Took my trailer tire in with my wife's Yukon Denali to get a flat fixed paid 40 dollars went to pick it up and their tire machine gouged the bead on a expensive rim went in and told them pulled it into the shop for them to tell me it's old and has rust in it so they didn't do it there was no rust in the gouges they just didn't want to stand behind their work worst tire shop ever would go to Walmart before going back here

Tire-Rama and their staff are really fantastic. Not only do they really work to solve any problems we have (as a result of normal wear and tear), they are just polite and friendly. I highly recommend Tire-Rama! So amazing!

Great tire shop. Their front desk man has integrity and is serious about doing a job well. Not only fixed my tire but they also went over and beyond to resolve past issues with the sensors that have been a constant headache for me. Nice to see a tire shop that actually knows tires. Made a loyal customer out of me.

Stopped in while traveling through needing 2 new tires. They had them in stock. They were on the truck & we were back in the road with horse in tow within 30 minutes. Thank you for the amazing customer service & great price!

Coree is amazing took care of all our needs while in town for the fair. 30 or so tires. Call him first. Don't mess with the rest of the competition in town. There all overpriced compared to Tire Rama

Called due to having a drive tire fail, they were friendly understood what I was talking about and were able to supply a similar product to what was already in use on my truck. They fit me in right away and from the time I parked the truck in the bay till I drove away took 45 minutes. The price quoted to me was the price I payed.There were refreshments available and the wait area was presentable.If I ever need a tire again and I am in the region I would return.

Ordered 6 Cooper Work Series Tires for our F450 over a week ago to be installed tomorrow so we can leave for a trip out of state to pickup bulls. Dropped by this morning and they said they are on the truck being delivered today. I just called to confirm so I can drop off the truck in the morning to find our that they forgot to put them on the truck and said it will be another week! Not for me it won t, I will find another place to do our business with for our 5 Duelly s...a place a little more reliable. Thanks

We had a blowout on our 5th wheel with lousy factory tires. Jerry, at Tire Rama , had tires in stock and got us in for 4 new tires late in the work day at a reasonable price. The men in the shop jumped on it right away and got us back on the road I about 45 minutes. Much appreciated.

Roasted front rotors on a road trip. They got us right in with no appointment when other shops in the area were saying next day at best. They did some running around with their service truck to get us rotors and we were back on the road for a reasonable price.

These guys know their stuff and carry Cooper tires at a fair price.They have tires for your pick up,car,suv or your semi and work trucks. Great service at a fair price with a convenient location also.

We were halfway through a 900 mile road trip and spent the night in Casper. After experiencing some vibration the first day, we paid a visit to TireRama before leaving on the second day. I cannot say enough good things about Craig, Jerry and the staff. I don't usually write reviews, but their excellent customer service deserves one. Craig went out of his way to make sure our tires were in good shape and we were safe to continue on our journey. We were headed into a region where there are no TireRamas. Craig gave me his card and explained how I could get help anyway, if I were to experience more problems (even thought I wouldn't be near another TireRama). Craig earned my loyalty to TireRama for a very long time.

I just called them at 5:13 p.m. on 5/26/22. An after hours call center answered. First, Google says they're open until 6 p.m. Second, the lady in the call hung up on me when I was explaining what I'm calling for rather than let me know she can only take a message and unable to assist me.

Tire-Rama has always been good to us. Hate the rising cost of a new set of tires but when you need a new set you deal with it.

Stopping by 2 , time to get my tires rotated on 2 different days and thej couldn't fit me in because I was from out of town. But I'm sure if I was buying a new set they sure would of fit me in.

A couple flat tires on the RV about 40 miles away and they were there within the hour as promised and had both tires changed out in no time. Fantastic experience.
