I was getting fuel in my oil, so suspected injector leak. Patriot Diesel diagnosed and repaired my Cummins diesel with no surprises and in a timely manner. They also went over the rest of my newly rebuilt engine providing me with the assurance I was looking for. If in the Cheyenne wyoming area and need of diesel service, these guys are the place to go.

I recently brought my vehicle in for a service, They was able to service my truck in a timely manner as well as getting parts shipped and installed for my "wants" on such short notice for a long road trip. I'm very happy with the service I received from Patriot Diesel Service and will never go anywhere else with any of my vehicles as long as I am in or near Cheyenne. I called these guys with a problem I was having with my pickup. They were able to give me a rough idea over the phone, I figured I d be a least a week out before the could look at it. They said bring it in the next morning and we ll get it checked out. I brought it down and within a few hours they had it in the shop and diaged in about an hour. Had it fixed within the next hour and I picked it up. Great people and great service. Nothing seemed overly expensive compared to other shops. I don t live in Cheyenne but I would recommend anyone to head to them with any problems.

These guys are top notch! They take care of me, fix my truck quickly and don t do shortcuts. Ben was the mechanic that came out to fix my Freightliner. He was great, good customer service, very helpful, knowledgeable, calm collective. Made sure the job was done correctly with no issues, before I was back on the road.

I took my older 7.3 Power Stroke to Patriot they were very thorough, sorted out the problem and did excellent work. They will be getting my business from here on out. If you own a diesel truck, take it to Patriot Deisel Service!!!

The staff at Patriot Diesel Service are very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions in great detail. My Dodge is old (2001) and had a few problems. One problem was very unique, another I wasn't even aware of. But with their methodical approach and rocket-scientist-level common sense they were able to quickly and properly diagnose and then repair every problem. Carl, the shop manager, was very fair with the labor costs. He constantly kept me updated on their progress so there were no surprises.The first thing you notice when you enter their shop is how clean and well organized it is. That tells you how committed they are to doing everything right.I will not hesitate to bring any future problems I may have to Patriot Diesel. I am completely satisfied with the great work they do. We had a reefer run out of diesel an power off during inclimatevweather and an ice storm patriot diesel saved the day and our load for us by bringing diesel to us and power our trailer back on for us . They were very professional and their communication to help ease our sutiuatikn was beyond phenomenal . Thank you for all you do an being there for us immediately when we so desperately needed your help

My 2017 RAM 3500 diesel broke down on the highway. I called a towing company and the driver recommended Patriot Diesel. They made time to diagnose the issue and track down the parts. From the first call to the completion of the job, they were friendly, professional, and honest. It's refreshing to find a company that still believes in customer service.

These guys welcomed me when they received a cold call from me this morning about a safety concern on one of my two generators. Fuel leaking. Not what you want on your. They diagnosed the issue and offered me a window after my clients were off the bus and not inconvenienced by having to sit in a shop yard. I returned at the agreed time and was taken care of. Thank you all so much for your help!

A shop that cares about us o/o's and goes the extra mile for us!all top quality techs who know what they are doing! The drivers lounge seems like your at home with a full kitchen and shower and a kitchen table and 4 leather couches and a big flatscreen TV with roku where i watched smokey and the bandit! When i was hungry the lady gave me a ride to sonic to get something to eat. And all the staff were nice and welcoming! Once they get 3 more techs they will have a nightshift but as of now its banker hrs and that was the only thing I could complain about! But he's working on it....hands down the best most honest shop in Cheyenne Wyoming!!! Whatever is wrong with your tractor come here and i PROMISE you that you will not get bad treatment or done wrong! If anyone says different they are a LIAR! Absolutely the best shop in Cheyenne!!!!!

Not impressed. They did not diagnose my problem accurately. They fixed and over charged. Was not done correctly, Still had same problem after paying $3500.They added more diagnosis, and say we won t charge for that, they say other parts, and other shops caused these issues don t want to let you in the shop to see your vehicle while they work on it: add new issues to cover their time don t show the number of hours for labor on the bill offer you a ride, but I m sure it s figured into your bill, just not shown.Got it diagnosed and corrected for thousands less elsewhere. Will never be back.Not sure how they are still in business.Greedy, non educated, not trained mechanics, won t last long.This is another sad story of typical truck shops.

To everyone not only in the surrounding areas of Cheyenne, WY but just plainly looking for Extraordinary Diesel Specialists that not only stand up to their name Patriot Diesel Heavy Duty Services but also stand firm on their Reputation of Just Plainly Being Awesome at what they do. Than look no further.It s worth any cheap load that takes you up there or a mere 1000 Deadhead miles to get there and have repairs DONE , ONCE and for all and END OF STORY.!! Being an owner operator can have lots of stress when dealing with maintenance, and unfortunately I have had to come here on a few different occasions but thankfully I can count on Dave and Patriot Diesel every time! I drive over an hour for there services because I have never dealt with such a great shop. They do everything they can to get you back on the road as fast as possible. They will continue to have my work for as long as I am in business!!

The folks at Patriot tried to take care me- and the reason they couldn't do the work isn't their fault (had to do with the warranty folks). The people I dealt with at Patroit were honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them highly

Took truck there exhaust manifold gastek ever hose clamp on air inlet wS loose every clamp on turbo was loose tighten. My self the broke my evaporTer had shop in iowa fix a there mistakes they called won't back up there pathetic work so I contacted my lawyer I'm seeing this shop

I tried five different shops in Cheyenne Wyoming when I had an emergency with my truck. Nobody would see me but these guys and I will go back there in a freaking heartbeat if I ever have any other issues. They were very professional knew what they were doing fixed all of my problems, which I had several, and got me on the road quickly. I definitely recommend these guys!

I was stuck for a week at different mechanic shop in Cheyenne with after treatment service , and they couldn t make it so I decided to move the truck to Patriot so Dave and his team ! They did a a inspection for a day and disclosed with me all the details! And helped me with my truck issues! Thank you and I ll have patriot team to fix my trucks in the future! Keep in this ways guys A+++++++++

This guys are the best. I had clogged dpf filter on Tuesday in the city, called this shop, they took me in immediately and after 2 hours they diagnosed problem, and told me that they can fix it until tomorrow. They even gave me and my codriver ride to a local hotel, that gave us discount for the night because of that shop, and they pick us up in the morning gave as ride back to the shop and truck was ready, everything was working, this was my best experience with some shop on the road!! Dave is such a nice guy, i really recommend this shop to everyone, local or over the road drivers who have some issues near Cheyenne, WY!!!

They charged me for things that I did not order, they did not ask me if I wanted to change the filters of my truck, lack of professionalism, it seemed disrespectful to go for a simple oil change and end up paying for things that I did not order
