Took my BMW to Eric to replace my coil packs, spark plugs, fix an exhaust leak, and do much more and he did and awesome job! Got my car in and out fast and had amazing rates! Highly recommend to anyone looking for any work on their vehicle

Excellent service, Crawdaddy Mechanix offered a warm welcome to Cheyenne. I was at the tail end of this cross-country move when my engine kicked it, twenty minutes outside of town with a snowstorm on the horizon. Eric made that nightmare way less stressful, staying late to see my van immediately. He worked diligently, communicated clearly, and was quite courteous of my time. He didn't sugarcoat the issues, and rather truthfully walked me through my options, instead of easily suggesting what's most profitable for him. I had nowhere to take my van right away since I was staying in a hotel, but Eric was very empathetic to the situation and was happy to help. Thanks to him, I had some time to decide what I was going to do with the vehicle, as well as find a place for all of my belongings. If you are looking for an honest, reliable mechanic, I would give Eric a call.

Truck runs/rides better now I took it here than it did since I first bought it. Will definitely use and refer him again! The whole process he communicated with us and gave us peace of mind that we re in good hands.

Eric was fantastic! He got my vehicle in fast,went above and beyond to figure out the problem. My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule and the cost was very fair. I won't have anyone else repair my family's vehicles other than Eric at Crawdaddy!

Wonderful experience - Eric was very professional, kind, and did a great job on my car. Firestone wanted to charge me over twice of what he did. I use my car for work so I needed someone who I felt I could trust that would get my car done fast at a reasonable price, and I feel very blessed to have come across his Facebook page. I plan on having Eric do other work on my car too :)

Eric was quick to service my vehicle last minute. He answered the phone quick and even came to my house to change my oil and check my fluids. I paid in advance before ever using this business or meeting Eric and I have no regrets. Thank you!!

We had our engine start misfiring just outside of Cheyenne on our move from North Carolina to Oregon. I called Crawdaddy up and Eric met me 20 minutes later, got all new spark plugs, and replaced them in an Auto Zone parking lot at 4pm on a Sunday. He explained everything he was doing so if I had to mess with it myself later I d know what to do and what to look at other than spark plugs if the problem persisted. 150 miles and 2 hours later, we re checked into our hotel in Rawlins. Engine purred like a kitten the entire way. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently dealt with this company on getting a flat tire repaired on location. I was very pleased with the prompt, friendly service and what I thought was a very reasonable price. I was good to go in an hour, and that includes getting the tire repaired.I would give this business a very good recommendation and would definitely use them again.

I am very thankful for this company. I was passing through Cheyenne just staying the night when my wheel literally fell off. Eric came out that night and worked until it got real late. He got me back to the parking lot then came back in the morning to finish the job. His rates were very reasonable. I was back on the road and made it to my destination in time because of him.

Great mechanic, i was passing through and ended up hitting a log someone left on the highway. Really came in clutch with a weekend emergency repair. He swapped out my rack'n'pinion in a few hours. Super quick and reliable, not to mention one of the few mechanics open on the weekend.

Helped me out big time needed replaced parts for the cooling systems. Took care of my problem the same day without any appointment and even dropped my car back off at my home. Will definitely use thier services again

Took my ford thunderbird into crawdaddy mechanix to get my transmission flushed and resealed Eric did an amazing job he got me in and out of there within 45 minutes he s got an amazing attitude and his prices are very reasonable highly recommend going to crawdaddy mechanix!!!!!

Eric was super friendly and got the job done same day he looked at it. my brakes had issues for about a week and no one could get me in unless i left my car and i could not do that. i am SO glad i found him for my repair. affordable and fast repair. If you're looking for a honest, reliable, and trust worthy mechanic I would highly recommend Eric. A friend of mine recommended him and I couldn't be happier. I had a very high mileage 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. He was able to do an overall inspection and oil change for a great price and when it came to the major damage he was honest and upfront with me. Because of his honesty I ended up trading in my vehicle for something more safe and reliable for my family. I will continue to give my business to Crawdaddy Mechanix and again highly recommend!

We were on a road trip to Mt. Rushmore when the water pump and battery went on our truck on a Saturday. We were referred to Eric, so we contacted him, explained we were on vacation and he drove to the rest stop to assist us. He was so friendly, through, fair and professional. He made a very stressful situation comforting. He fixed our truck and got us back on the road in a few hours. If it wasn't for Eric, the situation would have been somewhat disastrous. If you live in Cheyenne and need an incredible mechanic, call him. If you are from out of town and need assistance, call him. Thank you again Eric!

You can contact this mechanic on Sundays and he provides mobile service! His prices are fair, he does good work, and is upfront about jobs he's not equipped to do. He is also very responsive when you leave a voice or text message. Pinion seal replacement: Ford wanted $900.00 for replacement which is just normal maintenance on my Pickup. I heard Eric does good work by word of mouth. Excellent, prompt service traveling from Denver to Billings due to mishap with road conditions. I found Eric on Facebook, I reached out to him and from the start of our conversation to when he left from doing the work he was nothing but professional! He was honest and it was so convenient that he came to me, I have 4 boys so leaving the house can be a challenge! I was quoted double the cost that Eric and Crawdaddy Mechanix did to get my vehicle safe!! We will use him again in the future!! As a competitor to Eric, I still feel compelled to leave him a good review. He does repairs, and light maintenence especially, at some of the best prices in Cheyenne. I personally know what kind of work ethic and morality it takes to offer some of these prices; and the fact he does it with ethics on his mind speaks volumes about his character. We wish you the best of luck in this Eric; and if you choose to use his services I can guarantee you'll agree!

In the middle of a road trip one of our cars needed the alternator switched out. This guy agreed to help as soon as I called, despite it being a Sunday afternoon. Super quick, friendly, and so far reliable work!
