Kieth and the gang came to the rescue on my way back to Montana at 0-Dark Thirty one morning to make an emergency trailer repair. Luckily, they had some great trailers in stock and I was able to get an upgrade and keep to the schedule.These guys were super friendly and helpful and give them the highest marks!

Quality Repairs, Excellent Service!Had my Grand Designs 28BH 5th wheel in for new axles, leaf springs, bearing repack, and seals. Everything turned out great and they even helped me test my trucks plug-ins.

10 stars!! Can't say enough good things about everyone at K's trailers. We lost a trailer wheel on i-80 and were kind of at a loss as to what to do. We called K's and they sent over a mobile repairman to help us limp back to the shop. The guys at the shop were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Kieth gave us lots of options: a plan to repair the trailer, rent a trailer, even offered us a trade in value for a new one right on their lot. We opted for the trade in for a brand new 2023 22' cargo trailer. Everyone helped us with tools, cords, brought us water, even helped us load up the motorcycle. What a nice place to land after a rough day. Couldn't have asked for better people or service.

We highly recommend K's Trailer Repair. We stopped by and asked for assistance. We explained problem. They were booked solid for following two weeks. We were asked to bring the trailer by and they would look at and see if quick fix. We went back with the trailer. Bill and another tech (name escapes me) came out and looked at the hitch. They immediately saw the issue and resolved it very quickly. Customer service is excellent and everyone is so kind. We have had them do other work done for us in the past and have received the same great service each and every.time.

K's Trailer Parts and Service is truly an incredible business with top-notch customer service.I'm a professional musician in a full-time touring outfit. Life on the road as a band is already pretty tough, but there are some days that are truly horrible. We recently had one of those days. We were one hour into our 9 hour drive to Cheyenne from Sioux Falls, SD when the rear shackle link on our trailer's left equalizer broke. (I had no idea what any of those things were more than a week ago.) We had 8 hours left to drive and our scheduled arrival time was already half-an-hour past the time that the production staff requested we be there for load in. Our show the day after Cheyenne was in Park City, and there was no way in hell we were going to drive a broken trailer into any kind of mountains; we're honestly kind of surprised we ever even made it to Cheyenne, and that was driving through plains. We thought we might have to cancel our Park City show and maybe even the one after that, but K's really came through.I was on the phone with a man named Wes over and over throughout the day. Wes and the techs at K's were able to help identify the problem over the phone and with texted photos, put together an order of replacement parts, take my order over the phone, and have the order ready for pickup at pretty much a moment's notice. Seriously, I was probably on the phone with him 10 times over the course of that day, in and out of cell service, and the whole time, he was super kind and helpful. I think he probably lowered my blood pressure 30 points that day. The folks at K's really came through for us in a big way. Without their help, we would've had our first ever show cancellation! We can't thank them enough. These folks know their trailers and are really just amazing.

I believe the quality of the experience I had at K s. Nightmare problem on a trailer as we dragged it behind a box truck for miles on a flat until the rim was gone and half the hub worn off. The entire staff helped us, professional and proudly until we found a solution. Due to covid parts were just not available. Frankly there was no excuses just unrelenting professional service until the problem was resolved. Everything that could have possibly been done was offered as a normal way to approach business. Yeah they know exactly what they are doing and will treat everyone right. Want to see the very best customer service team in America? You will FEEL it when they answer the phone. I thank my lucky stars I was fortunate to call them. We two guys one an ACE certified mechanic and the other with some minor experienced in trailer parts, would have been stuck for days without them. One extraordinary experience and yeah I will drive across four states to buy next Trailer.

Went in to have them install a bar lock. Asked when they could readjust my ramp door springs. Drive away with my trailer that day with everything complete! They are very courteous and knowledgeable. They explained everything professionally, but in a way that an every day Joe could understand. I couldn't be happier with the level of service and professionalism. Will definitely use them again when I need something repaired, installed, or just parts. Thank you!

Very friendly, professional and understanding. Took care of me quickly on a weekend when everyone else was either closed or didn't want to bother, so I could be ready to work Monday morning. Pricing was not cheap, but was not ridiculous either, I would say reasonable considering weekend service and very short notice. I called as soon as they opened on a Saturday and they had me back in service in only a couple of hours after I had arrived and didn't compromise on the quality of the work at all.... on a side note there was another review on here that said they could not find the place. They are a bit hidden in the industrial park. However, a quick call to their office will help you easily locate them (just a few doors behind the office of the industrial park).

These folks are the friendliest and very professional repair shop I have ever encountered. Our family was on vacation and very far from our home. They treated me like family and made my required repair in a jiffy. Excellent workmanship. And the cost was more than reasonable. I would give them 10 stars!!!

Couldn't ask for better customer service! Keith and his team at K's got me out of a bad jam when my trailer broke on the way to Wyoming from Indiana. Not only did K's fix my trailer but Keith also loaned me his personal trailer to use in order to get me back on the road. Wouldn't go anywhere else for trailer service/parts! Fantastic people that you can tell care about the customer! Great Job K's!-Indiana Hunters

My 20-year old horse trailer was serviced by K s Trailer Parts. Besides repacking the wheel bearings, they checked it over from front to back. I just got back from a 1,000 trip and had a safe and relaxing drive knowing it was professional serviced!

I broke some trailer stuff and was kind of lost trying to find a certain part. K , Im sure it was her bc she was extremely helpful and they had the exact kit i needed. The price was Amazing for the kit and I slapped that on and that was 5 stats ago . So HECK yea . K knows trailers will be bak

I had a bearing failure on East bound I-80 15 miles west of Cheyenne. Quick Google search turned up K's. I cut the trailer off and headed into town. The minute I walked in the gal behind the counter cleared me a spot to lay my burned up hub. Within a few minutes she had me a new hub and bearings. I asked if they'd mind packing the bearings for me real quick to which the fella took it in the back, packed the bearings, installed the seal, and wrapped it up. When I got back to the trailer I was back rolling in 30 minutes. Quick, more than fair on price, knowledgeable, and most of all accommodating. Thanks folks!

Fantastic Service!!! We were traveling and lost our trailer lights. One phone call, Keith worked us in that day and did a fantastic job for an extremely low price. Instead of taking advantage of people on vacation, he treated us like family. Thanks again Keith! Sure wish you were in our hometown!

They are currently helping me with an insurance claim with a hard to get to ranch in the mountains and get my camper trailer towed and down off he mountain get an estimate for repair. And goodness they are attentive with calls and trying to find out answers if they don't have one and neither do I. I would recommend here for insurance work and also understand the reviews for places are not far off. Jolly rogers in town repaired my parents trailer and the inverter has a short and the money's spent for repairs and install of an inverter, gone as they won't fix the issue that occurred within the first two weeks. So glad to have found this place

K s Trailer Parts & ServiceThis past July as we were traveling home to the Atlanta area on I-80 in Wyoming, one of the wheels on our two-axle travel trailer which we were towing experienced a wheel bearing/drum failure, seriously damaging the wheel and rendering the trailer virtually immovable. Fortunately, as we were breaking down, we were able to pull off the interstate and into an adjacent rest area for over the road truckers.We were stranded in the middle of nowhere, approximately half way between Salt Lake City and Cheyenne, with just a couple of very small towns in between. Although we had both Good Sam road side assistance and a Good Sam extended warranty, neither service was able to provide us with either the name of a repair facility that was able and/or available to do the repair anytime soon, or with a tow service operator that could tow our trailer should a repair facility be found.After phoning literally forty plus potential repair facilities RV dealers & service centers, truck repair companies, trailer repair services all of whom either did not do travel trailer wheel/axle repairs or were already booked up 2-3 weeks out, we lucked up on K s Trailer Parts & Services in Cheyenne, a little over 200 miles from where we were stranded.I spoke initially with Karla, one of the owners, who was very friendly and extremely sympathetic to our situation. She agreed to do the repair and work us into her already busy repair schedule, and also referred us to a towing service she had used many times and could recommend.Within six hours of speaking to Karla and after 36 hours of being stranded on the side of the interstate our trailer was on the back of a flatbed tow truck and on the way to K s Trailer Parts & Services, where our trailer wheel was repaired the following day. During the repair, Keith, the co-owner and shop manager, made a disturbing discovery our travel trailer frame was cracked in two places on each side of the trailer, making the trailer very dangerous to operate despite the repair to the wheel.Keith offered to repair the cracks, but unfortunately their backlog of existing work already scheduled meant they would be unable to begin the repairs for 10 days or more, which was out of the question given our pressing family commitments back home in Georgia. Keith and his office manager, Jennifer, however were able to provide pictures of the frame cracks as well as a detailed analysis of the needed repairs, which they submitted on our behalf to Forest River, the trailer manufacturer, who in turn, submitted them to Lippert Components, the maker of the trailer frame.As a result of their expert diagnosis, documentation and recommendations, Forrest River and Lippert Components agreed to send a mobile field technician within 48 hours to make temporary emergency repairs needed to get us back home safely, where they subsequently dispatched yet another mobile tech to perform more extensive and permanent repairs to the frame.I can t emphasize enough how helpful, caring, professional and qualified the people are at K s Trailer Parts & Services. Without their skilled and experienced crew, I shudder to think where we would be. They rescued us when we were stranded in the middle of nowhere when no one else would; they expertly repaired the damaged wheel, which got us back home some 1500 miles away; and they discovered the cracks in the trailer frame, which could have resulted in catastrophic damage and possible injury, had they not done so and provided the necessary documentation to convince the factory to quickly make needed repairs.If you re in the Cheyenne area, or are on I-80 in Wyoming, and find yourself broken down with a wheel or axle failure to your travel trailer, fifth wheel, or utility trailer, do yourself a favor and give them a call. In a world filled with unqualified, uncaring, and/or unscrupulous hacks, they are an Oasis where experienced, highly qualified and ethical people who give a damn can be found. I highly recommend them!!

Keith and his team are awesome! If they dont have it in stock they'll order it for ya... Their prices are very competitive and labor rates are great!!! I will definitely be back and highly reccomend K's Trailers!!!

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF K'S TRAILERS FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST COMPANY I HAVE HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH. THEIR WORK IS TOP NOTCH. IF THERE WAS A MISTAKE THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN WILLING TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I HAVE EVEN BOUGHT A TRAILER FROM THEM AND THEIR PRICES ARE AWESOME. THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST. Just called looking for a trailer harness and even though that they didn't have it so the receptionist called around and saw if anybody else had it for me. Excellent customer service! If I have anything else they may be able to help with I will definitely be going to them.
