Missile Auto body did a great job after the hail we had in GlendoRes in July, my 2023 was brand new and they made it look like the day I drove off the dealership except for the Top which is on back order do to auto union strikes. Lencho, was very informative, when I took it in for an estimate my insurance company had high mark for them, glad I chose them. Everything was top notch. very courteous and professional.Not sure why other think that the owner are not very nice, they sit there and talked to me and made feel quite at home. very nice folks along with their staff as well. This company and it's owners are literally the best. I had a Chevy Tahoe that was black and made the mistake of taking it through an automatic car wash over the winter, bad idea. Anyways I went to them for just a quick detail and they went above and beyond on it. No more swirl marks and it was very inexpensive. THE BEST PRICES IN TOWN! Will be a life long customer for any detail, paint, and body work.

The people were amazing, helpful, fast & efficient. We live in Oklahoma. They helped us with a rental to be able to leave the next day. They got the information to our insurance quickly so we got a settlement quickly!! I would highly recommend this place! BTW, we hit a deer that totalled our car. Use this place!!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Front office is fantastic and repair exceeded my expectations - looked just like new. Excellent communication and completed the repair quicker than estimated. While I hope I don't need a repair in the future, it is comforting knowing that I know where to take it. Owner is the rudest person I ever met.I was a in hospital when I was going to pick up vehicle still charged storage, when a problem was found with repair , the vehicle was brought back to show , she made it feel it was done by me . It was a screw that was off to hold the tail light on, her comments basic accused I took it off. Never apologized just used a accusatory tone.I reported her to my insurance company and will do everything I can to have them removed as a preferred shopService: Body & Trim

I was so impressed . Lecho explained everything to me before we decided to move forward. The lady at the front was very nice and personable. We got text messages updating us on when to bring our car in and when it was done. They also worked with a local tinting company to get everything done in one day. So amazing! They are a group of great people. My garage door took my spoiler off of my Honda hrv. I went there to see if there was anything they could do to help me get it reattached. They were able to help me get it put on with new clips at the drop of a dime. They didn t make me wait or get an appointment. I had my car repaired by this shop last year when it was under different ownership. Sometime after the New Year I took my car back in for additional repairs relating to the same reason the car was repaired last year. The new owner took on my car as his own project to make sure I received more than excellent service. It was AWESOME! He even put $10 of fuel in my car as I took it to him on empty. I then had to take the car back a third time due to the same reason I took it the first time. Again, the new owner went above and beyond to get my car back in its original working order. All of the things that were repaired the second and third times should have been caught/repaired the first time. The new owner truly takes pride in providing excellent customer service and treating the vehicles as if they were is own vehicles.Thank you Missle Drive Auto Shop!!!

We had a deer run into the side of our 2013 Avalon which damaged pretty much the whole passenger side of the car. I took the car to Missile Drive and they took care of everything. Amy was fantastic to deal with and handled everything with my insurance company. When we got our car back the repairs were completely undetectable! Incredible workmanship and our car was perfectly clean inside and out.If I need any more work there is no question...I m taking my vehicle to Missile Drive Auto Body!

Service took a long time to complete, some due to Covid. They charged two separate fees I was not aware of for doing an estimate . When part of the original work estimate changed. BEWARE missile drive auto body unprofessional and will throw parts of your vehicle away without telling you. I got an estimate for $3000 for work on my vehicle for a front and back bumper. It was a Yukon gmc Dinali 1999 I went in two weeks later to reevaluate and the estimate doubled. I was shocked but not as shocked as them taking a month and a half to fix my car. They took my car and two weeks later told me they couldn t buy a front bumper so I had to buy one. I don t know why they took the estimate and took my vehicle if they couldn t order all the parts ahead of time. After this was all over they were not professional at all not friendly they cut my trailer cord and they threw my fog light bulbs away And didn t tell me about these things I had to find out myself and find out what missing parts I needed to get. They took two panels out of the inside of my car and never put them back. I tried to call with complaints politely but was turned down on every instance with an excuse. The owner Wilfred is Terrible at customer service I went there in person to complain and he got so upset and escalated the situation he said I m taking all my junk parts back that I already paid them to get rid of He actually stormed into his garage and grabbed my old hood and tried to hand it off to me aggressively. I am so happy I went here! They handled everything with my insurance and got my car done faster than they originally quoted. They did an amazing job and gave detailed updates through the entire process. Great shop!

Terrible experience. I walked in for an estimate, got a verbal on the work order. The estimator was taking notes the entire time. I wanted my headlights replaced and bumper painted. The estimate never came and I had to call to request it a couple weeks later. I got an estimate that came in 200.00 less than the Dealer so I went with them, not paying close attention to the fact that they omitted the light replacement. Upon picking up the vehicle, only half the job was done. I was charged 1600 dollars for a bumper, are you kidding me? No attempt to rectify, only poor excuses that there is no record of my request to replace the lights anywhere. Who In their right mind would pay 1600 dollars for a bumper when they could get the entire light and bumper job done for 1800 at a dealer? Im a cash customer, maybe insurance doesnt care but I do! Price gouging at its max, PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR INVOICES

I loved the customer service at Missle Drive! They got me in the same day for an estimate and Lencho was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I didn't catch the receptionist's name, but she was pleasant and inviting. I will definitely be using them for my future auto body needs.

Was quoted 2 weeks for repair. A day or two into fixing my SUV I got a call saying that the dents are coming out much easier than expected, and they wouldn't feel right about charging me the quoted price. I had brought the car in on Monday and was surprised to get a call on Friday telling me the work was done. I had been driving a rental, so I was pleased to save quite a bit of money and to have my car back. In short, it took half the time and they charged me less than quoted. They did a great job and even removed a dent that was unrelated to the recent accident, despite the fact it was a few feet away from the damaged area.The only negative was when I was given the quote, they did not include the replacement for the chrome trim around the wheel well. I called them back and got a rough estimate for that. They had to order the entire set to replace the 2 damaged pieces, but they did have the rest of the pieces in the back of the car (SUV) for me to take home.The reason I chose this place is because they are on the white list for State Farm, Farmers, USAA, and probably other insurance companies, which implies to me they are legit (I've noticed their name continue to show up after various incidents over the past few years). I realize future repairs may not be as unexpectedly easy to fix as this one was, but I gave them 5 stars because getting the work done in half the time, charging less than the quote, and doing a great job says volumes about their integrity.

Called them after the great wyoming winds bent my door completely out of shape to the point I couldn't close it. After dealing with another accident just a few hours before, these guys came to the rescue. Called only a couple minutes ahead of being at their door, and they said even though they don't usually work on older vehicles like mine (92 ford truck), they'd take a look. Couple short minutes later, the technician had her closing beautifully and keeping snow from piling up in my interior! Very thankful! Not to mention after he told me no charge, I was beside myself. Gave him the last $20 I had in my wallet and walked away being glad there's still kind people out there willing to help another person they don't even know! Top notch guys here! Wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend them to anyone! Thanks again!

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. We had a door repaired on our minivan here in 2001, the customer service was horrible and the shop did not want to uphold the quote that they gave our insurance company and tried to get away with doing only part of the job. Didn't want to re-do the pin striping on the door and basically treated us like crap. Now years later we have moved across the country and the door is beginning to rust because they didn't paint it well and the whole job has to be done over again. Don't take your vehicle to this shop.

Horrible customer service and no consideration for people s time and planning. Dropped vehicle off for 2 days and didn t receive a call or anything about my vehicle. Showed up with the keys in it and nothing done to it. Tried saying they couldn t get doors open but never had any issues with that ever myself and vehicle was moved. They were clearly lying. Not impressed at all .

Overpriced and just a bad overall experience. The person I spoke with was rude and could care less. I'd recommend looking elsewhere!
