We purchased a used car for our daughter, everything was fine until the papers were signed and we drove the car home. Check engine light came on and the car wasn't getting proper fuel. Took back down to whites next day to have diagnostics ran. The frustrating part is the lack or communication with all staff in the service department. Justin and Cole to be specific. They don't answer the phone or call customers back when all we had were simple questions. Now a car we purchased for our daughter has been sitting in the shop for 10 days and they still have to wait on parts. Not happy I should have known better then to use that dealer.

Probably cost me and my girlfriend close to 2k by now, to "fix" a car we've had maybe eight months. Told us the car needed a new oil pan. When we refused and took it somewhere else, we were told it actually needed a new gasket. Which mostly fixed the overheating issue. Not to mention the fact that the car sat in their possession for two months before they even began diagnosing the problem, and downright ignored any attempt to contact them during the two months. Do not buy a car here, and do not take your car here to get fixed. They will waste your time and your money.

I cannot thank White s Mountain Service Department enough! They are so awesome! At 4:45 pm on New Years Eve of all days, I walk out to my car and my rear window is shattered. Most of the glass places in Casper close at 5pm. I called Glass Doctors right away knowing they close at 5pm, hoping they would wrap it for me because it s snowing and I m nervous about driving my car with no back window for long distances. Whoever answered the phone says they can t help me they are closed (it s 4:50). I called a bunch more places that didn t even answer the phone. At the last moment, at like 5:30pm, I see that White s Mountain Service is open until 6. I gave them a call and Justin answered the phone. He said to hurry over and they would wrap it for me especially because it s snowing and nothing will be open until Monday. I get there at 5:40pm and Justin pulled my car into the garage right away and wrapped it up for me! They were all so kind and helpful in the service dept, especially for it being last minute on a holiday weekend! They also didn t even charge me for doing such an inconvenient thing so close to closing on a holiday weekend! If you need a place to take your vehicle for repairs, your first call should be White s Mountain!Services: Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance

Your people are great and helpful and very patient with me. Cole is very knowledgeable with what he does ..I was so grateful with him, he did take care of whatever it needs to get done with my truck. Thank you Cole! You made my day! You guys are the best in town!Garrett is also the best in his department please let him know that. He will always help in any possible way he can. Always professional. I have worked with the service department for about a decade for my job and personal vehicle repair. They are why I buy my vehicles there. Jenna and James always do their best to make your service or repair paletteable in time and cost. My last repair, I had envisioned a week or more because of the odd issue and relatively rare part, but James and his staff had it done that day. Remember, when you're buying a vehicle from a dealership, it's the service department that sets one apart from the others.

They're salesman kale was amazing..he went above beyond and he managed to get us approve for a new car after my camry decided to quit on us.we didn't have much to work with He gave us more then a fair trade in on my camry He has to the best sells person there. . My boyfriend and i have not so great credit but kale was able to get us qualified for a new vehicle to help rebuild our credit .he has to be the best sells person there. He works hard to get you in to a some sort of vehicle .we need more people like him as a sells person.

Really nice service manager. I didn't buy a vehicle from here but I did have dealings with the service manager and he was very respectful, listened, and was human with in his responses. Be weary of the sales people in the service department. They push GM protocols that might not always be the best option.

White's mountain mother's said they would contact me about overcharging me $400 to change fluid in two diferentials. They never did. Ripped me off and kicked to the side of the road. After I was lied to. White's mountain motors is not to be trusted.

Needed a special part for my Yukon and the parts guy was just awesome!!! Showed me pictures of.the part and how to use it. I was very happy today.

Wouldn't take my car into this scam shop ever again. Took my car in 2 times after they "fixed" our car. They hassled me every time for just wanting to get it right.

They will place you in a standard vehicle and will extort your credit, they really are not the best when it comes to getting you in an awesome vehicle. I should've went to Fremont instead.

They kept pretending they were fixing my grandpas truck. When I went to get it after being "fixed' they advise they didn't have time to get to it...despite my appointment made well in advance
