Finally after 4 campers the service was wonderful. Kathleen put in a lot of thought in the goodies we received. Jessica the General Manager was amazing, she was so friendly. Rob helped us pick out our camper and was very knowledgeable. Jason the finance manager made the process so easy. All the staff was amazing and made us feel special. I think this was the best experience we have had. Thank you so much for everything. We would highly recommend to our family and friends.

Best experience buying our first brand new camper. Rob was amazing with showing us around to pick out the best camper to fit what we want for my family. He is very knowledgeable, very kind, and easy to work with. Jason makes the financial part a breeze. Jessica , general manager is super helpful, very friendly, and super easy to work with!!! I highly recommend this dealership! They will find the best one for you! They stay late on the Friday to get the camper ready for us!

Initially I had a good experience. It took some time for parts to come in, which wasn't their fault. It's hard to get parts this year and last so that is what it is. Parts came in and I went to pick up the camper after it was repaired. It wasn't detailed at all. It wasnt dewinterized despite the request since It was bought to be a live in. Also found the black tank was 2/3rds full when they sold it to me. I called for a resolution and got nothing. Camper has been fine since I got it, but the lack of resolution was frustrating.

Everyone was so friendly. We dealt directly with Paula in sales Peggy in finance Bobby in service and Chuck in delivery. Even the employees we didn t deal directly with were friendly! We came all the way from New Mexico to purchase our new unit and had time to kill while they installed our hitch, they drove us downtown and picked us up. Overall a great experience it s the people that make this dealership!

Thank you for helping us make life long memories! *** Update*** My water heater stopped working on electricity so Bobby got me in and fixed in just minutes! I was having problems with my RV and called Justice at Adventure RV and she went out of her way to help me with my problems, even though I didn t purchase the RV from them. She got me an appointment right away and was very transparent with their services. True life saver and I would not hesitate to contact them again for help.

From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we were in the right place! Paula was simply amazing, knowledgeable and very friendly. No high pressure, just down-to-earth friendly. Chuck was kind and helpful and patient while showing us the workings of our new RV. Harold was gracious and gave us a great deal! James was gracious and kind while doing our paperwork, and we could have talked for hours! Damon is not "just a mechanic." Great team to work with. They really rounded each other out. Purchased our travel trailer at the end of May from Adventure RV. Came in beginning of August to have warranty work done by Blue Compass now. We had a gas leak even with the stove knobs at off. I was informed that no issues were found based on a pressure test and to make sure the stove is off. Got the trailer home, and you guessed it, it smelled of gas.Will not be returning to this service department. I was not informed that I was being charged for diagnostics because they did not find anything. Would not recommend having your RV or travel trailer serviced here. Service tech wasn't even aware if the camper outside was mine. Highly disappointed.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our camper from Adventure RV. Sales staff Harold and Paula are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Bobby with parts and service is very knowledgeable and has been extremely helpful! He has kept us up to date with the status of the readiness of, and additions to our new camper. Business Manager James Curtis is friendly and knowledgeable as well. He was kind enough to rearrange his schedule for us to complete the paperwork since we are from out of town and needed to get back home! We recommend anyone looking for a camper to check in with Adventure RV in Cheyenne Wyoming.

I can t say enough great things about Blue Compass at Cheyenne, WY. We had an emergency situation with our RV suspension passing thru the area. Things were looking bleak for repair service in the next month, until I reached out to this company. They asked us to bring our 5th wheel right in so they could assess the problem. Had parts and completed work the very next day. Upgraded our MORryde suspension equalizers and added heavier leaf springs! Staff was great and personal.If I d be buying an RV in this area I would check this place out! Definitely has great service to backup their sales!

The only reason I am giving this place two stars is because one person there went above and beyond to make the sell by bringing paperwork to me in Laramie. Too bad that was a waste of his time because Blue Compass backed out of the sell after we had signed the paperwork.They gave us a lowball offer on are camper, we talked them into coming up $2500.00. We had told them about the problems with our trade, but they expected a 10-year-old trailer to look brand new. The day we showed up to pick up are new camper they said they had to talk to us about our trade. They said they could not give us what they agreed to (even though the paperwork was signed) and dropped $6500.00 off of the trade offer. They started making up stuff that was wrong with it.They said the A Frame was bent, had it checked they lied. It was not bent. Said the awning was not repairable, again another place said it was. They made a list of lies to try to get us to come down on our trade in price, we declined and went across town. They did call me back a few hours later offering to make the deal as the original offer, but there was no way they were getting my money now.The dealership across town gave us over $4000.00 more for our trade than the best offer Blue Compass offered. Let's just say we bought another camper from their competition, and it cost more than the one we were looking to buy at Blue Compass RV. After the deal fell through, Blue Compass had to put the camper we were going to buy back on their lot, and they marked it down an additional $5000.00. So, not only did they lose a $30,000 plus sale, but they will also now lose more because they had to mark the camper down even further.They will do their best to lowball you so be sure you know what your trade is worth and if it has any issues, because this place will find them even ones that are not really there. They are more about the buck than the customer and that is not the way to run a business.

Amazing customer service Eric Lowe helped us out and was very knowledgeable with the product! We are miles away and Eric was the first person to willing to help us get unit fixed and back on the road knowing that we were no where near him as a customer! He treated us as if we were the only customer he had! even followed up later in the day. My next buy I will be glad to travel just to support the people that support us! Thanks for saving our family trip Eric!

Since purchasing our brand new Forrest River RV in July of 2022 it has been 4 times back there for repairs that were supposedly fixed as a result of the original walkthrough! Now halfway through this camping season 2023, you guessed it! Still on their lot. Several very nice people but no one who solves the problem. We bought the camper from Adventure not forest River. Warranty issues should be between those 2 not us. Fix the dang thing and get us out of this hell. Thousands of dollars and we are still using a tent! 1 year warranty is spent sitting on their lot. UPDATE: supposed to pickup 7-7-23 YEP you guessed it! Called to make sure before spending another 200.00 for the trip. NOT READY!! Absolutely no contact since from them. Too bad I can not forward them the payment coupon every month since they are still in possession of it!Think twice!

I've been working with Silas in the parts department since early May to get a replacement front window for my Lance Camper. After an extended backorder it looks like the part has finally arrived. The Blue Compass parts department has been responsive and communicated well over the months. Supply chain issues make life difficult for the dealers as well as the consumers.

I would rate this RV dealer a zero if possible. I have had good experience with another Blue Compass RV location in Texas, but not at this formerly Adventure RV in Cheyenne. I made the mistake of trading in my motorhome for a new travel trailer in Cheyenne. This dealer has sales people who cannot be trusted, really poor service, personnel that turnover monthly it seems and is very poor overall. I had my unit in several times for warranty work, none of which was done well or timely. I had them winterize the unit in March, after they finished work, because I live in the mountains and it remains cold well into Spring.I just had another RV repair company replace the cracked spray port, which clearly froze after they failed to winterize this line. I noticed when unwinterizing this summer that the line had no antifreeze in it, so I was pretty sure they forgot to do it. Sure enough, traced a leak to the spray port. They did not call me back after I talked with yet another new service rep about the problem, so I finally just took the RV to a more trusted place. They do not stand behind their work!This service department advised me that the unit was ready to pick up in April, so I drove over 200 miles round trip to pick it up, only to be told they were still waiting on parts for the repair? Unit has been messy every time I ve picked up, and was not even well inspected or prepped when I picked up as a new rig .gave them chances to do warranty work, but I m done now and will never return.Sales guys prepared original documents poorly and even had to add a note that no fraud intended for the State title work who does that?I do not recommend this Cheyenne WY Blue Compass location! I m glad to be able to do much of the work myself, and to have access to a much better RV service only company Colorado Premier RV Service in Johnstown stay away from this service and sales department in Cheyenne.

We purchased our 2021 Reflection 320MKS from Adventure two years ago. I like to try and do business where I purchase my things from. I had a diverter valve on the Nautilus water panel separate two weeks ago when preparing for our first trip of the season. I went to Adventure to see if I could get the replacement and was told I would need to replace the complete Nautilus panel at the tune of $500 just for the part. I asked if there was a chance this could be a warranty issue and was told by the service manager that it wouldn't be because Grand Design would look at the part and say I didn't winterize it properly. I have owned rv's for over 30 years and I know how to winterize. He then changed his tune and said he would try submitting a claim and I would know by the end of that day or Monday at the latest. I hadn't heard anything by Thursday so I called to check and left a voicemail for the service manager who's voice mail message states you will hear back from him within 24 hours. Well here it is Tuesday and still haven't heard back from him. I did some research and found out I could actually order the valve by itself for $70 so I did with the assumption I won't hear back from Adventure. I asked the service manager when I was in there if their service had improved under the new ownership and he said "Absolutely, I cleaned that old mess out and we now get customers in and out in 24-48 hours" After waiting for over a week for any response I am guessing that is also false. Time to move on from this dealership.An update since I posted. The service manager at Adventure reached out to me yesterday to apologize for not getting back to me in two weeks and let me know they will be replacing the Nautilus Water system at no cost to us.

Our 5th wheel required warranty work. Adventure RV got us in quickly and kept us updated on the status of the work. Our rig was completed before the promised date.We have used other repair shops in the past that were terrible about keeping in touch.Justice is fantastic and very personable. She kept us updated on the status regularly. Bobby, service manager, took time to explain everything to us.We would 100% recommend this location.

We just purchased a new Keystone Passport GT from this dealership . First James Curtis talked us into purchasing the over price RV Complete ESC warranty coverage for our new camper was told that it covered glass replacement for all are vehicles found out that it only covers glass replacement on motor homes. Pulled the unit home and found the cabinet door was falling off and damaged the cabinet and other trim had come loose on the drive home. The next while installing my stabilizer sway hitch noticed the damage to the A frame hitch . Tried to call the general manager Joey and he will not answer his phone or return our calls. Take my experience as a warning not to do business with Blue compass rv of Cheyenne WY. I will also be informing all my friends and family to stay away.

Needed help with my fifth wheel hitch right before the holiday weekend and was afraid I would have to make an appointment far out. They got me in right away and I was in and out in a few minutes. Also bought my camper here a few years ago and the process was great then also.
