The best service & the best people. I ve been to NOVUS quite a few times over the years & will continue to choose them every time! Quick turn around & flexible drop off. They work with my insurance company without any issues.

Unfortunately I have to give a less than par review. My experience with the older woman at the desk was brash. I tried to inform her of my insurance information and she barked at me I was going to fast.One of the guys here who is bald with a beard was rushing through the front door complaining about someone closing the back door. Negative energy everywhere it seemed.The young men doing the work on my Mercedes seemed cool besides not really knowing how to get my car in reverse.Oh wow another man as I'm writing this review just got off the phone using the word "effing". I'm astonished for I own a business and would never act in these ways to my customers.

If you want something done right, the first time just take it to Troy and his team over at Novus. There is simply is not a better auto glass replacement center in Cheyenne. They did an excellent job replacing the glass on my bus doors and were knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks Novus team!

Twice I have used this business for windshield replacement on two different vehicles. I have interior/exterior cameras mounted on the windshields of all my vehicles. The cameras are professionally hardwired. The first vehicle they removed the camera and the wiring and did not replace or remount camera. My vehicles also have sun visor strips on the top of the windshields (eyebrows) which was not replaced but paid for by insurance. The second vehicle which is my limousine. A very expensive vehicle they replaced the windshield. Again, removed the camera and did not remount. The wiring was not put back in it's proper place either. I had a sports ornament mounted on my dash and it too was removed. Not only was it not put back but it was damaged. They left all kinds a particles on my dash of unknown substance. It is metallic in color. There is also a communication issue which causes a lot of dysfunction and chaos. I try to keep my business local but it is by this kind of behavioral dysfunction that I seek outside services. I will absolutely not recommend or use this company again.Service: Auto windshield repair

The team at Novus are great!I've had windows replaced and cracks fixed. They're quick and honest. Highly recommend!If nothing else, stop by and grab a fee set of window bandages to cover chips and keep them clean until you can get it fixed.

Never had to get a windshield replaced before, until today. I ve heard horror stories about safelite so I figured I d go with these guys, from the first phone call they got, to the time my brand new windshield was put in my truck, it was a little over 24 hours. Very nice people, Troy on the phone was extremely helpful. Although I hope I never have to step foot in here again, it was a great experience and they set the bar high for any other auto glass place I will go to in the future.Service: Auto windshield replacement

We pulled up late on a Friday evening and Anthony was eager to help us out! The entire staff were helpful and pleasant; welcomed us and quickly repaired our chipped windshield. They even let our dog wander the shop and enjoy what treats they had left in the cabinets! Very affordable, above and beyond assistance.

Forget Safelite!!!!This local shop was quick, easy, and inexpensive.We caught a rock to the windshield while transiting across the country, causing a large start burst pattern chip. A quick walk into this place, and they had us on our way in 20 minutes with the chip.filled and u noticeable.

Windshield got hit by a big rock on the 80 coming from Rock Springs. It looked pretty bad, but they said they were pretty sure they could fix it, and they did! Very nice people here and did a great job!Service: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

The best service I've ever received from ANY service company. From the beginning they were patient and willing to help me with my claim, they worked quickly and efficiently to get my vehicle back in a timely manner, and even offered to drive me back to my apartment after I dropped my vehicle off. They were very generous all the way through the process! I HIGHLY recommend Novus for the best auto glass service you can find.I hardly ever write reviews but I felt compelled to tell others about my experience. These guys deserve the recognition through and through!

Awesome customer service. I got a rock chip late Friday afternoon, talked to them on Monday and they had me in and out within 30 minutes. They also worked with my insurance and had it fixed free of charge! Including fixing another chip that I didn t notice. They re awesome!

I took my 2011 Ford Focus to Novus Glass for a windshield replacement. The employees were friendly & helpful. The work was completed in a very satisfactory manner. The job was completed promptly and at a very fair price. I most definitely recommend Novus Glass and I will return there for any future glass repair needs. Thanks for the great service!

Best place to take your car for new window. We were getting ready for a trip when our window was blown out. Called several different places and only, Novus seemed to be willing to help us. Got the car in that day and had it for the trip the next day. Thanks to everyone at the shop who helped us get going g on our trip.

I've had cracks in my windshields repaired here twice. They do great work. Also, warn you upfront it may not work, but were successful both times. They even brought to my attention that my insurance company would wave deductible and pay for repair.
