This place is top notch, the best diesel shop in Cheyenne and the only place that I'll ever go!!This shop knows what they're doing and have some of the best, knowledgeable technicians around.We had truck problems while working in Cheyenne.Dealership was booked up and wouldn't even look at it.I looked and found Mr. Diesel, brought it to them and they got me in that afternoon. They did a super job and had it done reasonably fast, I appreciate the hard work guys!!! I'd give you 10 stars if it would let me!!!

Had a major issue after trying to add fuel to an F-150 with a gas can with a flexible metal spout yesterday. It got stuck in the filler neck. The truck has to head back to Idaho today. Have always had excellent service for my vehicles in past from Mr. DIESEL. This time was no different. The mechanic checked it out and a few short minutes later I ham my spout back in hand. Thanks for a job well done.

Had my struts done a month ago on my GMC Denali, truck runs like new, the company that sold Mr Diesel the part initially quoted the part at a lower price, once the parts were received the part was more expensive, Mr Diesel still honored the lower price! They stand on their word and not to mention they were about half the price of any other quotes that I received around town!I also took my 2018 Chevy Equinox to Mr. Diesel for an oil change, car had been making a weird noise ever since the alternator was replaced.(was not replaced by Mr. Diesel) long story short, they replaced the belt tensioner, took the car home, it still was making the same noise, Mr Diesel got me back into the shop the very next day. Alternator had to be replaced again, they did it same day on their expense, and no more noise! I will be taking all my vehicles to Mr Diesel from now on! Thank you!

These folks are great. I was treated much better than I expected. Very knowledgeable about diesel engines and got my truck out in one day. And were more than fair on the cost of the work they did to my truck. I would highly recommend them.

I ve taken my dodge here three or four times now and every time these guys have done an outstanding job with a quick turn around and at a fair price. Only place I ll take my pickups. Thanks guys!

George took care of a task that o didn t have the tools to do myself and didn t want to purchase for a one time repair. There was a slight miscommunication but we were able to work through it smoothly and come to an amicable outcome. Thank you George, we will be back.

Mr Diesel is awesome. I wouldn t take my truck anywhere else. They always squeeze me into their schedule and I never have to wait long for an oil change. Definitely the best shop in town if you need your truck worked on.

Wanted to give a shout-out to Mr Diesel & Auto Repair out of Cheyenne Wyoming. Even in the middle of Cheyenne frontier days, when they were a week out, they managed to get us up and running when we broke down. Hands down the nicest people around. If you re in the area and need service, look them up. 10/10 service and price was more then reasonable.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

My husband and I used them to delete our Ford and it was great. But, We needed to sell it however and the buyer requested the emissions be put back on. They told us they could do it especially since we had kept the parts, and that it would be done in a day for a set amount. Instead it took 3 days and they raised the price anyway on us. Once it was done as we were headed home we noticed smoke from under the hood and saw that they didn't even connect the coolant hose back. It was spraying all over in the engine bay. Luckily we were close to a gas station to stop and able to get some parts to fix it. We had no complaints until this moment and we won't be going back. Absolutely an amazing experience. I had an engine replaced in my truck by someone else. Truck would run but not restart after turned off without clearing engine codes. Preparing to hook up my trailer and leave town so I was in a panic. The mechanic came out to check codes, looked under the hood and quickly located a damaged sensor. I had my old engine in the back still and even tho they were crazy busy the mechanic took a few minutes to just swap out my sensors right there. That is all it needed, no struggle, no hassle, no charge, no panic needed. Thank you Mr. Diesel for providing a professional yet personal customer service oriented mechanic experience.

We had problems with our diesel truck and were 2000 miles from home. Our son found Mr Diesel online and they did not disappoint! Anthony and George went above and beyond to help us get back on the road! We feel as though we now have two friends in Cheyenne! Thank you for the knowledge, perseverance with trouble shooting issues, and outstanding customer service!! Highly recommend them to fix any issue.

I went into have injectors replaced on my Duramax. Upon replacing them they found several other issues wrong with my fuel system. I was already tight on budget and they did everything in their power to help. They were able to get my truck up and running in a timely matter. Without me really breaking the budget. A month went by and ran into other issues with the fuel system. I dropped the truck off in the middle of the night and they were able to get it fixed within one day at an affordable price after replacing fuel lines. I highly recommend them. Great set of people and mechanics that are willing to work and help a customer out.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Went to have some basic wear and tear done brakes, rotors, and struts on my vehicle and they went above and beyond to do everything they could to have my car working properly prices are affordable and parts are warrantied which is great!!! George is awesome he will do anything he can to make sure the customer is happy!! Lynn the front desk secretary is very friendly and make me comfortable and feel welcome while I waited to have my car fixed. This place is my go to for my vehicles. The pricing is fair, the work done is quick, and they don't sugarcoat how long things are going to take.If you haven't been here before, or your normal place is too busy to help, give these guys a call.

George and his guys are the best people to work with I've taken my 6.7 Cummins to them anytime I've had issues they resolve the problem fast and are very knowledgeable never had an issue with warranty work. I actually had a tuner that was past warranty and screen went out when manufacturer would not warranty it they did no questions asked thanks again guys for being honest and loyal people had to find these days.Service: General repairs & maintenance

After my transmission installation my Cummings shifts through all gears very smooth. The last shop I used had a hard shift the day out since I m no mechanic I believed them when they said it s normal. Now I can feel a great improvement after going through Mr. Deisel. Definite 5 star experience. We were traveling through and had a problem with our DEF system. Mr. Diesel got us in and found out the problem right away. Checked and confirmed that it was covered under warranty. Then when the local Dodge dealership couldn't get us in for a week, called around and found a dealership in Ft. Collins that could get us taken care of that same day. We easily spent an hour there and they didn't even charge us for anything that they did. Awesome people!!

Awesome Job! These guys really hooked me up. I was driving from Wisconsin to California got 1000 miles into my 2000 mile journey and I needed DEF service. My truck wouldn't even let me drive.. They prioritized us as I called 10 different shops who were all booked 3 weeks out.... ridiculous was able to get back on the road same day as repair. Thanks for saving us! We can't thank you enough! At one point They might have bern good. But he is overbooked and it's resulting in negligence. I've had nothing but issues from my truck ever since I took it there and they are the only ones who have worked on it. Pinched wires resulting in our alternator being fried. After the instalation of a cold air intake. Tire bolts being sheared off because "they magically losen over time". Not because they weren't torqued properly after the installation of air bags and a towing system. On top of them calling us last minute before thev4th of July weekend because "it just didn't get done and they needed to leave early to go out of town" A leak to the intake weld and issues with our chip system ever since the delete. Loss of power, now it restarts every time you hit a bump.. But none of it is thier fault. Not to mention the head mechanic is out a lot. Go somewhere else.

I was dealing with the owner of business on one of his pickups he had for sale. I went to the shop and looked at the pickup and really liked it. I told him I would be contacting the bank and getting a loan and would be back tomorrow to pick it up. He said okay it's yours I will let the other guy know it's sold. I had to work the next day so couldn't make it right away in the AM. After I got off work and got the loan out. I was on my way to go get it when he messages me that he sold it. Now I have to pay processing fees to cancel my loan and not to mention the fuel to drive two hrs out of the way to go look at it/pick it up. Unbelievable if you ask me and very frustrating! wouldn't want to deal with anyone like that again.

Can t speak on their mechanical ability, but expect to be lied to. Had my car dropped off and was told they would start working on it that week. A week an a half later my car was still sitting on the side street with the hood open. Seems to be the only thing they touched. I called three times during this period and each time, the answer was we have it schedule to start tomorrow . Do with this info as you will.

Integrity says it all for this shop. We were passing through Cheyenne pulling a fifth wheel and had been dealing with emission problems while headed south from Montana.We pulled into Mr. Diesel at 7:30 am and were back on the road at 7:45am. They scanned our check engine light, deleted the code, assured us we were safe to continue on our trip and charged us nothing. They did it all with an amazing attitude of service. We can't say enough good about them. We had two different Dodge dealers tell us it would be at least a week before they could even look at our truck.

Great experience. These guys don't shy away hard work and dirty jobs. After searching extensively for someone to reseal the upper pan on my 6.7powerstroke, these guys not only did it, they were extremely fair. Had them do several other repairs I had tried to get addressed at other shops. Reasonable prices for diesel repair, and had my truck done in a timely manner!Thanks guys!

Limped my 6.0 PSD into Cheyenne with what appeared to be a blown CAC boot (towing an 18K payload). Called Mr. Diesel the next morning and was told to drop by and they d take a look. George and his team appeared to be extremely busy on this Monday morning but took the time to inspect the truck, source (and pick up) the part, and had me on my way in about an hour. Thanks for the great service!

Was passing through Cheyenne professionally driving and had a code thrown on my 17 Ram. Tried the local dealer and another shop and they said it would be a long time before I could get a diagnostic done. Mr Diesel told me they could get my diagnostic done right away (squeeze me in) but let me know they wouldn't be able to fix anything because "overworked and understaffed" (who ain't, right?). Got there and within 1/2 hr, ran the OBD and let me know it was nothing happening with the truck. Gave me the confidence to keep driving on. VERY reasonably priced too! If I'm ever broke in Cheyenne, will definitely go here first. Friendly, knowledgeable staff!

I've taken a few vehicles there from other places that have messed up on my car. They always fix the issue. They get my vehicle in and out. It does help that I know the issue so they can fix it faster. The price here is AMAZING. They are also military friendly. They do not hassle or push or try to lie to you. Communication is great with them.Only thing I would say for the company is get floor mats and seat covers or anything to protect inside of people's car. They do tend to leave dirt and grease marks everywhere without wiping.Other than that I will keep coming back to them for all my vehicle needs. Especially because I don't want to do it.

The fact that this shop isn t gouging like most others is impressive. I ve been stolen from a few times before coming to Mr Diesel, With shabby results from the places I ve been. Thanks to Mr Diesel my 96 12 valve is running better than it ever has as long as Ive owned it. A 660,000 mile truck too mind you. And also because this crew of gentlemen understand the nature of the beast for a welding rig they got it in and out super fast with purpose. Thank you Mr Diesel, I appreciate you.

We have taken our truck to them a few times and every time they say they have fixed the problem, not even a few weeks later the part they put in stops working/leaking/cracked... The only good thing about them is they get you in quickly and for a decent price. But at what cost?! We rely upon our truck for our company and it should have been fixed first time. We should have to make trip after trip back to them.

They repaired my truck in one day. I broke down in Cheyenne and called them before close and they took one day as they told me they wood. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and they give military discount. They explained all the work they did and had shown me all the parts that were removed and why they were replaced, because I asked. Should have taken two days but because I was in transit he had two mechanic working it to get it done and get me back on my way. I recommend them whole heartedly. Very honest and down to earth. The owner is really easy to work with.

George and his crew are great people. They fixed multiple issues with my 6.0 for a great price, and they do military discount. Honesty and integrity are evident from giving the quote to performing the work. I will not take my truck anywhere else, thanks guys.
