Do NOT use this company! I am an out of town landlord who needed some windows on our rental repaired. Not only were they rude and unprofessional, but they sent our invoice to the wrong address, charged us for work we did not request, lied about a conversation with our tenant, and hung up on me when I tried to call and straighten it all out. I would happily pay 3x as much to have a repairman from Fort Collins drive up!

I LEFT A VOICEMAIL THE NIGHT BEFORE, THEY CALLED ME BACK DURING BUSINESS HOURS THE NEXT AND HAD MY WINDOWS REPAIRED BEFORE I GOT HOME FROM WORK! ALL MY GLASS WORK GOES THROUGH HERE

I have used this place twice now. Jerry is frendly, and even though they are busy, they have completed my window work in a timely manner. The price, in my opinion, is very reasonable.

Jerry is old school straight up no BS. Some people may take that as being rude but, they just need to put on their big boy or girl pants.As far as their work this is a true glass shop and what I mean by that is they can cut glass and are fair on their price. We'll use them again.

Well this guy was the rudest person I have spoken with on the telephone in a really long time. I am a potential (not any more) customer and he was so rude and not helpful at all. Keep looking for a glass company - this is not the best Cheyenne has to offer by any stretch.

Just had my 4th windshield put in today and as always the service was prompt, the work was done right and the price was excellent! On The Spot was spot on as always and they always make sure a new windshield doesn't hurt my wallet too bad
