We got an oil change here. We have a newer vehicle so we use synthetic. Their listed price is $87.99. They came out and asked of we wanted a tire rotation without mentioning price and my husband agreed. Their tire rotation price is apparently $29.99. So we're expecting $118 + tax. Nope they charged for extra oil (2 quarts for $20) without speaking with us. When they topped off fluids they didn't speak with us just charged more money ($12.50) because supposedly we were 2.5 quarts low. Then they charged a fee for "shop supplies". I asked the guy at the desk to get a manager that I could speak with. He advised "I'm the owners son so you can talk with me" then after hearing my complaints about the extra charges without notice he told me "that's just how we do things here".If you want open communication and transparency this is not the place to go.

Above and beyond amazing service!! We needed the breaks done asap so that we could move to another state and they got us in right away. They found that a caliper was broken and they got the parts shipped to them the same day and were able to put them in and get us on our way. I am so thankful that we came to this grease monkey. All the staff were extremely friendly and did their best to get my car fixed and us on our way the same day. I recommend this store 100 percent to anyone in the area needing car repairs. I cannot say enough good things about the people and the service!!! I would give them 10 stars if it were possible!!!!Service: Brakes

Very pleased! If I had to gig them for anything it would only be that their parking lot is super tight! I m a hotshot from TX and desperately needed an oil change while in WY. They worked me in as fast as they could, were very friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle even though it s a new model and lots of changes were made this year.

I have been coming here for years. They always seem to do a good job, price is on par with other places, & the employees are friendly. It would be 5 stars if they could speed up their service, because it can take a really long time if they're busy. There is some complimentary snacks in the waiting room, TV, & magazines. However, I usually walk to one of several nearby restaurants to grab a meal when I drop-off my car.Service: Oil change

I got an oil change a couple of weeks ago for the first time in my car. It worked just fine before I went. Afterwards my heated seats, heated steering wheel, and air bag light was on. They said they didn't do anything $188 later and I find out a plug was unplugged under my seat when someone vacuumed. They did vacuum my car and my passenger seat was weird when I'm got in. I'm sure they would never admit they did it and everything is fixed now. Never going back.....They reached out and said to visit another website and they would follow up with me. Haven't heard a word in over a week! Terrible customer service!So I received a call after my last update not from the Grease Monkey on Yellowstone, but the one across town on Lincolnway. The man was very nice and apologized for the issues I had and offered to send me a check for $200. He asked if I would give them a chance at the Lincolnway location. I received the check today. We will give them a chance at the Lincolnway location and see how it goes.Service: Oil change

These guys have always been good. Definitely want to make sure you have a ride when dropping off, because they are busy. Last time I got an oil change it took almost 2 hours. The gentleman at the front desk is friendly.

John and his team do a great job of getting your car serviced. They know their stuff and are honest and hardworking. They don't push anything you don't need. Appreciate having them in town to go to.

Very professional, came out and sat with me and explained everything they were about to do and confirmed any additional items. Did not pressure me into anything when I declined one of the suggestions my diagnostics brought back. A little pricier than what I had been paying but worth it for the professional and attention to detail environment.

On a road trip from South Carolina. Came time for an oil change. Rolled into Grease Monkey, they were able to service the truck right away, did a full check of my vehicle and replaced the cabin filter. Very reasonable prices and great staff.

I was met at my car. My vehicle was very well serviced, even vacuumed, and windows washed. I received prompt, courteous, informative, and efficient care. My vehicle was available in a short period of time.Thank you for making my visit enjoyable and speedy.

The staff was very friendly, informative, and fast service. As I waited for my car to finish getting serviced I sat in the lounge talking with the other customers everyone there including staff spoke to each other as if we have known each other for years even my dog was welcome.

Better service and friendlier than the Grease Monkey off Lincolnway. If you go in for more than an oil change, be sure to repeat yourself. They only did 3 of the 6 services I asked for. When I pointed it out they said the car was already pulled out and were too busy to pull it back in. Also, if you want any type of discount you have to explicitly ask for it.

Almost double the cost than the Ft Collins store. Don't know if it's because i had Colorado plates or because I'm a woman. Doesn't matter the cause, i was very unhappy with it all. Most of the people (workers) were nice, store was clean, just double the price Boo on them!!

No issues with car before getting oil change! When they were done with car the pushed it out far enough to close garage door. They did not park it where they put all serviced vehicles which I thought was odd. Got into car & no oil pressure! Car wouldn t even move!! Went back in to complain & was rudely address & told it s not there problem & I proceed to show him where you could see a oil streak in ground from where car was. He stated car always leaked oil. Which is a complete lie! No where in our garage is a oil spot from a leak. If there was we would of had a immediate fix! & he just left me standing there.I proceed to try & drive car to a auto repair shop immediately to find out the damage .

I was very angry they changed my oil and someone didn't put my plate back on right and it was so messed up under there. I had to take my Lincoln mkz to the Lincoln dealership. They said it was ruined. They didn't want the dealership to fix it. Now I'm waiting on them to still fix my car. This is so wrong

John and the crew do a great job getting you in and out. Fast and efficient. Friendly service and you feel like they really care about servicing your vehicle. If your in Cheyenne and need a oil change or other service, check them out!

Went to the one on Yellowstone. Quick friendly service. Was not expecting them to clean out my trash and vacuum. That was my next stop. But they did. I love the Grease Monkey. Thanks guys

Always had good, quick service. Very professional too. However I bring in my own oil, Amsoil, and they no longer give a small discount for bringing my own oil and filter in. The way I see it is if I bring my own oil and filter in they get to keep some of the basic oil and a filter that they would have put in my vehicle, so they d actually make extra money with me bringing in my own oil. So I had to wrestle with them to give me a $5 off coupon. They were also a bit critical on my need to bring in my own oil.They re also a bit expensive. $44 for an oil change is outrageous. I may seek out another place even though I ve been going here for years. I can go to other fast places in town for $30 or less.

Poor customer service, I m a long time client and they are suddenly pushing scheduled maintenance so hard now I will never go back, my truck has 43k miles on it and they are pushing services scheduled for 60k and 150k. I said no 3 times before I just left without having my oil change and fuel filter changed. Truly disappointing how much they have changed.

We get our oil changed all the time here 9/17 Was great good customer service! /10 great day for oil change took awhile but always satisfied!

Got a brake flush to fix my spongey brakes. Didn't work.Went to the dealer and got it done, brakes were firm again.So either:1) Brake flush wasn't done properly2) They didn't do a brake flush.They refused to give me a refund, don't get scammed, go to the dealers in town.Service: Brakes

I went in for an oil change and was told I needed a new air filter also. Got charged $189 and they put some kind of a dirty after market plastic looking thing on my truck that falls off and isn t even an air filter!! And they didn t even wash my windows. I now travel across the state to have my oil changed where they actually do it the right way (and they laughed at Cheyenne grease monkey when I told them who did that to my truck). I will never go back to grease monkey again but I should turn them in to the better business bureau! Maybe I will

Best place in town to get your oil changed. They check your car engine thoroughly, they clean the windows inside and out, and they vacuum which keeps me going back every time. Great customer service.

Really disappointed... last couple times they tell me they fill tires to 40 and vacuum. No such luck. I end up having to fill tires up the same day. It's like they actually let air out. Also had coupon and after I saw receipt it was not applied. Sadly Service declined over the years.

Well we brought our truck in for an oil change and now it won't run right it's throwing all kinds of codes saying out tps is bad now it was running fine when we brought it in we have talked to several people who had the same issues with this place went for oil change and ended up having to change half the motor out I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!??? STAY AWAY!!!!!!

The Grease Monkey on Yellowstone Road is fast, courteous, and honest. They provide clear and understandable recommendations only when they really feel it is needed for your vehicle. This location has a comfortable sitting area and provide complementary refreshments. This is the best place to get your oil change done in Cheyenne.
