TJ and the team at Les Schwab on 2nd street was awesome to deal with, very informative and supportive of my vision with my 2013 ram 1500 and nailed it out of the park. One happy customer here!! Before and after with wheels, tires and 4 lift!!

This place really is head and shoulders above the average tire place. They are responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and customer service oriented. I was so impressed with the friendly service, and the willingness to explain and provide info in a concise manner.I had purchased tires at another shop, which did not meet my expectations. They did not balance my tires correctly and so I took it to Les Schwab, and Josh was quick to set things right. I will not go back to the former place and will give all my business to Les Schwab from now on.It's great to be valued as a customer, even when you're not spending a large amount of money. It builds goodwill and these people deserve your business!

Josh and his staff were amazing. I've found my new tire shop. Customer service was heard of and shoulders above the rest. Thank you guys for helping me get new shoes on my wife's car! I will be back.

Amazing service! I got a flat tire driving through Casper in the latest cold snap, when it was -10 degrees Fahrenheit outside, and TJ did a fantastic job getting me in quickly and taking a look at my tires. I thought I would have to replace the tires, but he re-set the tires on my rim, and I was on my way for a lot less money than I feared. I would recommend this store to any Casper local for their tire needs, and I am going to Les Schwab back home in the Denver area when I need new tires!

Todd and Ryan these guys are the best. They helped me out at the most crucial times, I'm new to Casper WY (California raised) when I needed new tires Ryan and Todd figured out my difficult situation. I've never been in snow b4 and thru trial and error they got me the perfect fitting tire chains for my MUSTANG....yea...city boy got a muscle car in the snow TERRIBLE IDEA!!! but these guys got me what I needed. EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT PEOPLE.

We wrecked a tire while in the middle of Wyoming. I called 10-12 places in multiple towns and the people I spoke with at the downtown Les Schwab in Casper were by far the best spoken, most professional shop we talked to. Got us up and running with 4 new tires for the price quoted and timeframe given. Fantastic!

Great service today. Took in 1 flat tire, and it turned out the damage was terminal. Tire replaced, drove home, and put the wheel back on the car. But, because the Tesla Model Y is a dual motor 4 wheel drive, I had to get back to get the other 3 tires changed, too. Kept the guys late, well after closing time, and they were very professional and happy to help.

Highly recommend this shop! I had a brake emergency when visiting from out of state and they were amazing to get me in right away. They talked me through the entire process and did an amazing job. I wish I was local so I could be a return customer.

Ryan and his team are amazing. They where able to get my car in fix my tire and just was so sweet about making sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend this company to my family and friends as I have used this company for years. Thanks again Ryan and team.

On July 22, 2023 I lost a hub on my truck being a Saturday there isn't a lot of shops open, but the ones I visited were absolutely zero help either, I came into Les Schwab's and was met by Josh. Josh immediately helped me get my truck looked at, and a quote worked up for them to complete the work. Josh even took the extra second of his time to jack the other side of my truck up and check the other hub and offered me to borrow his truck. I greatly appreciate Josh and his teams efforts this Saturday and HIGHLY recommend this Les Schwab's to everyone! Thank you Josh!

I went in this morning to get my tires rotated.They said it would be a hour wait because there was someone ahead of me. They then came out and said we can make it happen and get you inThey not only rotated my tires quickly but also said no chargePeople that make the extra effort and spend the extra energy to help others need to be recognized. Always great, I have had them pull soo many screws out of my tires and it is never a hassle, bought tires there once and it was all reasonably priced, no issues.

These people were wonderful, friendly and efficient. They also had accidentally charged me for 2 parts and called me first thing the next morning to explain and give me my refund. I appreciate honesty and integrity in a company.

I went in for a flat and turned out both back tires were in dangerous condition. These wonderful gentlemen helped me out with tires out of pure concern and kindness. I can't express my gratitude and they'll be the only place I go to in Casper from now on. Thank you gentlemen!

I had gotten a flat in March, and when the spare was changed, something happened and my lugnuts started to loosen when I drove my truck...even just down the street. I went to Plains, and they patched my good tire and re-mounted it free of charge for me! As always, amazing people , above and beyond service!! I have gone here since I moved here for my tire needs. I've never had a single complaint! THANK YOU AGAIN! such wonderful people. With our wonderful wyoming energy!

Had a nail in my tire they got me in right away and my car done in a timely manner. They are so kind here I won t go anywhere else! Great prices too! There s lots to do around there while you wait for your vehicle too. No issues with my tire after repair

Plains Tire was amazing today! Ryan, who helped facilitate my tire purchase and installation was absolutely fantastic! I was able to get same-day service at a lower price than a competitor. From his great smile to his excellent service and promises kept! I highly recommend them! I had a great experience today! Thank you all so much!

They were able to get me in quickly and my oil change took less than an hour! This is the only place I've ever gotten my oil changed that didn't wash my windshield though, which is why I gave the 4 stars. I have been other places in Casper that vacuum and wash the windshield for no additional charge. Just a suggestion for better customer service. Otherwise a very decent experience!

Opon leaving work Oct 14th, my tire moniter said 17lbs so I drove to Les Schwab Plains Tire and the guys were great! They told me not to worry flat repairs were free and the happily took care of my tire. The whole crew was very friendly, great customer service

Good afternoon, today at approximately 11am I went to that company to change the oil and filter and additional rotation of tires, I asked for an estimate because my budget is very tight (like that of many other people) one Once the information of my vehicle (Audi Q7 2008 3.6L) was provided, they told me that said repair would be approximately $85 (they told me that it could go up a bit, that worries me because as indicated my budget is very tight, just imagine that if it was produced a greater expense the company would call to request my approval or not), in the end the company called me at approximately 4 pm to tell me that my car was ready, I told my daughter that she would ask the man how much was the total of the invoice, they told him that approximately $85 seemed fine to me, when I arrived at the place to pick up my vehicle another person (not the one who received the vehicle) came to make the delivery and informed me that the invoice was for $168.48, because according to the oi l for my vehicle it was special for $130 (I have had my vehicle for 7 years and I always use the oil indicated in the owner's manual and the cost was never more than $40) and the filter they placed has a cost of $10? (I have doubts about the quality of this filter, its function being so important for the durability of the engine), I can understand that the oil is very special but that was neither estimated nor discussed, much less approved by me because I don' t have that money for that repair (that was not foreseen), a very special oil and a garbage filter (that is wrong)... gentlemen, in short, this repair was a total inconvenience and a waste of money.

Dude. Nothing but good things to say about these guys. Todd at the helm, gave me both confidence and a good deal when I had to make a critical tire purchase decision. It turned out great and am stoked. Also, Josh. I tried to tip him out $5 in advance to take care of my wheels as he handled them. I put it in his hand and walked away. Later Todd said thanks but we can t take tips. Do you see the picture. No one saw me give him the $5. Honest as heck he gave the five pesos to his boss and handed it off to me. Legit. Thanks dudes.

These guys are amazing! We are customers with one of our trucks and brought in a different truck that had tires we did not buy there. Got a rotation and a flat fixed all courtesy of the store. This isn't the first either. Highly recommend!!!

They fixed my flat for free! I go here for my oil changes etc also. Super friendly staff and Exceptional work!! Definitely recommend this place. Todd Champagne is as good as they come, goes above and beyond for his customers, and the people working in the shop are just as great. They always do an exceptional job in a time fashion. The only place I will go for everything they offer. Keep up the great work guys!

These guys are great! They provide quality and timely service for a good price. Ryan, the fellow that s helped me put tires on both mine and my fianc� s vehicle, worked with me to select the best tires and perform a few repairs whenever I had tire trouble. I would recommend plains for anyone needing tires in Casper.

Ryan and crew have been absolute lifesavers. My partner and I were on our way to Denver for a very important concert when we noticed a weird shudder in the car. We brought it in for an alignment when they realized it was a much worse issue. Ryan went above and beyond to find the parts needed and made sure he did everything he could to get us back on the road as fast as possible. We can t thank them enough!

Let me tell you Ryan and Joe where amazing. We had a flat and was running on a donut. Well no where in Casper did they sell that size tire. Ryan went above and beyond to fix our problem. Wonderful people.

Best customer service I've received at an auto shop! I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in the door and in 10 minutes flat Todd gave me pricing for my tire and oil change and my keys were with him. Upon picking up my truck I was informed by Joe, the assistant manager that I had a water pump leak, he took pictures and was kind enough to give me a price estimate on how much it would be and suggested ways to tend to it until I get it fixed. They were both so helpful and I'm grateful for the stress free experience. I stopped in on a whim and I will most definitely be back!
