Those fellas are an amazing team! They were so busy when I went in to have my tires rotated that it was going to be a 2 hour wait just to get on the lift. They were moving like crazy, and they got me out of there in less than an hour. I was amazed at how much work they did before getting to me, and in such a short time! I will always go to the east side peerless! Still a great place to go

Found this silly thing in my tire and took it to Peerless. I thought I would have to replace the tire immediately, but they were able to fix it and get me on my way in under 20 minutes, all at no charge. I went back a month later to replace all 4 tires because the vehicle kept sliding down the driveway, and again, the guys were friendly, helpful and quick. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you Peerless for the great service and friendly smiles each time I have come in!!

Great guys. I do not understand a lot about rims. I know a whole lot.more from the guys. I have been going there for about 10 years. Of course people are always changing and in all those years no issues. There finance deal, Snap, is a great company. My last deal was 950 and I pd it in 3 months and not a penny in interest. Folks if you need the personal touch this is the place to go.

Had excellent tires in stock for a reasonable price. BEST PART-----sold them and put them on 2 hours after close on a Saturday. Very impressed with Peerless Tires on Yellowstone. EDIT: Great experience at the time. The central office has since fired all long time employees. Kept one, and demoted him. Too bad.

As a pilot vehicle it is so hard to make and FULFILL APPOINTMENTS. This place was amazing; I had an issue when I tried to get my tires rotated the week previous. I had been told the manufacturers put that plastic cover over the nut and it can be a pain to remove especially if it's stripped. Anyway this place exceeded my expectations. Getting me in PROMPTLY a clean shop as well as the staff wow. Really their manager took his time to explain the situation and also said with removing it well it could get and look ugly but I will make sure it's done and your tires are rotated. Yeeeees maybe an hour later I got a call to pick up my truck. GREAT OVERALL.

Most amazing POSITIVE experience. Trailer tire on the back of our Motor Home was gone and these guys were simply FABULOUS. Did everything without me unhooking the car trailer, they were professional, fast, friendly and all at a fair price. If you are local or traveling through and need some help don't think twice about using Peerless they are FANTASTIC at what they do. I love writing reviews when coming across EXCEPTIONAL people and companies.... Thanks for taking care of my wife and I.

I was referred to Peerless several years ago & now wouldn't go anywhere else. I go in, purchase the tires I want, then sit in my truck for a few minutes making calls while they put them on, & I'm on my way. They guarantee their tires; in the past 2 years I've had 2 slow leaks from screws lodged in the tread - I go in, they take the tire off, fix the problem, put the tire back on in just a few minutes. They're competitively priced, easy to get appointments (I work nights & they have early hours), always polite & friendly, have gone above & beyond to make my life easier. Once I had a heavy, wrecked rim in the bed of the truck; the tech took it out & cleaned it up so I could get the best recycling price; he didn't have to do that & I appreciate the extra effort to help me. Thank you, Casper Peerless, you're awesome!

They may not have the prettiest showroom, but they have the best customer service. They were very good to my wife when we didn't have much money to spend and she needed tires. They have always made time to help if I have an emergency and need my tire repaired. I highly recommend Peerless Tire!

These guys were amazing. They stayed late to fix my leaking tire. I had acquired a screw somewhere between Cheyenne and Casper to visit my daughter. Very friendly good people.

Ive purchased my tires from this location in the past. 5+ years and despite totally different employees, their service has remained consistent. Went back in a few days ago. I wasnt sure theyd even be able to take care of me because it was later in the day. They provided service with a smile and had me hooked up with a new set of tires in less than an hour. In the past when i have stopped by for tire rotations and the like, no issues. Will keep coming to this location. Stellar service.

I was having problems with one of my front tires going low on air every couple of days. I took it here and they fixed the problem. I haven t had any issues since. Thank you so much for great service guys!!

They did okay with price matching a set of tires. When one tire went flat on me twice I took it in for repair. They could not find the issue and put tire back on my truck. Came back a few days later with the same flat tire. Again they found nothing wrong with the tire. They told me "we can't fix something we can't find" and gave my tire back. I then took this tire to another Peerless Tires on CYAvenue (because of road hazard warranty). .they looked at the tire and found the leak before I sat down in the waiting room.

They made sure we were taken care of even if it meant working after 6pm! We had a flat tire outside of Shoshoni and didn't get to Casper until 5:15pm. Competitors weren't willing to help but were willing to send us down the street... Thanks Plains for sending us to the "right" place! Thanks to Colton Angell what an awesome salesman.... I will tell everyone I know to use your business in the future! Thanks a million times over!! Your a good man!

Got the job done in a rude manner. Makes every customer seem like they are stupid. The front desk is great but those who do the tire work are completely rude about any request. Do not recommend coming here.

All good, except that they had said they had the tires that I wanted, I arranged appointment to go there, got there and had to buy other tires because they had sold to someone else the ones we had arranged for me to buy. And said I could go to Denver to get ones like that, or wait several days for them to be brought to Casper

Have bought one set of tires here, these folks are always super courteous and helpful. They do free balance and rotate on tires they've sold and are always good about taking time to answer questions.

We blew three fifth wheel tires and the rims were ruined. They were the only place in town with the rims and they waited for 30 minutes after closing time for us to arrive. We would have been stranded! Great business!

Got 2 new tires from them and they cracked my front driver side hubcap. Gave them my info and they said they would call me when they found a matching hubcap. This was several months ago and still no word. I have chalked it up to a loss but I'll never return to Peerless tires.

Had a slow leak in my back left tire on my pickup went in talked to the service guy and he was quick and responsive and told me that I needed to pull around to the side and the service man was out back as soon as I got there and had my pickup jacked up tire off and took you in and fix the flat

Great customer service and they have always provided me with the best pricing in Casper. Its seems ok to negotiate pricing and they dont get offended.
