Nice enough folks at this dealership. However, there is no accountability for what they put on their lot. I made a purchase from out of state, and when the vehicle arrived, I found out the 4x4 was not working and the transmission was on the way out.To the dealerships credit, I did have a PPI done, and it seems the mechanic failed me as well. However, this transmission is so obviously bad that the dealership should have made that a large point when I was asking about the vehicle. Additionally, the vehicle was covered in hail damage. This was never mentioned in the vehicle ad or by the salesmen Landon and Matthew.I WAS sent a video, however the video was taken from far enough away I had to watch it multiple times to see the damage. I paid a price that I thought was somewhat reasonable for a truck without these issues. WITH these issues I certainly overpaid. The dealership also washed their hands of this and offered nothing even though they likely made several thousand dollars on this sale.I should also mention that the truck was sold with oil that has been in the truck for 10k miles. They didn't even do an oil change prior to sale and the oil looked awful. AGAIN, to their credit, there are brand new tires on the truck. Although, they are VERY budget tires. As far as detailing the truck, they lathered some kind of oily stuff all over the interior, which is sort of a mess. All in all, the guys at this dealership were nice and helpful. The purchase process was easy enough. But I do feel as though they took advantage of me being out of state. I would not make a purchase here again unless I could look at the vehicle myself. The dealership AND my mechanic were not honest about this vehicle.

I had a great and fun experience. I only stopped to take a look at a truck and ended the day purchasing the truck. I wasn t expecting them to be open on a holiday. There was no sales pressure and Landon was a great salesman. The entire staff was friendly and I had fun with this purchase. I didn t need the truck but Happy New Year to me. Very clean truck. I am happy with my purchase.

Got an excellent deal! I ll miss my car but I m super excited that Landon was able to help me get into my own cute little truck!

It was a good experience, no hassle. We ended up buying a two thousand and fourteen dodge charger which way Felt was reasonably priced for the miles in the condition it was in

Landon was extremely helpful and great to work with. We are looking for a very specific pickup and didn t find exactly what we were looking for but look forward to working with Landon when what we want comes in. They did have a really great selection of vehicles and if we weren t so particular we would have bought today.

To start off, I don t recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado with 140k miles on it, and since then I have had nothing but issues with the truck. Tanner was my salesman and he was very well-mannered and helpful, until it came to leaving a good reputation for a small, used car brand.I was traveling from Denver to Cheyenne to pickup a truck. I had company insurance at the time so I called them beforehand to make sure I wouldn t have any issues driving the truck off the lot, I was assured I wouldn t. Turns out it WAS an issue and I had to scramble to open up a new policy on a Saturday, took about 2 hours to do so. When leaving the lot, the dealership was going to give me a half tank of gas and send me on my way. I had to ask for a full tank so I wouldn t have to stop to fill up. Even that seemed like I was pulling teeth.During my test drive I was assured that the truck was in great condition. They personally drove it 200 miles to make sure it was driving correctly, and that they had it inspected prior to putting it out on the lot. Just to start on the issues of the truck, I was told there were a couple small lights that were out and they would be fixed before I bought the truck. Flash forward to the end of January and my brake booster failed on me (it happens, I understand mechanical parts fail) so I took it into a repair shop. There, they unveiled the array of issues with my newly purchased truck. Engine leaks, suspension issues that compromise the safety of the truck, and, of course, light bulbs that were still needing to be replaced. On top of the issues that the repair show found, I ve gotten 3 service pop-ups in the 2 months I ve owned it. One to service the brake system, one to service the driver assist system, and one for an overheating transmission system. I understand I bought a used truck with high mileage, but after being guaranteed the truck has been inspected and is in great shape I decided to call Patriot to see if they could right any of these wrongs. Tanner was very polite with me, but all in all the answer was no they would not help cover any of the issues. I was on my own. A horrible reflection of customer satisfaction and willingness to assist in order to maintain a healthy buyer-seller relationship.I purchased a warranty through the dealership as well. When I voiced to Tanner I wanted to upgrade the warranty tier I was told we can t do that here, but you can call later and upgrade . I called later to upgrade, and, low and behold, I wasn t able to upgrade to a higher tier of coverage. When confronting Tanner about the situation, he said I truly thought you could upgrade after the fact .I will never do business with Patriot Auto Sales again. Not only was the buying process complicated with miscommunication about insurance policies and unwillingness to budge on price, but they don t take care of their customers after the purchase. I understand I bought a vehicle AS-IS but that was with trust from the seller that I wouldn t have multiple underlying issues that weren t brought up during the test drive. I had a gut feeling about this car lot and I decided to ignore it, and now I m paying for it on the back end. Will not return. Will not recommend.UPDATE: My transmission has blown out when I have only owned the truck for 3 months. Do not trust this dealership

Good stock. Process laborious and a fail.Follow up: Was able to return to center and purchase vehicle. I believe my trade-in was somewhat undervalued but am satisfied with end result.

Landon got ahold of fast and was polite and very informative. Told him I immediately wanted the car and was ready to do business over the phone. His manager said he wanted a $1000 retainer. No problem. Shortly after, I was told someone else was coming to look at the car and that his manager wanted $1000 AND a photo of my check to prove I was serious about the car. After about two hours of running around, sending them a photo of the check and $1000 later. I m informed that the car had been sold from under me because someone had traveled there to buy the car. Not really Landon s fault. Very poor management. Very poor customer service. Business would probably do better under someone that can actually handle these situations with poise. I ll be back to see if I get my $1000 back.

Tanner was so patient with me while I was test driving a few trucks. HE was knowledgeable and not your typical salesman. He explained financing, monthly payments and additional costs on the vehicle. The entire experience with Jeff, Dustin and Tanner was not stressful. Would recommend this dealership to anyone!!

Matthew is very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me make some important distinctions on what car I wanted. He didn't dismiss anything I had to say, he was engaging and respectful, just all around a cool guy.My brother and I test drove a luxury car with him. If I do end up getting a car in Wyoming, I will be going to Matthew.

Landon was awesome. Wasn't pushy or like a salesman at all. Very polite and respectful. We talked like we had been friends for a long while. Quality vehicles and the best car buying experience I've had by far. Give Landon a raise.

Jeff and Tanner were both SO helpful and I would definitely recommend buying from them. We came in looking at a certain vehicle but when they realized my actual needs, they suggested a much better fit for me. They were patient and understanding when it came to agreeing on final price and I appreciate their business. Thanks guys!! I'm very happy with my new vehicle.

Sold me a truck that lasted less than 1000 miles for 15K and as I was driving down the highway every single dash light came on and then the back brakes fell off and about killed me. They said it had been inspected by their mechanics before sale. I would not recommend.

Buyers beware! This is your typical used car lot. They buy vehicles from auction or dealerships that cannot sell and they DO NOT have a mechanic look at the vehicles first. No matter what they tell you, these vehicles are not worked on, fixed, or looked at. They do this for their own benefit so that they do not have to tell you what is wrong with the vehicle (because they don t know right). We bought a 2011 Jeep Cherokee Laredo for 13,500. This vehicle has 123,000 miles on it. We had this vehicle for two weeks before it died on the highway leaving us to stroll onto an emergency pull off. The entire computer system was shot. Shot our battery, alternator, and we needed a new ECM. That was 3k to fix. We went into our mechanic officially 1 month after buying this vehicle and now we need another $3,400 worth of repairs. And yes, we got a second opinion. At this point, we will be putting in over half of what we paid for this vehicle, driving the total price of this vehicle up over 20 grand. This vehicle is not worth 20 grand. This wasn t even worth 13. I am extremely amazed this place can stay in business when it is basically a middle man. They don t sell you anything you can privately buy or find at an auction for much cheaper. They do not maintenance their vehicles (even as little as an oil change) and they are extremely dishonest with what they are providing. You are buying as is here, so make sure you bring a mechanic with you to look or as to take the car to a mechanic before signing the papers (which they will tell you no). If in need of a vehicle, please look elsewhere. I have attached our receipt from the ECM issue (not including emergency towing to save our lives on the side of the road in a construction zone). I have also attached our new estimate for further maintenance that had not been provided by this dealership. Edit: as of April 2024 we are now $10,000 into a vehicle that was $12,000 from this place!

Was working out of town and the wife s car started acting up really bad so went to patriot auto to get wife a new car and the experience was amazing. As soon as we got there, we were helped by Matt and he opened up the car for us and let us sit in it let us take a test drive and was very professional. Will definitely be back to buy more cars for the kids based on this experience. We love our new Subaru. It is a very good car.

My son bought a Hyundai elantra and within a week the transmission go's out now he has a large paper weight until he gets enough money to get it fixed and still making payments on it.

They sure fooled me. I bought a 2016 ford fusion from them and not even a month later the alternator had to be replaced. Fast forward two weeks later and the transmission already is acting up. Get a really good mechanic before coming here, get a warranty, or don t come here at all!

Tanner was just a real genuine guy trying to help me choose the right car for me, and I couldn't ask for a better man for the job. He kept the process of finding, testing, and buying a vehicle very simple, he was honest in any information I asked about, never hesitated to give such information, and was very patient when testing a vehicle thoroughly. Despite the market right now as well I feel their prices are quite fair for the conditions their vehicles are in, and they are very straightforward in the buying process. By far the best used car dealership in Cheyenne, I honesty couldn't recommend them enough.

One of the worst car dealer experiences I've ever had. I can't give them zero stars or I would. Completely unethical. I went and looked at a truck that was 2.5x the kelley blue book value. Priced high because The pictures and after talking to them made it sound like it was a great vehicle, immaculate and wouldn't be there long. It Should have looked like it rolled out of a museum for the price they were asking. The truck was not even road worthy as far as I'm concerned. They were asking $12,000 and I wouldn't have even taking it for free because of the potential issues. I'm very mechanically incline plus I brought my good friend that is a mechanic. We both could not believe that these people would do this. I wonder how many people they have ripped off. I never post negatively but I am creating this post hoping that someone that truly needs a vehicle that is in hard times does not get taken advantage of and buy one of there over priced vehicles with massive amounts of problems driving them into worst times.
