple of small issues with the windshield for our work car and I called this company in a major hurry. The cold weather is coming and I know what happens when it does! Jim said sure, come on over and I'll get you fixed up. Within 20 minutes, I drove out of there with a fixed windshield and a smile on my face. This guy is honest and super helpful! I will be telling everyone about him. It was after 4pm last Thursday when, after spreading my grandmother's ashes, a semi kicked up a rock and damaged our windshield. We were leaving early the very next morning to drive 1000 miles back home, and were very concerned that the whole windshield would break if we tried to make the drive with that huge chip in it. After getting a phone tree from the big national company, I hung up and decided instead to call Quik Fix. He was so very kind and gracious, and he got us in right away. We drove straight there and he had us in & out in no time! He is also Allstate preferred, so we didn't even have an out of pocket expense. He did a flawless job fixing the chip, and we made it home safely and with no other issues. We are beyond grateful for the service we received - especially at the end of the day and on such short notice. We HIGHLY recommend!!!Service: Auto windshield repair
