too lazy to look at their own inventory on the floor. ignorant to automotive specs 'it's power steering fluid dude. who cares if it's Honda rated.'very un professional, do not recommend

This place has the feel of a small parts store with the stock of a big store. AJ and the guys can really take care of a fella.

Customer service is bad don't listen to a customer. The district manager you can complain to but he doesn't care just like the corporate number they just hang up on you. The part's are way over priced I can get the same part at AutoZone cheaper and better customer service and they listen. Even at advance Auto is better customer service.

Driving down I25 tonight (10/21/22) and realized a headlight bulb was out. Called this store and Drew let me know that they had the right bulb for me and that he would try his best to replace it. When we got to the store he rang up my bulb and he and another man working (dark haired) got right to work installing it. They were so kind and positive throughout the whole process and they did it! They really deserve some kind of service fee or higher pay, they were amazing!

I went there to get an engine light code checked out, and instead of telling us the code, he just cleared it, didn t tell us the code, and said if it was bad enough, it will come back on. The service there is usually outstanding, but this was an absolute garbage experience and a complete lack for our safety or their service to the customer! I would say 0 out of 5 if I had the option.

I had a burnt out brake light. Drew helped me find the bulb, answered all my questions, and provided me with everything I needed to get back on the road safely.

O'Reilly's is a great place to get your parts they go the distance and service and helping you get them and sometimes things may not come in fast enough but they do work with you to get them and their commercial department is good and knowledgeable I go to them all the time I have a commercial account with them I am docs automotive and Emissions repair and I do auto Admissions and services so I buy parts from them all the time and they are good

Oreillys on Dell Range is amazing. AJ and Britt are great they get the parts you need always friendly welling to help and dont pressure you buy something you dont need

I have had mixed experiences here. There is an older gentleman who's customer service skills are far above and beyond what I have come to expect. Then there is this younger guy trying to sell me some way overpriced fancy oil drain plug when all I wanted was a normal one. I didn't believe him when he said the regular one was out of stock and then he produced this expensive monstrosity that hangs so far off the oil pan it will get ripped off at the first pot hole or speed bump.

Edit: Had a warranty exchange to perform, staff and manager walked me through the process and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes, Despite trying other car parts stores, I still continue to come back to O'Reilly Auto Parts, great service, solid parts for good prices, service overcomes a lot and this is the number one reason I keep coming back

Don't like giving 5 stars, but....We'd driven through 3 horrific midwest thunderstorms and our blades were shot. The clerk intelligently discussed choices, listened to me, and installed the best wipers I've ever had in a flash. We weathered the ensuing Wyoming deluges with flair.Another clerk couldn't find a part his client needed and was impressively doing his darndest to track one down. Good customer service here.

These guys were awesome. I came in needing a gas line hose for motorcycle and they cut see extra hose they had for free. I only had to get the clamps. Super helpful. This is my go to store for auto parts.

Didn't buy anything, got price quotes for Tire chains for up coming trip on I-70 in Colorado, personnel were friendly,knowledgeable and provided prompt service.

They were so helpful.! I went to get some oil for my car and they told me which oil is the best and they helped me put my oil in that I needed besides checking to see why my engine light was on. It's the best service I ever had!

the kid at the front desk was not very knowledgable on what products were in the store, where the products were or why different name brands of the same product were more expensive than the others, there is a crew of older more knowledgable and nicer people that work there during the week

Litterally stood in line for 20 mins. while the manager talked about importing cars to a guy and his son.. learn to get customers in and out. No one cares to hear about your wanna be knowledge of car importation. Your there to sell parts not import cars..... at oreillys

I needed fuses for my car. The young man who helped me not only found what I needed but took the burned out fuse out and put the new one in. It wasn't easy because it was in a very tight place.

Has most everything you could need. Great, friendly staff. You can't beat free installation of items like batteries.

Had to stop here for my husband to change the breaks on his truck which was carrying our truck camper across the country. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.
