We were travelling cross country and ran into trouble with our vehicle. Alberto was one of the ONLY people to answer on a weekend and offered to bring us in right away. He ran diagnostics and gave us some insights to make sure we were comfortable carrying on the trip so we could get to our spot for the night. Lives up to the name...
