My van had a multitude of problems. Charlie kept me up to date on all the problems and what it would take to fix them. I now have a van I'm not afraid will break down in the middle of the road!!

Nice enough guy, and did attempt to diagnose the issue I was having with steering.But we were billed for full synthetic when he put in synthetic blend; and billed for a NAPA Gold oil filter instead of the mid range FRAM one he installed.That's fraud, very naughty.Regarding their response: By the way I watched him pour NAPA synthetic blend right in front of me, no he's either lying about what they stock or he used the wrong viscosity of oil; in addition to lying about what he put in. It really is sad to lie to a man's face and shake his hand when you literally could have billed twice as much, put in what you billed for, and nobody would have cared.That Fram filter you installed is not a substitute for the NAPA Gold (Wix XP) filter you billed for; it is an inferior product, which is why it is sold for $5 at retail (God knows what through a distributor) whereas the NAPA Gold retails for $13. It can't be mistaken for Fram's higher grade offerings (none of which cost as much as a NAPA Gold), the whole thing is bright orange, whereas the higher grade ones compatible with this vehicle are grey and khaki.You poured NAPA "Premium Performance" synthetic blend motor oil in, it comes in a bright blue jug rather than a grey one with a red label, it is unmistakable.You lie to my face and shake my hand, and now you're doubling down. You call yourself a man?--- after second responseWhy would we pay an inaccurate invoice? Get real. Since you put in parts and oil that doesn't meet the manufacturer's recommendation for a standard service interval, we're getting the vehicle serviced early.Also, if you don't stock synthetic blend 5W-20 as you said, then why did you have the jug? Just keep digging brother.

I brought my yukon to the shop since November or October to get a coolent leak fix, which fixed it good for a few months just yesterday I just had a coolent leak again and it's already passed the warranty date yea I believe it's the gasket that's not properly right my pops told me it should have been a metal or flexible gasket but I guess $800 is all I get for somebody to do the work smh

They care for people...by doing an honest days work for an honest days pay. I have always come away feeling like I got a good deal. They find ways to make the job cheaper. I can never get a better deal anywhere else. They do the job right and have even identified and fixed little things while they had things taken apart that saved us from having to pay the additional labor to go back later.

The guy was kinda short with me on the phone. And a bit snippy, But they couldn't get me in for at least a week. I'm assuming there good because of this. And added stress to the work load would make me a bit irritable to. But I've never hurd anything bad about them, so there's that to conciser.

I'm traveling from Washington State back to Florida and started to notice unusual noises and whining under the hood. Drove to Four Mile (from local recommendation) and Charlie could see right away the serpentine belt was bad. They were very busy, but told me to come back at the end of the day and would fix it. True to his word, he did. The shop also seems very professional, clean and safe. If you're ever in Wyoming, go to Four Mile garage.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had some work done on my pickup. It was done in a timely and professional manner. I was very pleased with the out come. I'll surely use them again. I highly recommend Four Mile Garage, for all your auto needs.
