I'm not happy! I was there for work but needed an oil change. That wasn't the problem. The problem was they washed my windows with dirty dirty water, then when they aired up my tires, they did not put my caps that were specially ordered back on. What the hell!!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!

My hubby and I both get our oil changes done here. Fast, friendly service. The crew is always super helpful and takes a little extra time to detail our vehicles. Very fast oil change. Less than 15 minutes. Rating 4 stars because of the staff friendliness. Front desk woman was a little rude and had some snippy responses.

On a road trip and they help out big time. The folks in garage area very nice and did a great job! The lady who rang us out super nice and even helped me with my kids who had been stuck in car for 6 hours! If I am ever back up that way I would definitely stop there! I honestly can say we made it from Montana to Texas because of yalls help!

They're usually really busy, but the oil change is good and the staff are helpful. The waiting room is clean and comfortable.

Called them from sheridan to make sure they had the correct filter for my oil change. They confirmed they did. Then I drove 2 hours and waited around for 30 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have the filter after all. This place is terrible don't go to them

Came in just before close and they got my truck serviced and out in a timely manner. Very friendly even though I felt bad for cutting it so close. Highly recommend!

Amazingly fast and friendly service! I was literally in and out in 15 minutes. I truly wish I had a place like this close to home. A necessary stop on our way home on a two week cross country adventure. There's a reason why all of their reviews are positive! A quality business for sure!

Came in for oil change on 6-22-2022 before heading back to Augusta, GA in my Mazda 3. The manager and techs could not have been nicer and I was in and out in no time. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Lube Express!!!

We are full time RV'ers. It was time to get our F250 fluids changed. Lube Express tech did a fine job. I spoke with Brandy and scheduled an appointment the day before. She was very helpful. When we arrived early, she got our truck right due to the amount of work being done.Our experience with Lube Express was outstanding!!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Well to tell you the truth I usually go to Hansen's Quick Lube. But after my experience as of Express today I do believe I will be using them more often they seem to be very professional and very fast at what they do maybe not as fast as others but they go out of their way to make sure you get the best deal they can get you. All in all I'd say five stars awesome service and very friendly people.

Love Express is the Best in town for oil changes. Great staff, quick service done right. Personally I've never had an issue with this company and will continue to have my vehicles serviced here.

Walked in and they took me in right away they checked everything out I m over 2181 miles away from home Since Thursday and really halfway through the states, still have more to go. They were very convenient for me and thorough with my vehicle to keep me going. I would purposely drive to Casper again just to get my vehicle done for my trip! They are always so quick and friendly. I thought I needed an air filter changed but they checked it and determined it was good - they could have easily charged me for it and done it anyway since I really didn t know what I was needing but they were honest and didn t have me paying for unnecessary services.

I m from out of town, and was in Casper for a month for work. The first day in town I noticed my oil leaking after having just gotten it changed before the trip.This place came highly recommended; they found the problem and easily fixed it. I would come here again in a heartbeat.

Not from the area was just out here for work. After I got an oil change here my husband and I were headed out of town to our next jobsite so 20 miles out of town our oil light comes on. The percentage drops to 0% & change oil soon. We stopped beside the road to check and there was NO oil. Now we re stuck on the side of the road, in a 3 degrees weather with no heat cause the truck wouldn t turn back on. Service: Oil change

Rolled into Casper, Wyoming from my home in Bozeman, Montana on my way to Oklahoma for vacation. Noticed oil all over the underside of my truck at a rest area just outside of town. Id just had my oil changed in the previous day and was anxious to find out the issue before something potentially catastrophic happened. Pulled into Lube Express and shared my concern with Brandy at the front reception area and she immediately told me to pull into bay 2 so they could take a look at it. Immediately pulled in explained my situation to Justin who started looking throughout the engine bay and Brian who was looking over the underside. Come to find out my home town oil change people were a little sloppy and left quite a bit of residual oil laying in the trucks drip tray and was blowing out of the tray periodically over my trip. Needless to say it's not everyday you find employees who take pride in their job & take care of customers the way we would all like to be taken care of when we have what we perceive as an emergency. Kudos to the employees who went above and beyond for my situation, it was greatly appreciated. By far hands down the best service I've ever received at any oil change place. Thank you Brandy, Justin & Brian you made my day with the level of service I received. GO GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE .....:)

Provided a fast and easy oil change, and included all other small checks, including power steering, windshield washer fluid fill up, and cabin air filter replacement! Price was reasonable and the staff were very friendly

Although front desk attendant was professional, he wasn't very informative. But, yeah, I just did an oil change. $56 ... not bad. But, the only thing I thought was kinda lame was that I still should have gotten a quick vacuum service and even windex the glass. All I got was a little trash bag... huh.

Got my oil changed here just prior to a long road trip. Upon returning home noticed an oil drip under the car which was never there before. Come to find out they failed to tighten the oil drain plug. The car was literally almost out of oil. It all drained out!!! But that's not the worst part. Once I brought it to their attention, it was like pulling teeth to get an apology, let alone get any compensation. Not good customer service at all. Would not recommend.Update: noticed another oil leak after getting the issue "resolved" , surely it couldn't be the drain plug again... But oh my it was. Not as loose as the first time, but I got a full (easy) turn with the wrench. Cannot believe it. This now seems like I got sabotaged for raising a stink. Everyone makes mistakes but my goodness this doesn't add up. Now it makes sense why the manager told me in a condensending tone "the plug sure is tight now"

I have a jetta tdi and I even supplied the oil filter and was charged $113 and that's with nothing else all they did was drain the old oil and add new. Rip off if you ask meService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great service. I was on my way to Colorado on a hot day, my air conditioner seemed to be having issues. I stopped in Casper at Lune Express and they fixed meRight up with a smile on their face! Thank you!
