Took my rotors to them to be turned. I had the rotors installed and have had a pulsing in the brake ever since. I take the truck to brakes plus to get fixed. Turns out , the rotors werent turned correctly. Oriellys charged me $60. I'll never get back.

It was a weird day, and I'm glad for their help.Had to help a friend change a tire today, I show up, and they had lug locks. After a panicked search, couldn't find it. I took a picture of the lug, and went to this O'Reilly hoping to get what I needed. Talk to a nice lady behind the counter, she grabbed an assortment of locks, and with my picture (which wasn't really great) she was able to figure out which one I needed.She was helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. I only wish I got her name to be able to give her proper kudos. Great experience.

Suppose to open at 8am on Sunday according to Google and the website. Posted on door opens at 9. Update your hours online so I'm not having to take an Uber to 3 different stores waiting my money.

My one stop shop for auto parts and tools. Close by and always have what I need. If not they can get it quick from their warehouse, same day. Vice Grip Garage sent me of course.

Awesome customer experience today. A J was outstanding. He provided excellent advice and recommendations. I shocked to discover that O'Reilly Auto Parts changes your wiper blades when you purchase replacement blades. Thank you for the fantastic customer service!

Had a very good experience as far as ordering goes an getting what i needed in a timely fashion . Little pricey, but hey that is car parts for ya.STAFF member was awesome an knowledgeable.

This guy Collin thinks he is more important than he isTalking down to you refusing to let you pay for orders before they come in.If you see Collin walk out a go somewhere else.He is that bad

Used to love this place, commercial manager is awesome but unfortunately the rest of the staff is as personable as a 2x4. In the past staff has been warm and friendly but now getting more than 2 words out of the guys was impossible, maybe an off night but seems to be the same every time I go in and Karin is gone. Parts are on par with quality and price of other parts places. Employee personality has been my deciding factor to avoid this store unless desperate.

Staff knows their stuff. This location (Lincolnway in Cheyenne, WY) accepts used oil from weekend DIYers - I make sure to buy my oil change supplies here for that reason alone.

Replaced the alternator in a 2010 Kia Soul 4 mo ago. Today that bad boy went out and we took it to the shop. Brought bad alt back to O'Reilly for a full refund. The looked it up over the phone and we were good to go in less than 10 min. Employees were very helpful, professional and polite.

Oreillys is a great auto parts store- every once in awhile the clerk don't know stuff but it is absolutely nothing like autozone- and even if they do not know they put the effort into helping. But I have had bad experiences with parts and do prefer autozones duralast. So despite the wonderful customer service it is my second choice

Absolutely love this place. The staff is knowledgeable and not afraid to help you with whatever information you need. They don't try to sell you stuff that you don't need. They help you determine exactly what it is that you do need so you don't have to come back for a different part. They even showed me how to switch out parts on my truck. Which saved me a lot of researching things on YouTube beings that I'm not a mechanic it's amazing to have a place like this that can help me deduce what's wrong without having to spend hundreds of dollars to take it to a mechanic. The place is great!!!

Had what I needed. While not the brand I sought, what was in stocks is doing what it is suppost to do.Staff did a very good to get my truck back on the way.

I went there seeking advice on trying to figure out what I needed to use exactly to tighten the bumper on my car....found Ethan the employee who helped me to be very helpful and knowledgeable....after my bumper gets worked on I can see if his advice on making it right works

Great location, easy to find, friendly and professional staff, always get above service with helpful information to fix my car or things to try that might be part of the usual solutions, highly recommended stop for DIY auto mechanics.

I used to love this store now i will go across town to avoid it every time i go in there the manager is just talking on the phone or with someone in the store had to get a can of carb cleaner today and took 2 minutes in line to buy this because she was talking and the only person at the counter didn t seem to know what he was doing at all Will not be going back again rude and poor service

Last weekend I was driving through Cheyenne on a long road trip and needed some brake fluid and a couple other items before driving across Colorado that night. This was the only store that would still be open for me to get the parts and fluid I needed. We were going to get there right as the store closed so we called ahead to have them pull the items we needed. They were very helpful and courteous and not only pulled all the items we needed but also offered to stay over if we couldn't make it on time (10pm on a Saturday night!).

My favorite place to get auto parts. If something goes wrong with the part they can look it up at any of the O'Reilly store. They are a great help. They honor their warranties even if they're out of state.

They don't seem to know what there doing on Lincolnway I can find out more information online AutoZone is a more understanding and more caring Auto Parts business for the general population to deal with I have been a customer with O'Reilly's for 20 years I am no longer doing business with O'Reilly's I will cut my card up and I am done spending money with them hopefully you will see the light before I did

This place always has what I need without gouging my pockets for parts. Oil and spark plugs are the best and cheapest in the town! Great job!

GPS friendly for out of town travelers with sudden car trouble trouble, on a Sunday! ... opened til 9pm so no worries 'borrowing' tools needed to fix problem. Though very busy, and we waited a while for services, all the guys were helpful and knowledgeable.... and the bathroom was clean enough. thank you Cheyenne Wyoming store!! (Used your meter to see it WAS what we suspected, a bad alternator)

I work on a lot of company vehicles, plus my own, so I am here very frequently. They always seem to have almost everything I need in stock, and if they happen to not have something, they typically get it pretty fast when they have to order something

I bought an oil change kit for a mail in rebate go online and there's no rebate for the brand I bought will never shop here again plus the staff knows nothing about cars and I bought refrigerent and it was faulty and I couldn't return cuz a lil bit was used NEVER COME HERE THE WORST BY FAR!! go to AutoZone 100% better.
