No fuss, no fluff. This crew just gets to business and gets the job done. Even some of the uncommon fluid changes I asked for didn't take long for them. That said, if the "Change Oil" light turns on in your dash and you're in the middle of running errands, these guys won't slow you down. (read other reviews about pricing, which isn't half bad)

Amazing service! They exceeded our expectations by a long stretch. Feels like our vehicle went to the doctor and left with a clean bill of health. They topped off all fluids, vacuumed, promptly ordered parts and even helped us look up part numbers to get at another store to get service done elsewhere. Couldn t have asked for better service. Great commitment, full stock of supplies, fast and friendly service, were open on December 23rd early as if it were a regular day, and are next-door to a great diner to eat at while your car is being done. Oh, and they rotate the tires too! And required no appointment! No wonder we drove all the way from California to be served here :))

We rented a car from enterprise in Logan, Utah and was driving to Trenton Missouri but the check engine light came on and a warning saying that it would shut off the car so to pull over. We pulled over and checked the nearest enterprise was in Cheyenne so we pulled over and tried to get a new vehicle but they didn t have any and referred us to this shop to see if they could fix it. They took us in and ran tests and said a code must ve set it off but that was it and they fixed it and sent us on our way. We only waited like 20 mins and they were very professional. Thank you again for helping us!

Very busy shop, Mechanics provided great service and corrected issues with a previous oil change gotten at another shop. Other shop filled car two quarts too full, causing engine issues. Very glad to find quality, professional and friendly mechanics, will definitely return.

Bernard runs a great business. Never wait long, very good service. I recommend these cats to everyone. I had starter work done, heater motor relay, and the usual maintenance. Price wise, He beats the dog meat out of Chevy garage and others . Honest, efficient, tip top service. Can't go wrong!

I got a chip in my new cars windshield on my birthday going to Denver and I brought my car here and they made it look like nothing ever happened to it. It was at a very fair price! I absolutely recommend Jones Lube and More . Thank you for fixing my windshield!

I thought I new breaks and rotors, Jones mechanic took my jeep apart and realized there was nothing wrong with my breaks. I totally appreciate this business honesty and integrity. This can be rare in this town and it needs to be noted. Way to go Jones oil and lube. Brought van in Monday and got a diagnosis, scheduled appointment for Thursday. Van got a new starter and only took an hour and was less than the quote. Staff was professional, polite and did a great job . Would highly recommend Bernard and his staff.

Awesome expieriance! One of the fastest oil changes ive ever recieved. Very hospitable and friendly employees. They got me in and out fast and at a reasonable expense. We are from out of town and stopped here for an oil change after driving a few thousand miles.Several employees make quick work completing oil change, topping off fluids and checking air filters. Constantly communicating with each other and double checking they have correct filters & fluids. They even clean your windows & vaccume drivers floor mat. Reasonable prices all around.

Needed an oil change. Usually do it myself, google reviews did not disappoint. They got me in and out at a busy time. Very thorough and oil level checked excellent after service.

OMG these guys are freaking amazing and they helped me out faster than any shop at home in Oregon! I'm traveling to New Hampshire and needed an oil change and they had me in and out in 10 minutes. They were polite, courteous and extremely professional during my visit. One guy even commented on my DragonBall Z shift knob! If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely stop in there. Thank you guys and sorry that I over tightened the oil filter when I did my own change.

We noticed a crack in our windshield, drove by this place for a free estimate. Turns out the windshield needed replaced. These guys had the windshield available the next morning. Fit us in and did a wonderful job replacing our windshield. The owner was efficient and addressed all our concerns. The windshield is doing amazing a month later - no leaks or concerns! Plus, these guys did it for less than the other quotes we received. Would definitely recommend!

My Dad was master mechanic restoration artist of 46 years Navy boy. His shop was solid like Jones. My only mechanics. This place is honest and fantastic manners. Give them a call. Very competitive prices. Straight props and respects given.

Fast, there was only one car ahead of me, in and out in less than 45 minutes. Courteous, made me feel like they appreciate my business. Didn't try to sell me any thing I didn't need but did give me a quote on a windshield that needs to be replaced without pressure and even encouraged me to research before buying.

I bring in my work fleet and my personal vehicles. Never have I had a problem. They are fast and knowledgeable.Mr. Benard and his crew are awesome and very friendly. They have helped me out a many of times when I have been in a fix.Highly recommended.

Got us in quickly and efficiently and got our oil changed. Didn't try to force us to buy new air filters like most quick change oil businesses do. Very friendly staff and highly recommend them.

I cannot overstate that the quality of service is phenomenal! Great work by the technicians. I wish I could give them a 1 star. But I can t because the service was so good.However, the billing side is atrocious.I brought my 6.0l power stroke to do a service. Oil, oil filters, and fuel filters. I brought them all the filters and oil as I can get them cheaper from my work. I got the gold package which is 40.99. That package includes oil and oil filter.Problem 1. That oil and filter was not discounted from the 40.99.Problem 2. They did not communicate or even make an attempt to communicate the extra cost to replace the fuel filters.Problem 3. The charge me an hour labor to replace the fuel filters. That s an EXTRA $85 to do 10 minutes worth of work. It was justified to me by 1 hour minimum. YOU DONT CHARGE A MINIMUM IF THEY'RE ALREADY PAYING FOR THE SERVICE!!Problem 4. The guy arguing with me about the whole thing is the damn owner of the place!!!

Heard nothing but good things about Jones but unfortunately I had a terrible experience here. Went to get new breaks put on, oil change, and a tire rotation done . When they called that my car was done I picked it up got home and was called back from Jones that they actually didn t do the oil change or rotate the tires that I needed to come back (they let me pay for the services before being sure and let me leave) bad communication within their own job. After that was taken care of it wasn t until I started noticing a sound (scream) in the front left of my car when I hit the breaks it wasn t terrible at first I honestly thought the new breaks were adjusting in and as time went on it got really loud and bad I took it back and was told it was a wheel bearing I left because after arguing with the guy that it is the breaks not a wheel bearing i felt unheard and they could care less so I took my car to another break shop come to find out when Jones put the breaks on in the front left of my car who ever was doing it wasn t paying attention and put the hardware on all wrong and had parts hitting the front break. They bent everything rather than placing the pad on correctly they just shoved it in there, they should have noticed it and heard me out when I took it to them to have it fixed I felt crazy and rude all because I wanted someone to listen to what I felt was wrong with my car I felt to scared to go back and tell them what the other shop found to have them fix it because they obviously didn t care the day I asked for their help.Service: Brake service & repair

My truck was over heating and pulled up 10 minutes before 5 pm they were kind of enough to stay open long enough to fix it. Very grateful! Only place I go in Cheyenne to have my truck looked at or tires changed. Thank you again!!

We're from out of town and needed a quick oil change before heading back. The guys here were very friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced! They did our oil chance in around 15-20 minutes!

The crew is professional. The work is great. And the price is reasonable. Got my last oil change here and they gave me a quote to have the windshield replaced. So today it was due for another oil change and I also replaced the windshield. It was done in no time and it is done right.
