A week ago we had one of the worst days of our lives. Big Al s came to the rescue and were amazing. They got us safely on our way & took care of our trailer.The next day they went above and beyond to help us gather personal property out of our destroyed trailer. Every employee there that day was so kind and treated us as family. Hands down they are one of the best!

Will was beyond amazing! I d give 10 stars if I could. He turned an incredibly stressful situation, into a breeze. He also gave me tons of cool travel recommendations, and treated both me and my dog with the utmost respect kindness! He seems to thoroughly love both his job and his company. I hope you continue to treat him and all of your employees just as well or better!Thank you again Will!

My experiance with Big Al's Towing and Recovery was excelent, my big rig brokedown on I 80 39 miles from Chyenne, at 2 am, after 4 hrs of sitting on the side of the hwy my company let me know that a tow would be out in 60 to 90 min, that was a relief, This huge beautiful, very clean, inside and out, rig showed up, Cory the operator, was very proffesional and curtious, he got to work right away and had us heading down the hwy in no time, delivered myself, truck and trailer to KW in Chyenne, I have recommened to my company to use Big Al's Towing again, if needed, for any of our equipment. Being 1400 milles from home in Ontario, Canada, this was an experiance to remember, and hopefully not to repeat. Thank You very much Cory

I cannot say enough amazing things about this company and its drivers. Today Kendall went above and beyond. I was seriously impressed with him. He was to our vehicle so quickly, he took his time to treat our vehicle like his own making sure the vehicle tires were strapped and not chained, he hung around the shop to make sure they could look at it today, he offered to take us to another shop if they couldn t get it in, he gave us another ride clear across town to get a new vehicle to drive. He turned the worst day ever into something pretty nice. When I think back to this day I will remember him making a positive impact.The ironic part of this story is the reason our vehicle lost control and steering is because the rear steering control arms broke due to a negligent tow this am!!!!!!! We bought the vehicle from a reputable dealer in Utah - it came in on a transport semi this am- this transporter did not take the time Kendall took to strap the tires - they simple chained it around its rear. Kendall took the time to listen to the mechanics and helped me understood what happened. He explained the danger with towing improperly - especially for Subarus. The chains across the rear on the drive slowly compromised the steering arms little by little bending the metal. This is why hiring a reputable tow company like Big Al s is essential. The other transport companies negligence could have cost me my life had the steering arm given out just 30 seconds before when I was traveling 75 mph on the highway.I m so shook up from this, my new car is in the shop- but! I m alive and Kendall was truly an amazing helper. He really deserves recognition because I ve never met such a kind helpful professional tow truck driver. Very impressive!

I want to give a 1000 star rating. Will communicated with me every step of the way: when he was on his way, when he was nearby, how long it was going to be. I was solo traveling with 2 big dogs when I hit some object in the middle of the road, and this was the first accident I ve ever had. Will helped me like he would his own daughter, gave me great advice and what to do. It definitely helped lowered my stress. I broke down in Hanna, WY and had to be towed to Loveland, CO to a Tesla service center almost 2 hr ride and Will was great company/ local guide. He was so considerate and stopped midway so I could let my dogs out to relieve themselves. I did not feel like just another customer. I felt very taken care of! Thank you Will!!

These guys were so helpful, accommodating and kind on the phone and in person. Scott was the one who got our broken trailer off the highway, he is such a good guy! So thankful for the service this company provides. Now, back to getting on the road to Salt Lake.

Our Rear axle exploded on the interstate, Scott Sailors was our driver, He was very professional and courteous, oncoming motorist were driving like retards, he safely got our baby loaded on the roll back and got us to a location where we could rent a car to complete the last leg of our trip and pick up our truck and a trailer to come back for our Jeep.Thanks again to Big Al's Towing and Recovery, and thanks again to Scott for a safe ride.Charlie and Ria SmithJeep Psychology 101On YouTubeService: Special vehicle towing

Big Al's are the people to call. I've used their services many times all the way from my personal vehicles to the semi's I Drive for work. Every single one of the drivers there are knowledgeable compassionate of all their customers of whatever the needs may be. But importantly they are reliable. As a truck driver, They are the number one people to call because you know for a fact that help is coming when you call them. As a local truck driver here in the oil fields. I know when I bury my truck in something they will get me out. When it comes to all my personal cars anywhere from a lockout to a jump start to a tow, they are fast, responsive, get the job done quickly and safely. The tech was there ahead of the time given. Scott was courteous and carefully got our car towed back to our home. He was able to place it inside our shed out of the elements. He also explained how it would work for the next day with the dealership.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Kendal was really helpful the urgently the app chose the nearest auto shop that was in the middle of no where but Kendal suggested to be somewhere where everything is closer like motel gas station everything I needed. Used his extra time to help me out when he didn t have to amazing!! Note: he even called motels to see if there were rooms available

Well I called after I had broken down using AAA. And Scott came and got my car and took it to a repair shop. I failed to see any issues or notice trees. Parked boats and a fence gate. However and a big however when he got here I realized oops it s a tight place to put a tow truck. Seriously two trees to one side. Narrow gate to the front and a boat on the otherwise. He had to back in through the gate to make it. And it was a close call. Did it and so relieved. I hope AAA assigned these people again. Also showed up fast. Also wore safety uniform. Also was not mad disgruntled or those types of attitude issues some people get with a stressful situation. Came out smiling and was a good communicator when I was expecting a mad person at the circumstances of narrow road trees boat gate so forth. Note: I was parked right in front of the boat not on the driveway with a broken axle so it was not a straight go and he went in between trees and got aligned. Turning my steering wheel multiple ways while towing backwards my vehicle and did it with minimal issue and got it up onto his truck reversing just once up driveway. Forward thru trees. Backing up to get close to vehicle.Note to others, park Parallel with the roads. Don t just turn to make a 90* angle Service: Car towing

While my journey from vermont to Coloradotook a different journey when My Subaru broke down 20 miles outside Cheyenne Wyoming. Will showed up to tow myself along with my car. It was the best experience I've had meeting a stranger, not only did he go above and beyond he is very kind. Thank you for your service and time will.

Big al's was able to get me back to denver almost 200 miles one way over a 2 day period because of weather,awesome company and would call them for any towing needs i have in the future if im in any part of wyoming state

We requested our tow through AAA and Big Al's dispatch responded right away to let us know the estimated time line. We received text updates on our call's status and Scott, the driver, was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. I highly recommend them.

On a Sunday afternoon while crossing into Cheyenne, Wyoming on I-80 my RAM 3500 diesel began to lose power with no check engine lights. Suspecting bad fuel and after unsuccessfully attempting repairs on my own, I found myself in need of a tow. Triple A recommended Big Al s so I gave them a call. Shauna answered and was she great asking all the right questions and answering my concerns. She quickly sent Chris out to haul my truck and the camper I was pulling out of harm s way. He was very careful with my rig and with me not knowing the best place to go, Chris recommended Patriot Diesel as the place he d take his truck, so I trusted his word. I m glad I did, they know their stuff.

My experience with Big Al's Towing was exceptional. Scott Sailors arrived in a short amount of time, explained what he felt like was the safest way to take care of my situation, and then delivered my car safely to the repair shop. He was professional and personable. I hope I don't have a need for towing service in the near future, but should the need arise I will be contacting Big Al's.

Scott was amazing. Great service, professional and courteousI'm in Laramie on business and my rental broke down. Big Al's and Scott to the rescue. It's been stressful and chaotic 2 days that were completely botched by the rental company but this was the only bright spot, knowing that finally, this ordeal is over. We requested towing service through our insurance Roadside Assistance and within just a couple of minutes received a call from Big Al's Towing. The young lady couldn't have been more pleasant! Then, only a couple minutes later, received a call from the driver saying he was on his way. Talk about fast and friendly service! A big shout out to William, who was as pleasant and quick as can be! And so very professional! Needing to have your vehicle towed for repair is never a good thing, generally, but the individuals representing Big Al's Towing certainly made the entire experience enjoyable! THANK YOU! We highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed!

Scott, once again, got my vehicle and perfectly placed it to be fixed. Different vehicle but same tow operator. Always awesome service. Not the first time and, if need in the future, not the last time I'd call Big Al's for a tow or any assistance. Thanks as always! I love this company! They are the local AAA roadside provider and always do an excellent job! Alli with there answering service made contact right away, after AAA made their call for service, and gave us a speedy ETA. Scott, one of their technicians, helped me out with a flat tire change last week. The company was quick to respond. Scott got us back on our way in no time at all. He was courteous, and very kind. Scott took the time to reassure my 3 yr old grandson, who had never been in that situation before and was scared, that we would get back on the road soon. He turned a frightening situation to a little boy into an adventure for that boy and we all appreciated that very much. Keep up the good work!...and thank you for being the reliable professionals that you are.

Will was awesome, super helpful and friendly. He could understand how having to get towed while you re on the road to go somewhere could be very stressful. He did his best to be positive and help you think positive out of the bad situation. Great guy!

Scott was top notch! Outstanding service, great driver and when things didn t go well with our pick up driver, he was alert and aware and didn t leave us stranded. It was a long day but Scott certainly made things better given the bad situation we were in.

Mr. Scott Sailors, Towing & Recovery Driver, personally called me on his cell phone to introduce himself as well as let me know he was on his way to my location. Mind you, I just had called 5 minutes ago. Mr. Sailors is very responsive, punctual, accommodating, friendly, and trustworthy. Their driver, Will Collins, came to the rescue. He was absolutely amazing and made a horrible situation better. Had us laughing and had us back on the road in no time. It was late at night and cold and I will never go through another company in Cheyenne.

I can not rave enough about Will Collins and Big Al s towing. After my car decided it wanted to park itself in the middle of an intersection, I called Big Al s and Will was there in under 15 mins. My car was taken to the location of my choice and he had me dropped off at home all in under an hour and at an amazing rate. I would give 10+ stars if google would let me. I will forever recommend Big Al s.

This was the first time that I was ever stranded by a vehicle and my first experience with a tow truck company. I was very tired, sad, and scared. Scott Sailors was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He got us towed home quickly. What really stood out was him taking the time to teach and educate my husband on some diesel truck care. He could have just towed us home and that s that. Very kind. I hope to not need this again but if I did, I d want him.
