Wayne is always super friendly and does great work. I had my exhaust put on in the spring. Started leaking a little tool it in he fixed it.

The receiver/hitch on our motorhome failed while we were on the road. I called Reeds and spoke with Wayne who said they could get us in ASAP. Wayne spent a bunch of time chatting with me while his team replaced the hitch. I d highly recommend Reeds if you need any automotive work done. Thanks again Wayne. Enjoy the Summer Shandy!

Not only good mechanics but good people. Wayne got me in last minute on a Friday while I was passing through. Everyone else was booked weeks out but he made room. Price was fair too. Greatly appreciate the good people I find throughout Wyoming.

My friend went there and got charged 132$ for checking the pressure of a cooling system. Extremely rude, and high up. I don t recommend!!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

On our travels through Wyoming from Iowa we were having some issues with accelerating. After a stop at AutoZone for a diagnostic and advice that we could keep going. We decided to get a second opinion. Turns out we needed to get a cracked valve cover and ignition coil completely replaced. Thankful that Reed s was able to get us in quick and take care to make sure we could safely continue our trip.

Very unprofessional. Our car broke down in the middle of nowhere. Had it towed here. They were supposed to fix our catalyst. Have been told work done by them was illegal and overpriced. Charged us $50 just to run a credit card. They are very rude as well. Drove all the way back there from Colorado to give a chance to fix it and was treated horrible. Not my fault you had bad burritos and trailer of tires flipped that day. I would not recommend them to anyone. My mechanic says it doesn't seem like they know what they are doing. I am also reporting them to the better business bureau.

Reed's is a family owned and operated business that can handle more than just a new muffler for a '72 High Boy. They do stickers and wraps, sell racing fuel, and are some of the most friendly, easy going folks you'll meet in Casper. I pulled in and was helped right away. The owner gave me an estimate and was able to get the work on my truck done while I waited. I feel like I was charged a fair price and received a very high value for my dollar. The welds were clean, the hanger is solid and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Reed's.

Wayne Reed has a wonderful shop, they are very professional, prompt, honest. Susie Reed has some beautiful art there for sale. Go check it out. Their son Shawn Reed does car wraps, printing. Wonderful fantastic people I'm thankful the good lord put in their hands for my exhaust needs. Thank you Reed family for being in my path.

We were stranded in Rawlins in a motorhome and Reeds was the only company that would fix our Rv. We got towed to his shop and he gave us a ride to a car rental. He was very nice to us very professional and got us back on the road quickly. His prices are very reasonable . I know you can't please everybody but if we could give him 10 stars we would!!Service: Engine repair

I would rather put 0 zero stars but was not given that option. This place took my family's money, left them stranded on the road barely 20 miles from Casper after their vehicle had been towed to them to work on. This place is a joke. If you're from out of state, don't go here. They have no idea what their doing. Shame on you ripping off people from other states. Go get another job because you obviously don't know this one!

Our 5th wheel trailer broke a leaf spring on the freeway. Wayne came out and blocked it to get us into his shop. We were able to pull into his garage and he found a new part and had it repaired by 8:30 that evening. Went out of his way to get us safely back on the road.

Expensive.. I needed to replace my tail pipe from rear axle back on 5inch pipe, $250 for the pipe then another $200 in labor. Twice as much as the whole exhaust coated me in the first place. But everything is tight and they did it fast. Good people, just expensive.

DO NOT GO! Had my car tinted there, had the car a total of 8 days in the bay! They went three inches below the AS1 line on the front brow, (later cut it still an inch below line and not straight at all), left adhesive on car, left tint in car, could not tint DOT matrix (hard, but not impossible), did vinyl to cover -okay but vinyl was not straight and was bubbled and falling down, they have no experience in vinyl or doing tint on cars (They did not even know what mole skin was!) They also were way over priced $360 to tint a coupe! Had to take to another shop and have car fixed! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD PRICES, AND BAD QUALITY *I can not comment on exhaust but from my tint experience there I would not let them touch you car! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

After going to lots of different shops this is the only one I go to now. Reed's are very honest and will only take on your project if they can do it. Nice to do business that way!Good work Shawn and Wayne!

Wayne is a one upper and a know it all. I would ve went to jardines if their phone wasn t disconnected and I wasn t in a rush. The guy is rude and belittles customers. Needless to say I won t ever be back. Charged me 200 for a 11$ fuel filter and to tighten bandclamps.

not happy..a friend of mine took his vehicle there to be estimated for repair and they did the repair with out prior authorization,prices for repair were much higher then in s.d. I think they took advantage of this young man..did not offer any discounting or help in anyway,instead they even charged extra for use of paying with credit card..rip off joint and employee on phone had bad attitude....convertor they replaced was also warrantyable with g.m.will be contacting B.B.B. about this rip off..........

I have used this shop many times over the last several years. They are super nice, are willing to work with you if needed, and don't take advantage of women like some shops do. I highly recommend reeds to anyone needing car repairs.

Was told $35 for a cut and weld tip job and adding 1 hanger, showed up 3 days later when I was told to show up and he cut and welded and added 3 hangers and instead of telling me price was going up he did the work and charged me $161 and his excuse was I had to re run the pipe and add the 3 hangers and it was an hour job when I told him he should have told me price was going up instead of doing it he said oh well just a heads up

Called to ask about a exhaust leak and first thing the owner said was..."you Are asking very stupid questions," so if that's how you want to talk to potential customers than you can piss off and I will tell every one in this town how much of a pompass ass hole this guy and company can be! Would never go there and would never recommend!

I went in, told them what was wrong with my car, they fixed it without hassle, super friendly staff, and they got right to it instead of dragging out the clock. I highly recommend Reeds Automotive to everyone!
