Norman and his staff were amazing. Their customer service was awesome. They fixed my truck and it runs great.They were $2000 less than the Dodge dealer. I would highly recommend The Wicked Wrench Garage. They go above and beyond. Thank you so much for the speedy repairs.

We had an amazing experience at the Wicked Wrench Garage. We were on a long drive with a trailer full of horses when we began having car trouble and thought we may be stranded for the night. We called this shop and they immediately dropped everything and helped us during lunch. Norman and his crew ordered new parts and fixed up our truck so we could continue down the road within an hour. They were AMAZING, friendly, and very professional. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks for the quick fix!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Norman and his crew do awesome work and are extremely fair on pricing. That is the only place we take our Honda Pilot to for oil changes and other maintenance work. They are a relatively new business but have the passion and experience to do the job right.I know they're pretty steady on work, and usually booked out a week or two for general maintenance. They have squeezed us in for major issues, and gotten us back on the road quickly.I'd 100% recommend Wicked Wrench Garage to anyone looking for a solid group of mechanics that are fair and honest. I know Norman isn't going to rip us off or tell us things need to be replaced when they actually don't. On a scale of 0-100, they're a 100.

I HAVE NEVER...EVER... received a follow up phone call to know if the repairs I had done on my vehicle were done to my satisfaction or to know if the work held up as expected-- from a MECHANIC!!! NEVER!!THEN, a postcard follow up just to say thank you for the business and to contact them if I had any issues!!Norman Jackson runs a top notch business!! Jackson's Wicked Wrench Garage is fantastic! Not only did the repairs & service meet my expectations and the cost exceptional-- this follow up was extraordinary!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE!!Thank you to Norman, Autumn and all crew at Wicked Wrench. You all have set the bar VERY HIGH! IMPRESSIVE!

After making an appointment that was 2 and a half weeks out they kept my truck for 3 weeks to install a carburetor and did nothing in that time...Extremely disappointed and the communication between front desk and mechanic was very poor at best. The receptionist made it clear they were annoyed I kept calling them as well. Sorry leaving me waiting weeks is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Their excuse was it doesn't start so they instead were trouble shooting that- well it does start and run and did so the whole time they had it!So now I have to make another appointment and continue to wait longer to be able to get my truck repaired! Yay

Brought my 2013 Viper In for an alignment and it was dialed to perfection. They have the most knowledgeable staff and the best equipment. This shop it top notch and will treat you and your car with the utmost respect.
