When our dog ran away early in the morning on the 4th day of our trip, we happened to get locked out of our vehicle. The rude manager Casey would barely let us use their phone after getting locked out of our RV. He told us he can t help but had a slim Jim. I used it to break in, after standing outside in my underwear at 5a.m. with my spouse inside with our dog for 30 minutes. He then explained that RV s aren t welcome in the back, only semi trucks. There wasn t any room in the front and we were parked well. Seems like a lot of other bad reviews for this place too 2 stars, for the slim Jim

Only stopped here to use the bathrooms and they were spotless! There is a sign on both men s and women s room which indicated that they both have a baby changing station which is incredibly considerate. Would go here again!Update: original review was about the travel stop at 4 AM. We stopped there around 10AM and things were less clean, but still a good experience.

Clean showers. The waffle breakfast sandwich was awesome!! The cashier was really nice at the front desk.

Small, dirty parking lot. The restrooms had stalls that were out of order and the ones that were opened, had no TP. The store is well stocked for the basics..

Cashier Kevin Bryson was very helpful with all my questions about prepaying for gas. I needed the answers so I could get cash back on the app I use. I appreciate him making sure he gave me the correct info.

Very disappointed. The early morning staff. The manager Casey was extremely rude. His attitude was very unnecessary. I tried talking to this man calmly and explain to this man what I needed or was looking for. His anger and stern meanness was uncalled for and rude. Not an appropriate way to treat a customer. I wouldn't give this place a cent of my money. I genuinely hope this man is having a bad night. I hope he's not always like this. I've been on a road trip for days. I'm very far away from home and he has really left a bad impression on me for this company for sure and unfortunately my first impression of a state I've never been to. I would recommend Loves look into their staffs customer service.

I wish I had believed the reviews about how disgustingly dirty the showers are. When I complained to the trans person in attendance that my shower was dirty it gave me another that was even more disgusting. When I pointed that out it took a towel and a bottle of something and splashed it around then put the towel on the floor and pushed it around with its foot. When I said the nice thing about taking a shower was that you knew the toilet had been cleaned, it picked up the towel and swiped at the toilet. Needless to say I didn't leave a tip. Do the managers of these places ever read these reviews?

This Love s Travel Stop was a great rest stop. It was clean, organized, and well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful. My family likes to use Love s as much as possible when we are on road trips because we get ten cents off per gallon through the Love s apps. We also appreciate the healthier food options that they keep in stock.

No handicap access from truck side. As a handicap driver climbing all those stairs to get into the store was a chore.

Good parking space clean restrooms but i was there for shower and waited 40 minutes inside the store because i was the next customer in line. The lady working at showers waited for all 5 showers to be free to get them ready again. 2 were already empty and 3 guys left while i was waiting inside the store and than she started to get them ready again for next 4 customers including me who was waiting there for 40 minutes already. Never saw this thing work like that anywhere else before. She could see there are 2 guys waiting inside the store with there shower bags but she just don t care. I feel bad putting a bad review as i have never experienced anything bad at any other loves stop.

One of my favorite spots to overnight at in Cheyenne. Usually have parking spots till late in the evening before it fills up. Clean store friendly staff.

I like this love's the store is clean and the showers are also clean. The parking lot is not the biggest and fills up quickly. The only complaint I would have is I wish they would fix the faucets in sink in the shower rooms the water gets everywhere. I give this love's a 4.5 stars.

People polite workers that is shower was ok bottom half toilet hadnt beened cleaned in a while but ive seen worse the wendys pretty good staff very polite even did bacon extra crispy for my burger np so over all pretty good not best but not bad at all

Here s a SuperRVer parked in truck spot forcing truckers that need to rest to drive tired totally inconsiderate m0f0. I ask the manager she said their not aloud to park in any truck spots when I confronted the individual and ask why is he parked in a truck spot he said to get away from him I told him this is not an RV park

Great place for gas right off of I-25. Only reason I have a 4 star was because I had to go in and pay because the machine at the pump wasn't working. But other than that, good travel center for gas and food.

If all the parking spots for truckers are taken, and that ll put you in a position to make a parking spot. If that said make a spot you just did is completely out of the way, not impeding traffic in any way, and no signs are posted saying you can t park there they will make you move. Even though I explained I had no time on my clock and I m not a inconvenience in any way. They don t care, they ll still make you move. Regardless if you re out of time on your clock, I was extremely tired, and said it was unsafe for me to continue driving behind the wheel management doesn t care about any of that. Despicable.

Extremely busy, but that's to be expected. Wendy's was quick and our orders were correct. Store and restrooms were clean. The parking lot and gas pumps are a little chaotic, but not unnavigable. Perfect pit stop place before we continued on our journey. We'll stop here again

CrowdedShort hoses on car pumps. Would be much more convenient if the hoses could extend to vehicles when the fill is on the away side of the pump

Even though having engine problems a one hour parking limit was enforced. Had to travel an extra 25 to 30 miles at 5 mph (limp mode) a Ford invention for when a sensor says you are polluting the air. Not good 1000 miles away from home.

This has got to be the worst laid out interstate gas station ever. If you are towing anything it is a pain to get in and out of the gas pumps. They thought it was a great idea to put a raised fuel fill island between the fuel pumps and the entrance. So it is a pain to navigate around.Also no parking signs everywhere and only 3 parking spaces large rigs. If you're towing anything just skip this place!

Been stuck here for almost 3 days as I80 westbound has been closed due to winter conditions and heavy wind. Staff here has been great during the shutdown. Clean restrooms and showers. Have kept plenty of food available for drivers. Wendy's has also been great during shutdown. Many thanks to all.

This is a good loves the Wendy s restaurant has tasty fries doesn t taste like the usual Wendy s fries I ve experienced most my life the showers are clean the staff is friendly this loves has washers and dryers as well I spent 2 days here I can say it s been a fantastic experience

Busy busy store. The attached Wendy's restaurant is efficient. This Loves is pretty much the only place in Cheyenne where I can find the C4 starburst/skittles energy drinks. 4 of the 5 stars are just for that!

After sipping my specialty coffee half the day, I discovered a fly...IN MY MOUTH!!!! NEVER will I EVER trust Love's coffee OR fountain drinks ever again. Nor will I eat any food item their employees have prepared.

The people that work there are very pleasant and helpful. The bathrooms are always clean and the food's are always fresh would stop at the Cheyenne location
