Jason was very knowledgeable about Nissans. I appreciated this, even though I knew some of the information. He answered my questions, and I test drove my car. It was not high-pressure. He has a good personality for this type of work, and I felt at ease all the time. He went over a lot of how the car works and all the bells and whistles. After I purchased it again, he sat with me and we went over, the new features in the car and where they were. Thank you for a great experience!

Jason met us in the parking lot, the minute we pulled in, and helped us with the entire process. He did great all around. He was very friendly and made the process very smooth.Robert helped us with all of the financing and paper signing and answered every question we had.Mike also helped with the financing part and made it very easy.All 3 exceeded our expectations of keeping us comfortable while we waited and made sure every question we had was answered.

This is the second time we ve bought a vehicle from Halladay Motors. My experience was always customer oriented, with a knowledgeable salesperson and staff, and very professional. My interaction with Josh Hoskins was wonderful. It was an overall pleasant experience.

Excellent service department, people were friendly, professional, good at what they did, and more than fair.I realized I forgot to leave a review and it's been over a year at this point, but the service department here was great! They took in my car, which was a bit unusual with plenty wrong with it, and they did an excellent job on it. They were more than fair and stuck to their quoted price even though I think there may have been some complications along the way.Some of the best service I've gotten at any Nissan service department or any auto service department period.

I had a great car buying experience working with Tyler and his team! The vehicle I bought was in great condition and matched the photos/online description perfectly. The finance team did everything possible to make sure the price and payments were something I was comfortable with, and they got me a great rate (for rates being as high as they are right now). Overall I d return to this dealership again even though I live down in Colorado. Thanks again Tyler!

I brought my vehicle in for warranty work. I initially worked with Heather who helped me get my car out of lymp mode as I was sreanded on I25. Ionce I got the car in Dillon helped from there and he has always been so nice. Very helpful and professional.

The service staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The technician that worked in my truck is also very knowledgeable and was concerned whether he had fulfilled my concerns even after I picked up my truck. I'd like to mention thank youMatt. Dillon and Heather were super friendly and helpful too.

The friendly staff, timely updates. $109 for a front end alignment is a bargain. Additionally they voluntarily installed my all weather floor mats free of charge even though they weren t obligated to.

Jason Hoskins was the best car salesperson I have ever had and I ve bought my share of cars over the years. Brilliant, genuinely nice, funny, educated, wise beyond his years yet not at all pushy. He s excellent and y all need to do whatever you need to to keep him. Same with Mike Mullett. He was wonderful, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and just a joy to be around. Went for an oil change. It's always a pleasant experience. I recommended it to a friend who is frustrated with their oil change appointments. They offered water to me while i waited. Friendly staff.I'm very satisfied with their customer service.

I have had a decent experiences in the past . However, I recently I received my vehicle with random parts broken on the interior that appear to have nothing to do with the repairs. The requested repairs appear to have been performed but at a bare minimum and with very little care for the condition. Very dissatisfied. If given a choice I'll try for Collins in the future.

I m torn with my response to this survey. The folks in the service department at Halladay have been great and friendly to work with! I feel they understood and validated my feelings. The issue is they cannot fix my car at this time. I have a 2023 Nissan Rogue Platinum that smells of gasoline at times. They experienced it themselves and said they couldn t find where it s coming from and Nissan is aware of the issue with others having the same thing as well. Since there isn t a fix in place nor a recall basically their hands are tied. I ve now experienced this issue almost every time I drive my car since getting it back from them looking at it. It ranges from a slight gas smell to so bad I have to drive with my windows down. It s causing me serious headaches now while I love my vehicle otherwise and I m happy with the folks I ve dealt with, I cannot say I will ever purchase a Nissan again. Brand new car and it gives me a literal migraine to drive it hind sight I wish I would have bought something different.

After having numerous issues on a vehicle purchased at an unrelated dealership (Laramie GM) and serviced inadequately at AAMCO, the service manager at Nissan authorized some very affordable investigation into the cause of our Juke's issues a few months ago. I was almost moved to tears by her gesture, given the difficulty of what we'd been through. She (wish I could remember her name!) was the height of courtesy and helpfulness, despite the bad news. They definitely deserve a look!

I m not very pleased with how this dealership service department handled my problem. I m on a trip to Pennsylvania about 10 hours in to the trip after topping off the gas tank we realized my gas meter was not matching the amount of miles to empty. It was saying I have a full tank of gas on my meter but only 180 miles till my tank was supposedly empty. We stopped in Cheyenne and found a Nissan dealership for my Nissan Versa. We went in and told them we were traveling far and if it was just possible for them to look at it and maybe reset a few things to see if it d work. The guy had no interest in even trying to help us even if it was just to take a look. Very disappointed in this experience.

Tyler and the team are great! They made the whole transaction so simple and you can tell Tyler puts a lot of pride into his work. He was attentive and took the time to explain the gadgets in the vehicle and how they work. We went to other dealerships and by far Halliday Nissan was exceptional in customer service.

Took my Nissan Titan in for a Transmission Flush at 60k as scheduled. Got it back and within a few months the truck started jumping really bad, like it was sputtering or the torque converter was compensating. Long story short, nobody could figure out what was wrong. Took it to a mechanic all the way in Iowa. Turns out when they did the transmission flush they didn't put the recommended amount of fluid back in the transmission. Mechanic only found 3 1/2 quarts in the transmission total. Transmission now needs to be replaced cause of something you guys caused. Talked to another Nissan dealership and was told there's nothing they could do cause it was out of warranty. It shouldn't matter if it's out of warranty, If the dealership is the one responsible. Something should be done... now my once perfectly running truck has to sit till I can pay for a transmission. .. I use to love coming here, service has always been amazing up until now...
