Took my 2019 GMC Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation.It was all done within the hour and cost $50 less than going to one of those "chain stores" oil changes places. Plus, I have the confidence that a certified GMC tech worked on my truck.

I appreciated the patience and customer service I received from Garrett. I walked in not completely sure what vehicle I wanted and had many questions. Garrett was knowledgeable about the product and gave me the answers I needed without any high pressure. I am very happy with the end result.

Appointment was on time, they were considerate by parking the car inside instead of making me walk outside in the rain, and waiting area was clean and comfortable. My car did have some grease on the inside door armrest but I was able to clean it up. Overall good experience.

Easiest, Most transparent no-fluff car deal I have ever had!I simply inquired online about a GMC, and got a response from Vicki immediately. Joe Diaz called me back the next day to let me know what was inbound. I picked one, and put a deposit down. They kept me updated frequently and when it arrived, I traveled from out-of-state. Joe Diaz and John Liljedahl had the paperwork ready to button up and I was on my way. I am still baffled by how simple this was. Highly recommend Halladay Auto Group! It should always be this easy.

I was driving home from work, stopped to make an appointment. Cameron set up for the next day. Very quick oil change an engine check, plus checked the treat level on my truck. Looking to replace my tires and was given several options, and a recommendation that I didn't need tires as soon as I thought. They made the visit all about me and my truck needs.

I had been having trouble with my cruise control. It would simply stop working, and I couldn't get it to come back on. Halladay took the first logical step and replaced the cruise control lever on the steering column, but the problem still came up after driving the truck for awhile. In fact, the truck began to experience other problems that appeared related. I took the truck back in and the service shop methodically worked the problem until they found the cause in the key switch assembly. I was only charged for the repair work, not the extra diagnostic time, which was much appreciated. Another factor made this noteworthy. During the time the truck was in the shop, they had several tech people out sick, but the service manager worked around it in admirable fashion.

During this time, I do appreciate that overall my vehicle was fixed and I was able to get on the road to move to my duty station across the country. However it took a month to fix it. Also when my mom dropped it off they quoted her $1800 and said they would pay half. But when we picked it up they told us my half would be $1300 because parts and labor went up. This was unacceptable because it was never communicated that it would go up. When I asked the manager to speak to the owner, he rudely said he was out of state so my hands were tied. After the thousands of dollars we already paid and being assured they would take that into consideration, this was disheartening.

Very friendly, listened to my worries, very speedy and helpful. They answered all my questions. The only I would change is to vacuum out the vehicles with a service as well as wash. That would out you on top.
