Our experience was one of the best we ve ever had! Kaleb, our sales rep, was the best. He listened to what we were looking for & catered to our needs. We purchased the Subaru Crosstrek Limited 2024 & got a great deal!! So happy!!

Ladies are super friendly. Car is done in a timely manner. However, the mechanics did not put all my bolts back on my skid plate. We noticed when we got home. They did make it right by replacing them but it should have never happened in the first place. Upon making my appointment, 5 days earlier than scheduled, I requested my air filters be changed. They didn t have the filter in stock and now I have to wait. They had 5 days to prepare and failed to so.

I thought Steven did a great job. It really was a tough decision, but he was able to answer all my questions. Cory also did a fantastic job. We were able to negotiate a great deal. We also love our new Outback.I don t like having to make quick decisions. I love time to get the information, have some discussion time by ourselves. Then we feel no questions about our decision.The only suggestion I have would be that the additional warranty information be discussed sooner. I m sure it s a business, but we don t like surprises.That being said we did purchase the extended warranty. I decided it is well worth to be covered.

We had a great experience with this dealership. We were greeted as soon as we pulled up to the parking lot. Hunter was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful at making the process go smoothly. He helped us find the perfect vehicle that suits our needs. They even stayed late to complete the purchase. Overall, we highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

Steven was really great! He was well informed on the features in the car, very transparent about what will and will not come with the purchase and VERY timely.I usually expect vehicle purchases to take 4+hours but I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours.

I can honestly say this dealership made our purchase experience the best we've had. Chance was amazing not only in person but after the sell follow up. I normally go through our bank but they were able to get us a better rate. Definitely will use them again on our next vehicle.

Brittany was very helpful and friendly. I was in town for a few days and she was able to get my oil service completed while I waited. They washed my Santa Cruz and it looks great! Thanks for your help.

They did such a good job. The 2!girls who checked me in were so nice & extremely helpful. I asked Brittany if she could clean my wind shield on the inside after it was washed cause I am having back surgery in a couple weeks. She didn t even balk. I think the other girls name was Lindsey.They showed me his to do my. remote start. I ve had my vehicle about 7 years & have never had that remote start work.

I called early in the day to see if someone could help me fix me vehicle over the phone or give me some information to fix it. While I wasn t able to do that, Brooke, told me she could do her very best to work us in given that my wife has to have her vehicle. Within minutes we were able to get our vehicle in and serviced. White s also had the part we were needing in stock which helped to speed up the process as well. I wasn t super excited about the diagnostic fee being what seemed high, but it was subtracted from our overall bill. I feel like I could always complain about the bill, though. Anyways, I gave 5 stars because we have never been to White s Chevy and I felt like I was treated as if I had been going there for years and that s enough to post alone. If you have problems with your Chevy, whether the process goes as fast as mine did or not, you won t be disappointed.

The staff at White s Mountain Motors (Casper, WY) was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Not only was every person extremely courteous in helping us find just the right truck this weekend, but they even stayed late to finish our paperwork during their office Christmas party. Hunter Tate helped us narrow down our options while patiently answering our many questions. After that, Kaleb Julian took over the admittedly arduous task of finding a final price we could all agree on. We are not the most difficult people to deal with, but we are certainly not the easiest either. Kaleb rocked the negotiation process making us feel like we were not just getting a good deal, but an AMAZING deal. These guys were motivated to get us a sale price we couldn t say no to and that is exactly what they did. We will definitely be going back to White's when it comes time to search for another vehicle. In the meantime, we will be recommending Kaleb and Hunter s Five Star service to everyone we know. Thank you, guys, for making this the best vehicle buying experience we've ever had!

Whites has been very good to me and my family every time we have gotten a vehicle they have been very helpful at getting what fits best for you. I bought a car from there 3 days ago Hunter was my sells rep and he was very nice and did everything to help us. It was a saterday and they even stayed a little bit after closing to finish up with us! I would recommend them to everyone and I for sure would keep going back!

They were so helpful and got me in quickly when I was having car trouble on a long trip. They checked the car out and determined it should be safe for the trip and gave me recommendations for service when I got home. They were fantastic!

I was in this past Friday afternoon for a recall issue. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get out in time for a meeting later that evening. The service was top quality.I had been in to this same dealership a year or two ago and received more mediocre service. I m glad to see that some really positive changes were made and I ll happily do more business there.

Kaleb is awesome to work with! He is low pressure and very knowledgeable! This is my second car I have bought from him and I would definitely recommend him if you are in the market. White s gave me a deal on a new Subaru, and gave me a fair value on my trade. Very happy!

They were super nice. Explain what was going on with my car. Ended up needing a new transmission quoted me $8000 for a new 1 a labor. Will be back to get one put in but I will probably go with a used one, since I m a newly single mother of 2 an I currently don t have a job

Steven was amazing! He was so helpful and honest. I hate going to car dealerships usually as a woman because in the past I feel like dealers haven t taken me seriously. That was not the case with Steven! I would recommend him highly!!

I had finally made up my mind after months of deliberation to trade in my beloved vehicle. I went to the dealership and they didn t have the car I wanted in stock. Hunter worked his tail off to find me the car, facilitate a dealer trade, drove the dealer trade to Ft. Collins and picked up the car I wanted. All in the same day. He then delivered the car to me in Douglas, swapping me vehicles and heading back to Casper. That is absolutely above and beyond service. I definitely recommend Whites Kia for their stellar customer service. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and not pushy salesman, Hunter is your guy!

The service itself is always excellent. However, some of their Service front desk staff, not so much. Instead of owning up to their fault of NOT checking the availability of parts before an appointment, the gentleman (so called) insists that he never promised the availability of parts (which he guaranteed at the time the appointment was made). Like I said, superb work on my vehicle. However, the Service desk staff person could learn many things about customer service. A simple sorry, the part turns out not to be available right now. It takes nothing away from one's professionalism or dignity to recognize one's mistake and admit it. Acting like a jack-*** does.

Had issues with a vehicle while on a family ski trip. They were able to order a replacement part and do a makeshift repair so one of the doors would work before we had to leave. Very easy to work with both the parts and service departments

Couldn t ask for Better Service and Help from Chance Cole. I was visiting and stopped to look at vehicles and saw one I hadn t seen in Oklahoma. I Loved it. Was perfect for my Handicapped Mother and all my Grands. Headed home to Oklahoma and Husband said call Monday and ask about it. Was offered amazing deal so I called Oklahoma Dealership and inquired about the same vehicle and $$. Well let this Oklahoma Girl say Wyoming roped my business and I had a deal made and online paperwork done in 2 days. Now I m Flying back to pick up my SUV van! Thanks again White Mountain KIA you are amazing and friendly to work with. I will be sending other Folks your way it s definitely worth the trip!

Car trouble in December was not on my schedule. My frustration in White Mtn KIA not having service crews was soothed by Lindsey's over-the-top help to try to find other options for me to get answers. This assistance continued thru the almost 3-month process of getting my engine replaced. Very pleased to have my car back with reasonable cost and no hassle.

Fixed an airbag recall on my suburban. Got me in within 2 weeks and had it done in less than 3 hrs. I was impressed with the quick work and they even had a small list of things to consider getting further diagnostics (but at an additional cost per diagnostic/issue) Everyone I spoke with was mostly polite and professional and they followed up more than once to ensure my satisfaction. Hunter was amazing to work with. He showed us a couple different Sorentos and explained all the benefits. We wanted a hybrid with more whistles and bells than the hybrid they had in their lot so Hunter called around and found one and immediately gave me a call.
