A++! Lennox was able to exactly paint match the new hood for my Jeep even though the Jeep's factory paint was 9+ years old. The staff were experts and fantastic to work with as well. First rate, fantastic job!

Lennox provided excellent customer service and gold standard work on my Durango. Every employee I interacted with was kind, warm and helpful. They kept in contact with me throughout every step of the process; they went above and beyond in helping me to find items that I had accidentally left in my vehicle while they were working on it, and even though they quoted me 5 days for completion it was done within 48 hours!When I picked up my car it had been cleaned inside and out (a wonderful surprise) and the entire experience was easy and low stress.I cannot recommend them highly enough! Prior to this experience I felt that this level of customer service had become a thing of the past - Lennox proves that some companies still achieve excellence.

Went to Lennox to have our truck repaired after a massive blowout. They were very kind and respectful. First walking into the office I love how clean and well kept it is, definitely not like any other auto body shop I've visited. During the repair process they kept us up to date on everything that was going on and the various stages of repairs our vehicle was in. Upon getting our truck back it was detailed and very clean. So far everything is running great and we haven't had any issues with the repairs that have been done. Highly, highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if you're needing any repairs.

I cannot thank the team at Lennox enough! Not only did they repair the damage and give my car a cleaning but they were absolute rock stars dealing with insurance! The repairs were amazingly quick, and they kept us informed of the status during the whole process. I've used Lennox in the past and every time I go there I am blown away at how amazing of a job they do!

The staff was great in my experience, the receptionist was friendly and quick to acknowledge me from the moment I crossed the threshold. I had a noon appointment I was able to get off of work a bit earlier and got there about 1130 and instead of making me wait for my noon appointment they got me in with Mr. Wayne with in like 7-8 min of me being there. Mr. Wayne was an absolute pleasure to talk with, instead of hitting me with a bunch of jargon he made it so I could understand with out making me feel like I knew nothing. I needed to call back after my appointment to ask more questions and Mr. Wayne was in the middle of another estimate and it was responded well with in the estimated time. Mr. Wayne was very understanding of my questions and was able to (again explain things with out being confusing) to me, as well as giving me great advice on what I should do. Just an overall AMAZING experience, this has been my first visit and it will not be my last. This was all because of a referral from some family members, I see why I was referred to them. A++

Top-notch body shop!I was impressed from the beginning to the end of getting my hail damaged truck fixed up.They kept me updated as the job progressed, finished the job a week early, and did outstanding work.Highly recommended!

The staff is awesome. Repairs on our car were done as quick as they could, service great, kept in contact with us through every step, and it looks great. It was all done by Christmas. The staff I talked to were helpful; Annie, Wayne, Sean, Chance, and everyone else. Thank you.

We were referred to Lennox Auto Body by a trusted local dent repair shop, WyoDent. Our experience was excellent from the first call to picking up our 2022 three days earlier than estimated. Each person we dealt with was friendly and polite.Our truck body work repair is exceptional. We cannot discern any color difference or body difference than when brand new just six months ago. We keep our truck in immaculate condition, so to find a local professional team that provides superior work is clutch!Service: Body & Trim

Had someone back into my car. Every part of the process from insurance to a rental was frustrating, but Lennox made it easy. They communicated with me, left no room for error and fixed my car extremely quick! Even detailed it for me. Everyone was kind and respectful. Thank you! Great work

I have never felt so compelled to leave a 5 star review. The entire process of working with Lennox was beyond anything that I could have imagined. My car was near totaled with hail damage. They kept me updated every step of the way. When I picked up vehicle it looked better than the day I bought it from the car lot. The staff members all knew my name and thanked me for my business. Finally I got into my car and it felt and smelt new. Honestly they treated me like royalty. I find it harder and harder to come across people that take such pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

After I got a hit and run in a grocery store parking lot, I knew Lennox was the place to go! My insurance company was great, but Lennox took away all worry and stress by coordinating with my insurance directly the damage amount to be paid and repairs needed. Took exactly ONLY a week and my car is back to new! They even vacuumed and washed it! And kept me updated by text messages the entire time they had my car. Don t let insurance companies tell you that you have to take your car to only certain auto body shops. Lennox wasn t on my car insurance auto body list but I insisted and I am so glad I did.

What an outstanding business with fantastic people. Heather went above and beyond what I was expecting and the work itself was absolutley exceptional. You can't even tell where the original damage was, both the dent removal and paint matching are top notch. I would not hesitate to use Lennox again or recommend them to others. Just fantastic!

I can't thank Lennox enough for repairing my vehicle in less than a week. I live in Arizona and while here I had some minor damage done to my brand new Highlander. Matt was helpful from the moment I walked through the doors. Got my vehicle in quickly, kept me up to date on the progress at the end of every day. Working with Lennox was a fantastic experience! They were incrediblyfriendly, were quick to look at my car's damage and write up an estimate,and even broke down the cost of repair to be a transparent as possible.Setting up an appointment was a breeze and Lennox even called ahead with areminder a few days ahead of time. Once the car was in the shop, theyconstantly sent updates as repairs were being made which set my mind atease, and when the repairs were done it was perfect! Not a sign that the car was ever damaged. I can't recommend Lennox enough!

I had a ding in my car door from a loose shopping cart. It requires the whole door being replaced. From initial estimate to job completion it was just a little over a week. Lennox communicated with me every step of the way. They also dealt directly with my insurance and called the rental car place for me. Every employee I spoke with was professional, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I m very impressed. I even had a dime stuck in my old door and when I got my car back, the dime was there. Thank you so much to Lennox Auto Body, they're were very compassionate, helpful and fast, when my vehicle was totaled in an accident. They worked swiftly with insurance to complete the process. They are very professional and caring, I will always recommend them for any Body, glass or detail work

Brought my 2017 Jeep in to get evaluated and fixed. A third party USAA adjuster estimated the repairs at $8,700. When we arrived their adjuster came out and looked at it. Wrote an estimate for almost double the original. Which would have totalled the vehicle. The funny thing is, it doesn't even look that bad. The adjuster was EXTREMELY RUDE and dismissive. We found another USAA shop that looked at it and estimated it at a little over $12,500.. Shop around and definitely don't take your vehicle to Lennox

I am a mother of three young children and when my driver's side door wouldn't latch, my car became unsafe to drive. I rushed to Lennox without an appointment. They were fully booked but saw my concern and addressed my issue immediately. They went out of their way to locate the parts I needed and fixed it FREE OF CHARGE!! They took an incredibly stressful day and turned it into an act of kindness. I will never go anywhere else!! THANK YOU Lennox! The staff at Lennox are so courteous, friendly, helpful and professional! Their work is impeccable and the repairs are done quickly with a minimum of fuss. I received texts daily detailing the progress of teh repairs - which finished way ahead of time. I was very happy with the results. My car looks amazing. They take extra effort to address the important details. I couldn't be happier with their work!
