My husband and I purchased a used truck from Quality Auto of Casper today and I wanted to rave about the service we received. Gavin was our salesman and he did everything he could to get us into exactly what we wanted. He and his team made the experience seamless and very pleasant. I cannot say enough great things. We will definitely be purchasing future vehicles from this location!

Over the years I have purchased many vehicles. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of purchasing a Durango from Quality Auto in Casper. My experience was nothing but exceptional. Gavin, Amber, Devan and the rest of the staff were nothing but professional, courteous, and patient. I live over 3 hours away, I found the vehicle I wanted online, Gavin and Amber spent a quantity of time answering any question I had. Today I drove my Durango home and I have never been more pleased and happy with a vehicle purchase. I highly recommend this Dealership as they will always have my future business! We sold our Mazda to Quality Auto, and I was amazed by their level of professionalism. They showed a high level of thoroughness upon receipt of the vehicle that impressed me. Also, they provided us with a speedy and courteous transaction. If the vehicle we sold them was any indication of the quality of vehicles they are trying to get on their lots, they are looking for a solid, reliable inventory. I was very pleased with our interaction with Quality Auto.

I purchased a car this week from Quality Auto and was impressed by how friendly everyone was. Chaise was so helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had. He was able to help me when I was turned down by everyone else in town. Amber assisted me with paperwork. She was very kind, clear and made it quick, easy, and painless to sign and drive away.

I would highly recommend Quality Auto for buying your next vehicle. Chaise was an incredible help in getting our next vehicle! The whole team was nice, friendly, and warm. No pushy stereotyped salesmen were to be found. They even stayed after hours to accommodate our schedule!

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this place and these people. They are the most honest and trustworthy place to buy a car in town. They care about what you need and your budget. Michael is a wonderful human being and will make sure you are happy with your car and your wallet. Couldn t recommend enough!

Phenomenal experience!To say that Gavin and the team is knowledgeable and professional is an understatement! We explained to Gavin our wants and needs in a vehicle and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect fit. He was courteous and validated our need to compare other dealerships.With the prefect vehicle in mind but currently unavailable, he ensured it was brought back and detailed for showing in a timely manner.The best part? Gavin did not hover or pressure the sale. He allowed us to truly get a feel for the vehicle and answered all our questions to ensure it was the best fit for our family. Unlike experiences at other dealerships, he did not try to upsell us a vehicle. No pressure for added warranties either!Quality auto went above and beyond to accommodate my timeline and worked on delivering the vehicle to me after surgery.We cannot thank you enough Gavin for assisting our family in this matter! Worked with Gavin to get a new truck. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable on the truck and the process for our trade in and purchase, and an all around humble and great guy to work with! The business itself is family owned and run! Felt like buying from a family run small business back home! Definitely will be making this business my go to for all vehicle related purchases in the future! Honestly can t say enough great things about the business and Gavin! HIGHLY recommended!!!

Super quick and to the point, literally walked in and told them what I was looking for and had a nice ride picked out for me, aside from getting a first buyers loan; everything went smoothly and I drove off the lot with a nice ride the same day and super easy to work with...ask for Gavin he's fast!

I bought my truck around march of 2022. I love it! It was fast and easy. No issues so far, other than when I first bought it there was a loose bolt in the head liner. (The noise it made was super annoying.) Once I got that fixed (300$) I haven t had any issues!
