We had a great experience buying from Platte River Auto. Matt and Jason are fantastic people to work with. After I bought my truck I went back with a check engine light and Jason stopped what he was doing and said no worries, let s have a look . It turned out to be nothing, but that service after the sale is something that I ve never experienced with other dealerships.

Will 100% consider buying another vehicle through these guys. Every issue ive had with the vehicle they sold me was fixed free or at discounted rated even being an ad is used vehicle. They continue to go above and beyond even after my purchase.

Every person here is honest, kind, and willing to help. Jason stayed an hour after closing even to help sell my old car. Which is going towards the down payment that Matt worked out for me to help me pay more comfortably without any stress. Despite being a dealership, it is not a threatening atmosphere at all. This is my first big car buying experience and it was easy to feel good with my decision. I will absolutely be back in the future and recommend PRA to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

Excellent experience! Matt was very friendly and really helped us out. We live several hours away so we couldn't make it there till after 6 pm. He had the vehicle all clean and ready to go as well as our paperwork so we could get in and out as fast as possible. He also was able to lower our monthly payments a little to make it even more affordable than it already was. And we got a very good deal. I would highly recommend this place!

I had Luke install my speakers in my truck and he did an amazing job! I didn't know much about what I needed for my truck and he helped me with everything! Definitely recommend!

Great team, I say that because in my line of work (auto transport brokering) communication is vital! I could always expect a prompt and clear response from each team member I dealt with (Scott and Jason). Prompt payments and kind professionalism made for very smooth transactions! Huge rave to Matthew Fries and PLATTE RIVER AUTO. I recently purchased a Lincoln MKZ from them and I honestly couldn't be happier with the whole deal. Matt was friendly and honest throughout the entire process and was able to get me into a beautiful, reliable, and affordable vehicle, that fit my family's needs. If your looking to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend them! I guarantee you won't be disappointed. They've even sent me an email, asking about my after purchase experience! I was nervous about going to a dealership to buy my son a car. Platt River Auto and Matt made it so easy to relax, and trust him. He went down in price, he let me put a down payment on the vehicle until the insurance check came in. He was honest about vehicle and paid for new windshield. Matt is a trustworthy guy, and I definitely recommend going out to Platte River Auto first, when you're looking for a used dependable clean vehicle.

shout out to Matt for taking time to deliver a piece of furniture for me this afternoon!!! i was tryin to load it in my wee 91 Toyota when he pulled up in his big shiny truck and offered to haul it home for me!! thank you, Matt for your kindness, generosity, and muscle! if that's the kinda service a stranger gets from you outside a thrift store, i can only imagine how good your customers have it at Platte River Auto

This is a small business with small inventory and amazing deals on quality, a rose among the thorns of Casper s normal used car gangs. When we came to look at a Subaru, only the mechanic was available. I asked for the price of the one he was working on and he replied Won t know until I get it working right There was no salesman chaperoning the test drive and the negotiated price was out the door As a 65 year Casperite I remember the jacked up Wyoming Market pricing of old days. So nice to not deal with on-commission car pushers!

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Scheduled an appointment for 11 am to test drive a vehicle. Drove 60 miles, no one showed up for confirmed scheduled appointment. Called Matt, he told me that the vehicle SOLD that morning. No phone call from Matt or ANYONE for that matter....to inform me of this. Customer service is lacking all around! The ol' bait and switch game is what they like to play!
