On April 17th my Volvo semi truck had an exhaust leak so stopped by Graber's Diesel for repair. Everything went smooth, they got approval for repairs from us, they fixed the truck on April 19th.. They claimed exhaust manifold needed to be changed.. We paid $5135.47 total for repair and $3286.17 was for parts alone. 1 day after the repair noticed the exhaust leak was back. On April 26th we had the truck examined at another shop and the exhaust manifold Graber's Diesel said they changed clearly never was changed. The parts they claimed to change looked completely old, there is no way a part can go from being new to completely rusted old part in less then 10 days.. the shop that inspected this repair after Graber's Diesel is certain that they did not replace any part or used an old part from another truck. We paid for brand new part. We reached out to them for explanation and they cannot provide solid evidence that they actually replaced the part and now they stopped replying to us all together. Huge loss for company will never use them again. Hopefully their company owner sees this and checks cameras.Attaching a picture here. As you can see a brand new manifold is shiny and silver. The part they claimed to install was completely rusted old part.Be very careful using this shop. Double check their work before leaving their shop.

My first experience was awesome. My second experience was for an oil change that I scheduled a week prior. Arrived at 8 am and was the first customer there. Over 2 hours later it was done. They did have the parts even though the appointment was made a week earlier. My last visit was for spark plugs. Again it was made one week in advance and I was the first customer there at my 8 am appointment. Per Ford this should take 2 hours. After 4 hours I called and they said they didn t have the parts. I said why would you not have checked this before the scheduled appointment and why did you NOT call and say we do not have the parts would you like to reschedule?? It has now been 7 hrs and I have not received anything from them Very poor communication and customer service. Their are other shops in town.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

While traveling we had an issue with our generator called in took us at first appointment next morning. Dustin was very kind and helpful and went out of his way to assist and assure us safety. Diagnosed the issue and on our way with our travels. Thank you Dustin of your kindness and welcoming spirit.

We had some issues losing power with our rv/bus. We decided to stop in town and Dustin was able to get us in quickly within a day. Matt worked on the bus and was able to figure out the issue and even went above and beyond to make sure everything else was running well on it. They are are definitely good at what they do, but what struck me the most was how friendly and authentic they seemed to be. I appreciated that. On top of that their pricing is fair. Worth every penny to have a bus that was running the best it had all year. Thanks guys!

What can I say. Grabers is BY FAR one of if no THE BEST shop I've worked with in recent times. The day before christmas eve, and I had a situation that could have easily turned into a nightmare, but due to the honest, responsive, and overall above and beyond service I received at Collin and the team at Grabers, it was resolved quickly, painlessly, and for far beyond a reasonable price. Nothing less than amazing staff here, I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thanks so much guys you're the best!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS

We had a tire issue, which turned out to be a wheel bearing issue, on our camper trailer during a cross country drive. Dustin at Grabers Diesel Repair took us right in and got us fixed right up. The service was great and the price was super reasonable.

We had significant loss of power while traveling west a few miles out of Cheyenne. Our diesel class A RV was suddenly struggling to maintain 30mph on the interstate. No warning lights, good oil pressure and all temperatures were in safe ranges. After finding a safe place to pull off the interstate, I called Grabers after a quick web search. The technician discussed the problem with me and said it sounded like a rubber boot/hose or clamp for the turbocharger failed and assured me it would be safe to limp in to the shop. Especially since it was nearly all downhill the 12 miles back to Cheyenne. Once we arrived at the shop, Darin crawled under the RV and immediately found the problem as he suspected...Broken clamp. He replaced the clamp and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes! It was nice to find an honest shop with efficient, knowledgeable and friendly experts! Thank you Grabers for getting us back on the road! We safely made it to our destination only an hour later than planned. It could ve been a lot worse.Service: Engine repair

They got me right in the shop diagnosed the problem and ordered the part I needed overnight and I was back on the road! Very professional, courteous and price was reasonable... very top shelf mechanics! I'd recommend them to anyone.

They took great care of us. We were traveling to the Grand Canyon from Michigan and we lost power to the coach part of our motorhome. They diagnosed the problem and got a new part and back on the road in about an hour. We would totally recommend them.

I found Graber's Repair when I needed my Dodge diesel repaired. They were very courteous and repaired my truck that day so I would not be without a pickup. I took a car in for repair and they were again very courteous and did a very good job. I am very satisfied with Graber's and will continue to take my vehicles there for repair.

A friend has been coming to this shop for a few months now. The management has treated him with respect and have also made accommodations on his invoices so as to lower costs. I think the work the shop does is above average and very comprehensive while being affordable. I highly recommend this shop to people looking for quality and value.

My RV had an intermittent electrical failure that caused me to lose all chassis power at 70 mph on the interstate: engine, dash lights, power steering, the works. Called about 20 RV and truck shops over a day and a half, no one else wanted to tackle it; too difficult, too time-consuming, we don't do electrical. But Dustin Rupert at Grabers Diesel Repair in Cheyenne said bring it in and did an outstanding job for us. Diagnosed and repaired in about an hour. I was very impressed with the crew at GDR. I was having probs with my diesel RV and called GDR from 100 miles away. I thought that my fuel filter needed changing and I needed an oil change. I needed to have my Onan generator service I made an appointment with Grabers showed up they got me in did an awesome job on my generator that's running perfectly thank you for the great service. I would recomend this shop.

Excellent! My F-250 6.7L Turbo charger hose failed while pulling up and onto the on ramp of I-25 in Cheyenne after fueling up. I limped the RV into Grabber and they fixed it as fast as they could. Service was five star. *****

My 05 Dodge had a water pump failure. Jon and the team at Graber Diesel Repair scheduled a tow, fixed the truck, and got me fixed up on the same day. The process was simple, no hidden fees, and best of all, the mechanics did a great job.Thank you GDR team!

We were traveling across the US Ohio to Utah and our Onan generator was acting crazy. CalledGrabers and they took great care of us! The best. Got my generator in on a Friday and stayed late to get it fixed and put back in my trailer the same day. Plus fixed my trailer plug for me. Very nice guys and they get the job done

Noticed some liquid leaking from the wheel on the rear axle of our motorhome and stopped in to GDR with only about an hour's notice. After about an hour and a half, we were back on the road. Great group here at GDR.

Very affordable there rates are $80 an hour for cars and light trucks, $90 an hour for medium duty, and $105 for big Riggs and motor homes. This is much cheaper then most other shops.

Called for service. They said they preferred to bring the rv in and 180 for a local callout. Also does not work on heaters and chuckled at me on the phone. He did refer another business, but they were not any better.

Very honest. Another shop told me there was something bad wrong with truck. I took it to Grabers and they said it was fine. Drove it home, turned out it was fine.
