Had a decent size screw in one of my tandem tires. Heading west and stopped at Loves in Sidney and TA in Cheyenne. Ridiculous wait times and way pricier. These guys got me in quickly on a Sunday and repaired the tire. The price was good too. I go all across the country and rarely find shops like this nowadays. Would highly recommend!

Always great. Stopped here couple of times. Great service. They get you in and out as fast as possible and reasonable prices. My go to place if I am stuck on road and they are close by.

Hands Down THE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR RIG. I was having trailer brake issues in Denver, got up to wyoming, pulled into this shop. They saw me right away. No waiting. Told em the issue, they looked at it, made a couple adjustments, and I was down tne road. Didn't charge a DIME!!! NO DIAGNOSTIC, NO MINIMUM LABOR, NO CHARGE! These guys epitomize customer service and respectable business. This will be the only place I ever take my rig in this area.Thanks again boys!

Awesome people. Why can't everyone be as nice as John and Morgan. I have used them now at multiple companies and never had a bad experience.

I did give them 10 stars if I could! I was in a bind and needed a turbo calibrated on an ISX 15. I was in the parking lot across from the Blue Beacon. They sent a tech out in half an hour and he was polite and knowledgeable. Even explained to me how it worked if I ever ended up in the same situation again. They were also $120 cheaper than the shop next to Flying J who I hope to never see again. If I ever break down near Cheyenne these Grabers will be my first call!

Came in to get a trailer tire replaced. Got me right in, got 2 tires replaced incredibly quick, then right back out. Friendly staff, pricing was great for 2 used tires. If I'm in the area and need service again in the future, I will absolutely be back. You've earned a customer, for sure!

Great customer service. Friendly crew. Services I ve had here so far... oil change, coolant system flush, air filters, grease, brake adjustment, tire rotation, tire patch, tire purchase. Pricing for all has been fair. Better if you pay cash. I would definitely recommend this shop.

BEWARE!!!!!I had an agreement with a mobile axle repair man known as the spindle doctor to work on my trailer.He said he would be in Cheyenne fri. and had me meet him at Grabers Diesel repair to do the work. I had no agreement with Grabers Diesel repair and had never spoke to them.When I got there I told him I also needed a hub(I was speaking directly to the mobile axle man)and he told me he had one he could sell me.At that time I spoke with someone from Grabers Diesel repair for the first time and told them they could assemble the hub as long as it's there. I could have easily done this work myself but I thought as a courtesy to them I would allow them to work on my trailer since it was ,"tying up their bay"(their words).So the spindle doctor got to work and repaired the axle. When he was done I asked him for the bill. He said the shop had it which I thought wasn't right then he packed up and lit out of there. At this point I should have realized things weren't right but unfortunately I didn't.So what this guy did was pass me off to this shop that proceeded to turn a $1500.00 axle repair into a $3231.47 shop bill. Nice work guys. You got me.If I was dealing with Grabers Diesel repair why didn't you negotiate with me over the hub purchase? I thought I was buying it from axle guy. The fact is my agreement was with him.If I was dealing with Grabers Diesel repair why weren't you upfront about it when I got there? Deceptive is where most would sit on that I think.The whole things stinks and it's very unfortunate for me that I allowed this to happen. I can only hope that this review will help others to avoid a similar experience.Update, in response to Grabers Diesel repair I will repeat that I never discussed anything with them concerning the axle or the hub.The only agreement I had with them was to assemble the hub with my parts.To imply anything else would be dishonest.Also, in case anyone is wondering about the cost to replace the spindle.1100.00- 1800.00 estimated cost.Don't believe me, look it up.

They accept us and repair in time they promised. Bad things :1) they wanted to sell us part 600$ then it was at the dealer2)didn't want to talk polite with my driver and3)worst thing broke latch for hood .We know that because hood was in perfect condition ,after they change radiator , close the hood and said the truck is ready. My drivers wife saw that one worker couldnt close it by his self so he called another coleague to help him out. Before that hood was closing easily. Driver took a truck and went across the street for a truck wash and the guy who work at the truck wash said that he cant open the hood , so my drivers went back there and spoke with owner about it .He said he will check cameras . Offcourse he said they didnt do that but he never show us cameras tape. Our next steep will be personal lawsuit.

They are very expensive they don t know how to talk customer they charge me $1900 for Radiator change labor I m bringing my own RadiatorFirst they said we charge you $130 labor per hour and when they fixed it they charge me $186 labor per hour and they started at 6 am and finished 9 am But they charged me 8 hours labor I don t know who charged $1900 for radiator changeSo I m don t like his service if somebody come there shop please confirm everything first otherwise they said we already tell you everything

Want to give a shout out to the good guys at Graber's. I had a flat tire and they had me in and out in about an hour. Every other shop in town told me either no or anywhere from 5 to 10 or 12 hours. I can't say enough good about what they did for meService: TiresService: Tires

People that help me were very good and it was miserable conditions but they're garage poorly arranged. The stalls are very very narrow and you got to come into them perfectly straight and it's hard to get the truck and trailer straight in that tiny parking lot. I had to back up and readjust several times before I got straight enough to enter

Broke down beside there with my 3/4 ton dodge and they were extremely helpful with tools so I could replace the turbo on my truck the guys are really nice and helped me out alot.

Great service!! Made many calls trying to get road service and finally found Grabers. They sent someone fast and got me back to their shop. Needed a radiator. It was order and installed in record time by Chris and Jake. And when I got the bill I was pleasantly surprised it s was reasonable to say they least. Thank you!!!

Thi has to be the most racist group of mechanics in the nation. The manager there called my husband racial slurs, when we got there. We decided to let it go because we were in a rush, but he proceeded to keep making remarks on my weight. We were there for a oil change that cost us $695.00. Which was $300.00 more expensive than the dealer. This is the last time will be going there. R and R Transportation. There probably going to reply to this comment by saying we were never there. Just like they did to the other reviews we seen on here.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Fuel delivery, Air conditioning

Pulled in next-door to the gas station and noticed a flat tire pulled in over here to these guys and they immediately pulled the tire off put a new one on and checked all the air in the rest of my tires and I was back on the road. They even had my trailer tires in stock. Great service and would highly recommend!

Got us in fast. Mechanic quoted us "1500 out the door" so we drop trailer pull in. They had us done in less than an hour. We were trying to get the boss on the phone when the owner came out to the truck we told him that's what we we're doing. He said "alright when you come inside I'll give you the bill." Ok. No problem... Couple minutes later he comes back out and when he was walking up to the driver's window he says "guess you're not coming inside then?!" Very rudely. And handed my husband a 2000 bill. It took quite a bit of arguing to get it closer to the 1500 we were told, and it still wasn't 1500. We'll be avoiding this place like the plague.

Repaired my tires quickly and both the mechanics were super nice. They seemed short on the phone so I thought perhaps the few not so great customer service reviews may be correct (but granted they're mechanics, they're not gonna be like your chatty hairdresser) but in person they were really helpful. Will definitely come back if I ever need service on my truck again.
