This is the second time I have dropped my Honda CBR 600RR off for maintenance. The first time I had zero issues. Service was done in a timely manner, the work was great, the customer service was even better. This time however I was very disheartened when I noticed that damage was done to the front cowl of the bike itself. I have pictures from the week of me bringing it in and there is clearly no damage. I will be making a phone call in to see exactly what happened and to see what we can work out. As you can see from the photos below the plastic is broke off and not suspending the wind screen. I also added a picture from a day or two prior to bringing it in to show that it WAS NOT damaged before drop off. I know this is a one off and accidents happen, I just hope that we can work together ti rectify this and move forward.

I found a great deal on the side by side I was looking for and the price was the actual advertised price. I drove 1600 miles round trip to pick it up. No huge dealer mark ups. The experience at the dealership was pleasant and pressure free. Highly recommend them.

Can't say enough great things about Cheyenne Motorsports. Drove down to Cheyenne after being let down in Casper and was treated like I've been a customer for years. They had the bike I wanted ready to go when I got there and made it quick and painless. They also saved me a bunch of money on the same bike over buying in my town. My lender was also thoroughly impressed as well with their professionalism. You won't be disappointed by giving them a chance at your business.

Great customer service. I was buying a motorcycle for my partner as a surprise and needed to be discreet and Dave worked closely with me to make sure we didn't ruin the surprise. He was willing to do most of the paperwork remotely, and even deliver the bike. Also there were less dealership fees than in Colorado. Great place to buy a bike!

Priced tires for bike over $200 more expensive than tires online. Bought tires online. Took wheels (removed from bike) to have mounted and balanced and they want $45 per tire to mount and balance. Plus another $45 per wheel because I did not purchase tires from them. That s $180.00 to mount and balance 2 tires that where off the bike. Plus tax and valves on top of that. I can have all 4 tires balanced on car for less than 1/2 of that. They are out of their minds. Will never step foot in there again.

Good experience with service and support. Due to inventory issues a year ago I ended up purchasing a cfmoto U-force 1000 out of town. Cheyenne Motorsports has been great with support even though I did not make my initial purchase with them.

Above and beyond - Nick and the team really went out of their way to make my new bike a possibility. Being how hard things are to find these days, Nick made it happen. Totally easy and professional, and well worth the drive. No hidden fees/markups and was a super easy process. Thank you Nick!!! As a former service manager for multiple motorcycle shops, I'm careful with my compliments.

Staff is polite, and courteous. Communication from service/techs to the customers could use improvement. It shouldn't take a month to complete what amounted to 5.5 hours of work. I understand it's a very busy time of year, but I waited nearly a month to get an appointment, and then my bike wasn't even looked at for another week plus, and the service was not completed for another 2.5 weeks, nearly two months total time from the moment I requested service. Why set appointments if you're unable to do the work at that time? You can have the best employees, great service, and most knowledgeable mechanics, but if you don't keep the customer informed, frustrations will grow. A simple "We're understaffed" or "We have a lot of work backed up", and courtesy calls/texts to update status, would've gone a LONG way for me. At this time, I'm satisfied with my experience, but I will think twice before returning here for service, or ensure work is done outside of riding season. This is purely my constructive critique, and not meant to deter others from doing business here. You can't fix it if you don't realize it's broken. 5 stars for my interactions with the staff, 3 stars for the customer service, 4 stars overall.

I have an older 4 wheeler. Guys were promot getting it in. Parts were a little difficult to get but they were on top of it. I picked it up yesterday. She's running good. Very happy with customer service and mechanic work done.

Tracy was great. I bought an ATV for my work. The team is very efficient and professional. I was also able to get the best price from Pueblo all the way to Cheyenne. I will likely be back for my next purchase and would definitely recommend them.

Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. We purchased 2 ATV's today and will be heading back for a Side by Side tomorrow. Prices are competitive. My boys sure love having new toys to play with!

This place was amazing. Great prices and great staff. Drove up from Denver area just to buy a bike and will do it again for my next one. Called in to get a price, the lady was so friendly I almost didn't believe her. I was treated like family and it really made day. I wish more dealerships were like this one. Thanks again guys!!!!

Steve and Jim were saviors when my Boulevard had some issues on a long road trip. They were fast, attentive, and very fair. Resolved my clogged fuel filter issue and got me back on the road with peace of mind. If I lived in Cheyenne they would be my go-to service center.

It took me a while to calm down enough to even write this review but now I feel as though I need to share the worst experience I have every had!!! I took my motorcycle in in the spring to get the oil changed and up and going for the season. The previous year they had rebuilt the carbs but after looking at it to get it going they said it needed it again so I went a head and had them rebuild it again. I went to pick the bike up and it didn't run right. Long story short after MONTHS of having my bike they said I needed a new carb. I had already paid them close to $1000 for rebuilding it. They messed up the carb when rebuilding it and then wouldn't take responsibility for it and make it right after being told MULTIPLE times they would. They lied about looking at it, when I went it it was shoved in a corner. I kept having to call and they kept giving me the run around. Please don't waste your time with these people who will mess your stuff up and then not fix it! They didn't even offered some kind of refund for any part of the price for the rebuild that wasn't done properly

My recent experience with this business was very good. My FJR was picked up and delivered back to me the same day. Great customer service and attitudes. 4 yrs ago I had problems here but I believe they have improved 100 percent. Dan is the best tech around,( he was not my problem �n the past) and very knowledgeable. I am pleased that I do NOT need to take my bike to Colorado for service any more . If you were unhappy in the past, give them another shot. I think you will be satisfied with the service.

Had forks rebuilt on my favorite motorcycle by Cheyenne Motorsports. I can always count on them for professional accuracy and service. Great friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The very finest shop anywhere!

My roommate and I are from CO and have been looking for a ninja 400 with abs for awhile now and we just didn t have any luck here in CO, or the dealers tried to up sell us on bikes we did not want, so we did some research and stumbled across Cheyenne motorsports and honestly THE BEST service we have ever gotten, Traci helped us set everything up and she was so patient with us and answered all the crazy questions we had for her, she was also extremely organized which is a huge plus!!! We also set up a delivery from Cheyenne WY to Centennial CO, which is over 100 miles away and it did not burn a whole in our wallets, Nick the owner delivered the bikes himself and he was the nicest guy ever! He even took the time to show us everything about the bike and was there to answer all the questions we had, All in all Cheyenne motorsports made us feel very welcome and just did an amazing job overall! I highly recommend this dealer 100 percent!!!
