Fat Boys gives me and everyone I send there the best service! They tell you the truth, they stand by their work, and they charge fair prices. I always go straight to them with any tire concerns and have them check out my car before any long trips and have never had problems. As a woman, I have always felt like they listened to me and treat me fairly, which isn t always true at other places. I will continue to send everyone I know to Fat Boys.

I have used the services of the Lenhardt family and Fatboy tires for 35+ years. They have always gone out of their way to take care of my tire and automobile needs Even when it was inconvenient or an emergency. I highly recommend them.

Great place and friendly staff! I had a slow leak in my tire and was nervous to take it in without my husband (been jerked around at other places) they got me in right away and sent me on my way! I will definitely be back in the future!

I absolutely love and appreciate this place. When I was going to college and got new tires they let me know that I can get serviced in Laramie if needed.A year ago I had a screw in my tire and came to get it patched, and they stayed late just to get it patched, and didn't charge even though those tires weren't from them.Last night I had a flat tire, and had to use my spare to get there. I called and they let me know they could fit me in, and they not only patched and installed the tire, but they aired up my other tires that were low due to the cold. I don't think I can ever go to another tire shop after having these experiences over the last 3 years. I am so happy that fat boys is in town and they'll be the only place I'll ever have my tires worked on.

Kevin Smith, and the manager Chris on LincolnWay, saved my day! I had a front tire nearly fall off the front of my vehicle & Kevin followed me to the shop to make sure it would make it & Chris jumped right in & got me going in time to get my grandson from school. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH GUYS! Ft Boys is the best!

After running into a car emergency in Cheyenne Fatboys and the staff were willing to check out my car on short notice and diagnosed my issue in minutes. Thank you and if anyone needs any tire work in Cheyenne, go see these guys!

I've done business with Fat Boys locally for years because of their fantastic customer service, fair pricing, and timely service.I recently had an issue with my car where their exemplary customer service shone through. The issue turned out to be a set of bad tires which is something incredibly difficult to diagnose. Being as they sold me the tires, they completely took care of me. From looking into the issue to begin with, then giving fair compensation for the bad tire (which is not their fault at all).Even with all these issues and having a ton of other customers, they were able to get everything done in a timely manner.I completely recommend them for anything tires!

Attention truckers if you blow a tire out near Cheyenne these are your guys to call. I blew a steer tire on I 25 everyone else in the area was booked up. Give these guys a call they were there within the hour took them less than 20 minutes to change the tire, including torquing the lugs. I was very impressed. Keep up the good work.

In the middle of a road trip and got a flat on the drive and ended up near Cheyenne after putting on the spare tire. Went to the other location and they were very busy so Devin called and said this location could help me immediately. Drove over and Mike and the crew were super helpful, quick, friendly, and provided great service! Definitely recommend.

Have had work done with both mine and my husband's vehicles and the gentlemen here are wonderful and so helpful. They'll work with you on the price and are so quick too. They do have a small waiting room as well Can't recommend them enough.

I came here for the first time to replace my old battery they are honest, knowledgeable and very friendly. Plus the price was very good. I had my brakes checked there too there was an awful squeaking sound whenever I braked I thought my brake pads were toast but all it needed was a good flush which they did very well no charge. Plus they gave me a ride to work after I dropped off my car.Superior serviceThank you

I just moved here from out of state. I wore my tires down as far as I could safely get them during the move. I wanted to go with a local shop instead of the dealership or some big company. I started browsing places and this shop seemed local, reasonably priced, and good. I called and asked for recommendations on tires and they made it quick and easy. I got an appointment for the next day at exactly what time I wanted. I showed up, took about an hour, and was out. Tires are never cheap, but I think this was a fair price. The guys working in there are really cool and great to work with. They definitely have my business from here on out.

While traveling back to Wisconsin we had a flat tire 30 miles from Laramie. We called and they said to bring it right in and would look at it the same day. Super friendly & knowledgeable staff and VERY reasonably priced!!!! Fat Boys saved the day!

We blew a tire on our trailer while driving through Cheyenne. A local recommended Fat Boys so we got there first thing the next morning. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, even when they were short staffed. Everything was taken care of in a little over an hour and we were back on our way. Even when an issue came up later, Mike was very attentive and thorough to getting everything sorted out. Thanks Fat Boys!

I trust these guys a lot, and they are probably the only shop that I'll take truck to for work I can't do. I've have dealerships not do the work at all and charge me for it. But these guys are very trustworthy and they do a damn good job. I'm going to order pizza for these guys when I can.

Called in the morning (730) asking if they could accommodate me for a flat tire. They said first come first serve. I arrived two hours later and the wait time was until (at least) the afternoon. It would have been nice if they could have at least told me it could be busy today or allow me to make a reservation in the morning when I called.My review isn t a critique on their work, so please use others to help guide your judgment on their quality. I just wish their customer interaction was more honest.

We were on our way to Colorado for an Elk hunt and stayed overnite in Cheyenne, only to wake up to a nail in our tire. We called another tire place and they could not squeeze us in for a repair. We called Fat Boys Tire and they told us to bring it right down. We were in and out and back on the road in a half hour. Fast, efficient, friendly and very accommodating! Highly recommend them!

Great place to buy tires and get an allignment done. They let me know my cars struts were bad and it wasnt worth alligning till i had them replaced saving me time and money. Honest people here.

I had a great experience at Fat Boys Tire & Auto. I called last week to get a price on tires and set my appointment at the same time. I was able to get the tires that I really wanted along with a free alignment with my purchase. My vehicle has almost 200k miles on it. I was sure that they were going to find something wrong with my suspension during the alignment. Instead I was told that they only had to make a couple of adjustments and everything else looked solid. I walked with the exact price I was quoted last week. We need more honest repair shops like Fat Boys Tire & Auto.

We are traveling from Michigan to California, a tire blew on our box truck. Andrew helped us out and he was great. We got in, got our tire replaced and we were back on the road within an hour and a half! And the price was amazing HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! THANKS AGAIN FAT BOYS!!

Great service and sales. Mike Hartman is great to deal with and when he is not available, Chris does a fantastic job as well. The whole staff seems very knowledgeable and helpful. They have done maintenance work on my vehicles and they do a great job on tires and wheels. Thanks guys.

Good guy's here! They were honest and respectful and told me the truth. They didn't pressure me into something that I didn't want. Justin was nice and polite. They were super fast! I had all four tires replaced on my car and it took maybe a half an hour, from the time they took my car back to when they came and got me from their comfortable and nice waiting room. 5 stars all the way!

Flat tire on trailer yesterday. 90minutes on I 80 getting aaa assistance.Fat Boy on Alison in Cheyanne was recommended by campground.We dropped in at 8 am and were on our way in 30 minutes with new tire installed on trailer. Best service ever.
