These guys are amazing, they were able to schedule me for next day service and vehicle back in my possession in 2 days. Customer service was great from start to finish I felt like I was able to be personable without being brushed off. Thank you guys for taking care of both my vehicles will definitely recommend service from here.

The whole team at Halladay Motors was wonderful when our Nissan Titan was totaled recently. Special shout out to Brian at the Collision Center. He was extraordinary in his help with getting our auto claim taken care of - he went above and beyond in making sure the insurance got the necessary information and was super communicative in letting me know where we were in the process.

I have always gone to Holliday for body work. Unfortunately, this last year I have been trying to get an appointment after my estimate was completed. The manager who did my estimate has not called me back. I have called and left messages 5 times. They do good work.

I so the good reviews as I search for a place to repair my SUV. The work appears to be good, no issues that I can see. Communication with my work coordinator was poor. I had to call for updates and he often did not call me back when I left voicemail.

Brought my car in to get back right bumper fixed. Picked my car up with front end damage. They wrecked my car and only fixed part of it. Would be careful coming here. Front girl Shelby is the only good thing this shop has going.

Body and paint are beautiful after severe hail damage. Problem is the trim work. Sent a t out the door without properly attaching wheel wells lower trim window trim. Mirror. Went back twice. Still not resolved. Seems like the shop has a miscommunication with the office. 100+ mile trip for me each time. Hope they make it right.

Meh had my car for 2 weeks for passenger side body work. Received my car back. It was rainy car seemed to look great but nope.. windshield was cracked.. on the passenger side. Hmm took it back not their fault of course. A week later realize my keyless entry doesn t work on the passenger side. Make an appointment to take it back, does anyone inform me I need both sets of keys and it ll take an hour?? Nope. Then Jesse thinks he needs to tell me well insurance paid for it.. well sir who do you think pays the insurance bill?? Customer service is lacking along with attention to detail.. aka your job! Do better

Simply put, do not use Halladay Collision Center.I made an appointment in May at Halladay, and the earliest they had an appointment was August. I wonder if they wouldn t be booked out so far in advance if they had one iota of professionalism or communication skills?I took my car in on the original Monday of the appointment that had been scheduled for months. They told me the parts had not arrived yet. Wouldn t you think with all that time, the parts would be waiting to be installed?Once they got my vehicle in, they had it for over 5 weeks. Throughout this entire process, nobody from Halladay reached out to me. I had to call them to get any sort of updates. Two weeks after taking the car in, they discovered additional damage behind the bumper that wasn t evident from the outside. So then we were once again stuck waiting for parts to arrive.Eventually the adjuster at Halladay responsible for my car began to email me, but only after I would call the front desk and ask to talk to her. She had always just stepped out or was in the break room so could never talk. A few minutes later I would get an email with an update. One of her emails was very rude.When I finally went to pick up my vehicle, two of the pieces were still broken! One of the headlights had apparently never been replaced. They had the new one still sitting in the back. And they installed a broken grill. So, they had to order parts again and finally a week later the whole repair was finished.Overall, my experience with Halladay Collision Center was terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone.

They had to replace my front bumper skin and some grill work on my Subaru for an insurance claim. The guy's insurance sent me directly to Halladay and it was no problem at all getting scheduled. In fact, they worked me in sooner than expected because the damage I had wasn't too bad. They had it from Monday to Friday afternoon and even detailed the interior and exterior before handing it over. It looks pristine and they did a wonderful job. I wish it would have been this easy with the rental car experience, but Halladay wasn't in charge of that.I recommend Halladay Collision with no hesitation.

I was beyond surprised at the speed and timeliness with which they completed the bodywork on my car. Also, after a tiring and busy day, they stayed late so I could get my keys on a Friday night. Also, imagine my shock when my car was also completely shiny and detailed on the inside!! Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Its never pleasant experience having an unsecured load fall off a truck and strike your brand new car. That being said, Halladay collision got me in as soon as they could with it being winter and having a lot of work on their plate. The car looks brand new again with a few minor issues I pointed out and they are fixing. I understand most people reading this are not mechanics and don't understand why it takes as long as it does for body work. When body work needs done, a month-ish is pretty standard. If your vehicle needs to be seen by the service department after repairs, there may be some miscommunication. They're busy and might not have all the info the very moment you call. All in all, my experience with Halladay Collision has been polite, professional, and done in a reasonable amount of time considering its winter and the weather causes more accidents and work for them. This was first time we used this shop. Very pleased with work and pleasantly surprised to have the interior cleaned thoroughly at pick up. Loved the email messages keeping us up to date on the work. Work is excellent, car looks brand new! Communication great and they worked hard to get parts-even when one part didn't get here, they let me know and went elsewhere to get it delivered on time. I highly recommend this shop for the body work we had done and if we have to have more (hopefully not!) This will be the first place we go to..Service: Body & Trim

Well, this was interesting. They have now had my truck for nearly two months. They haven t even ordered the parts to fix it. When I call to discuss the lack of communication between the service center and the collision center, the service center throws their team member under the bus saying yes he s terrible and doesn t follow up therefore it s a known fact they don t communicate well. I have begged to get my truck fixed as I need it back. Unfortunately, I can t recommend this dealership and I ll never be back if I ever get my truck back.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Halliday Collision has done outstanding work for us. They have recently completed work on our truck and they restored a van hit by a snow plow the year before. I cant say enough pisitive about this shop. If you need auto body work of any kind these guys will do you right. Great talent rational pricing.

Definitely will not use them again! Ended up taking them almost two weeks longer than quoted. I had to go get something I had left in my car and when I went to get it they had pieces of my door and other car parts sitting on my seats with nothing to protect them. When I brought this up when I picked up my car he told me there was no way that happened because they don t do that and said are you sure it was here and it was your car . I was completely dumbfounded. When I went to pick it up there was several scratches around the car that weren t there previously. I had to take my guy friend in with me because when I tried to tell them the scratches weren t there before they didn t believe me. They never repaired the 2 deep scratches because my hail damage was too bad even though it wasn t at all. Lastly, I had to then take it back twice because they broke my ac unit during repair and didn t attach the radiator hose clamp correctly so antifreeze was leaking everywhere. I don t think they respect women because they disregarded everything I said and blamed it on me until my guy friend or dad talked to them for several instances. I loved taking my vehicle to Halladay Motors to fix my hail damage. I have used the company twice for hail damage repair and they have been fabulous. They have had my car for a little over 2 months now. This whole time they have said they are waiting on parts. Okay, fair enough. They can t control when the parts come in Then, last week, they told us the parts have finally arrived and the car would be done mid-week this week. Note that they did not say SOME of the parts came and that they were still waiting on others. They specifically said all the parts were in AND took it so far as to say the car would be done the following week. Well, that time comes and we are now told they are waiting on parts with no remote idea of when they ll be in, therefore no remote estimate on when the car will now be done. This place has to be the single worst business I have ever dealt with when it comes to communication. Do yourself a favor and do not take your vehicle here unless it is an ABSOLUTE last resort, and even then I would think twice about it.

The staff were all very professional and the end product is excellent. They explained what they could do, worked with my schedule and even completed my car one day ahead of the scheduled date. After the last terrible snow storm in march I got a lot of damages to my low riding vehicle. My front end got tore apart by the snow. Halladay Collision was fast efficient and easy to work with. They worked directly with my insurance company so I didn't have to worry. Experience overall was pretty good, Bryan the estimator was great, he s very straight forward, and he was able to fit me in where they had availability, the only negative I d say is they could update the customer on the status of their vehicle, but the truck was fixed in the timeline promised, and it looks great.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I called Halladay Collision Center on July 24th. Told the person who answered the phone that the insurance company adjuster had given me an estimate to fix the hail damage on my pickup. He made me an appointment for August 26th. I dropped my pickup off and was able to pick it up about 3:00. Apparently they did a repair estimate not knowing my insurance company already had. The guy who set up my appointment has apparently been fired. Which does me no good. I am now waiting another month for an appointment.. sometime in October. Am I happy.. No I am not. Am I disappointed, yes I am.. Hopefully they will do a good job. So far they have not instilled confidence. Time will tell.

I had scheduled my State car to be repaired from an accident, went in for my scheduled appointment and I was not on the schedule. The parts were not even ordered. After going to get a loaner because our staff travel, went and returned the loaner. Now it will be yet another week. The staff who was responsible for my appointment is off work for a month. Seriously, when you are responsible for customers and you are going to be out of work, you make sure you have coverage so that your customers will still be taken care of in your absence! Very poor customer service.

I was in an accident on September 8th after just 3 weeks of buying my car , My car was completely undrivable and had to be towed halladay got possession of my car the following day. I called multiple times to get updates on my car for the next 2 months, I was told on several occasions they were waiting on parts or parts that did come where wrong, I was finally able to pick up my car on November 5th, the body work that was done looked great however when I was hitting my brakes coming down from a high speed my steering wheel was shaking pretty bad, I called halladay immediately and told them what was going on at that time I was told they also "forgot" to change my wheel that was hit directly in the accident and to bring my car in and they will change the wheel and find out why it was shaking, upon their mechanic looking at my car he decided the shaking was due to my rotor, hub and breaks being damaged in the accident ( obviously it was hit directly on the tire) . It took an additional 2 days to fix my car i also told them my car was making a strange noise they looked at it and said it was a mis fire unrelated to the accident and suggested i take it to Honda to be looked at , when I got my car back I drove it off their lot to my house when the transmission was shifting really hard and then the light kicked on. My husband took it back to halladay the following morning and the transmission fluid was low, they couldn't fill it and told him to take it to Nissan to get filled and they would call and set it up. We'll upon getting to Nissan their master mechanic looked at my car and checked the codes, my car was not misfiring, it was showing transmission codes that he believed was definitely apart of my accident and he was not comfortable doing anything to my car. My husband then took the car to Honda and they checked the car and stated the same thing, the transmission was damaged in the accident, Honda told us Halladay should have had my car diagnosed but they didn't. We called halladay and Jamie told us we have to pay for the diagnoses and if it's found to be accident related they will fix it, Honda said halladay should have done this to began with. Jamie was extremely unprofessional and kept blaming my insurance company for him not checking my car correctly and fixing all the damages, they didn't even bother to check if any mechanical issues were done in the accident, they missed replacing a tire and they tried to use old damaged parts to patch together my car to began with. I would highly recommend avoiding this place for any mechanical problems you may have, the body work isn't so bad and the office lady is nice however Jamie and the mechanical side of things are awful and will cause you a bigger issues then you went their with.

Stay AWAY from the body shop!! After a minor incident I recieved a reasonable estimate from the Halladay Motors Collision and Repair. I recieved my car back with a huge ding in the right fender, which after I confronted them, they agreed to repair for free. It was 2 1/2 months before they could begin working on my car. After a 2 1/2 month wait I dropped my car off for the scheduled appointment time and was informed it would be ready in approx 3 days. After 3 days I had not heard from them, so called to check on the status. They informed me that the car was scheduled to be painted the next day and be ready to pick up the day after that. By the 5th day I had again not heard anything so called to see what time I could pick up the car. They then informed me that the car had not only NOT been painted, but had NOT been repaired at all, as they had not yet received the parts. When questioned as to why the parts had not arrived since they had the previous 2 1/2 months to get them, the manager offered little explaination and stated she could not gaurentee when the parts would arrive. 4 days following this conversation I was able to pick up my car. The "detail" job was poor and there was armorall on the windows. Additionally, the paint job was SO poorly done that there is a clear and obvious spot on the front fender that was either missed or the paint came off. I will NEVER use this company again for anything, and would NOT recommend taking your vehicle here.

I was skeptical after reading some reviews about this place, but man was I impressed. Had a major hailstorm and my car got obliterated. They had my vehicle back to me within a couple weeks. Professional about it the whole way and the work done was flawless. Looks like a brand new car. Thank you Halladay for performing such great work.

Over all very happy with the service and very happy with the repairs. A little slower than I'd hoped for but I also understand they are at the mercy of insurance companies that aren't always willing to do things in a timely manner. Phil, the body guy that did the work, made it look like nothing ever happened!

Lisa, the receptionist is phenomenal! Andrew was great to work with, and the 2 staff that fixed my car did an amazing job! The staff member that detailed my car also did a superb job!
