I'm not sure about Midas, but I'm not a mechanic either. Went in for an alignment. They told us we need new shocks too. We just had new ones put on about 3000 miles ago, so I'm not sure I trust that opinion. That's all that concerns me.They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, though, and did tell us about a tire issue we have. Keeping us safe is important and greatly appreciated!

Midas in Casper is outstanding. I ve been to them over a period of years for some major and some maintenance work. It s not inexpensive, really no place is, but the car comes back fixed. Recently, I had a flat tire on a Sunday and ended up at a Walmart where they told me that in addition to new tires I needed a brake job. I thanked them and took it to Midas. They didn t even charge me to look at the brakes and tires and told me that they were 50 percent.. They could ve replaced my brakes and I would not have known the difference. But they didn t. I certainly appreciate that. It s good to have a mechanic you can trust.

Midas does a commendable job and repairs or maintains our nicer cars and beaters. Good estimates, good communication, and great customer service! They took great care of my mom while she was in town and needed repairs too.

Friendly, professional - had them visually inspect brakes and they were honest about them not needing any work. As a single woman, I've had bad experiences with shops trying to rip me off so it was very nice they didn't try to do that. Also, on a Saturday morning as I was on my way out of town, I was having trouble getting air into one of my tires. I went in to make an appt for an oil change and asked if they could help me with it while I was there and they graciously did so :)

These guys are great! Have had my car serviced here for many years and never had a complaint. They are always friendly and have great prices. If you haven t been there i recommend giving them a shot! I've been going here for all my automotive needs for the last 6+ years and I can honestly say they do great work and are very honest. Two things I want in an auto shop and are unfortunately hard to find. Fast & Quality Service! I'll never take my Truck to any other shop in town. They were quick to find the problem, fix it, and have it back to me at an extremely fair price. I ve gone to Midas for years and they always take great care of my car. They always point out any potential problems and get it taken care of. I ve had minimal issues with my vehicle since owning it and most of that is due to the high level of care Midas gives.

I rarely give 5 star reviews if ever. But so far this has been an ideal shop to take my nearly 20 year old car. I ve been taking my car to Vista Toyota since before it was Vista Toyota and the last visit to them finally pressed my last nerve. I won t be back to Toyota, but I digress. This review is about Midas of Casper. I dropped my car off, walked to Qdoba and got a breakfast burrito and then walked back to Midas of Casper and my car was done.I got my workout for the day and an oil change two birds one stone. Talking with the owner or co-owner was a pleasant experience. He and his brother took ownership of Midas last year and have been pushing for better service and care. As far as I am concerned, they earned my business after this visit. Its a fair price and a thorough check of the rest of the vehicle. Bravissimo gentleman.

The workers are professional and the waiting area is clean. I don t feel like they try to pressure me to get more work than my car needs at the time, although they diagnose everything that needs checked.

recently moved to Casper and bought a 2004 Infinity FX35 that needed some love. It was a little noisy and the front end shimmied when breaking. Service was fast and diagnostics and price communicated efficiently. Work was even completed the next day. Staff was friendly and the environment was welcoming. Great place for an oil change! They don't price gouge like the rest of casper. Affordable, friendly, and fast!
