The staff were all super helpful, quick, and proficient! I noticed a low tire yesterday and after looking further noticed a nail in the worst possible spot sticking out. They assured me to bring it in and they would do the best they could this morning! Unfortunately the tire wasn't repairable, but the team went above and beyond to get me back on the road and they did just that! I was able to replace my rear tires and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! Thank you Les Schwab Tire Center East Casper!

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! Manager needs to work on his customer service... I don't know what's wrong with my car. I'm not a mechanic. THAT'S WHY I WENT TO a highly RATED LOCATION. I didn't realize I needed to know more than him to even get them to look at my car. It felt great to be told that what I thought was wrong wasn't. Made me feel stupid for not knowing anything about cars. Told him that my friend (that is a retired machanic) said it might be my alignment. Who had a hooked it up to his 'computer' and had no codes pop up. And recommended this business. only for Mike to tell me, "Oh no, it sounds like it's your tires... " continued to condincededly question me... does your friend have the equipment to check. I mentioned more about what was going on... only for him to tell me "oh well that sounds like it's your brakes." I said it shouldn't be because I just had those replaced but ok maybe. Next, he was probably going to tell me it was a driver malfunction!!! I had no words asked, "So you don't want to take my car and check?" Cause it just felt like he wanted to argue and prove to me that he was smarter than me about obviously something I went to a "friendly professional" for help. I wasn't claiming to know that I knew what was wrong with my car. I could have cared less if I was right or wrong. I just wanted my car fixed.Then he leaned over the counter and said "look this is what we could do... we'd be happy to take a look" I'm already crying and annoyed. So I left because why do I need to be talked down to and embarrassed. Because lets make you feel stupid for having to come to a machanic. I didn't need manxplaining!!! NOT HELPFUL OR FRIENDLY!!!My husband was meeting me there so he went in and said all he did was make excuses and didn't even apologize. we aren't going there ever!!! And have an appointment elsewhere.

They guys have taken care of me very well. Bought a set of tires and the warranty is phenomenal. Also had some TPMS issues and they handled it efficiently. Thank you!

$ 400 per set of tires cheaper than big O. Plus cleaner cut help, faster service and even though i got there near closing time, they were happy to help me. Even went the extra mile and cleaned the mud off inside rims, now suburban drives smoother than it ever did.

I have used this location for 10 years now, and always been treated well, and brought all my tire and alignment work in. Well brought in a truck with aftermaket (better) components in for an alignment. On intake, the guy at the front desk, who ive never seen before, runs his mouth about how they should charge me for the look over of the truck last time i brought it in, if they didnt do any of the work they recommended. After i tell him i installed better stuff, he throws a fit about how they are supposed to align it. Mike calls me a bit later, wanting to make sure i know, and gets my go ahead. He was curtious as always!Jump ahead to pick up today, 3/26 at 4pm. The guy that did the intake was mopping the floor. When the tech starts to ring me out, the guy that did the intake pipes up and say thats the worse alignment weve ever done and starts to run his mouth about how many times it took and how hard it was. I made a comment, then ignored him.Quite unimpressed.

If I could leave more stars I would!!On 2 different occasions in the last week while traveling for the Holidays these guys came in clutch! I somehow cracked 2 rims on my truck and these guys were more then helpful in getting the problem diagnosed, addressed and my family and I back on the road.Thank you to the whole staff for being Honest, professional and not trying to take advantage of a bad situation.

Huge HUGE rave to Les Schwab-Mike and his awesome team!! Needed new tires asap. As I sat and waited I was able to witness their customer service first hand. Also was able to experience it myself. They made me feel welcome, they looked at my tire and gave me the knowledge what to look for when it is time for new tires. They didn t try to up sale me anything. Multiple employees were engaged with me, talking me thru the types, rates, explaining their warranty. The team commodity made it feel like it would be a fun place to work. Multiple people were helping and answering phones, while in and out working on cars. Multitasking to the fullest but never dropping the ball on helping or greeting other customers. they definitely have my future business. Great job Les Schwab!!

I worked with TJ at the Les Schwab on Wyoming Blvd. He helped me to put together a lift kit, new wheels, and tires.I spent hours researching and planning on my own but TJ was able to help me pick through the options and find the kit that gave me exactly the look I was going for.He was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and patient sales rep you could ask for. He went above a beyond to discuss wheel offsets, spacing, and all the factors going in to finding a no rub/no cut solution.Duane was the tech who did the install and the two of them spent extra time when the job was done to walk though everything and discuss the install of the kit and what modifications had to be made.If you are considering a lift kit or just a custom look with wheels and tires, TJ is the guy to get you sorted out.My ONLY criticism/critic is that this store does not seem to use seat or floor covers for the technicians when they get in the vehicle. I believe TJ and Duane did their best to keep things clean without too much of a mess. These guys work hard and do a dirty job, the management at the store should get them stick on coverings or something so they have less to worry about.TJ and Duane, thanks again for an awesome job and all of your help.

So I stopped in due to tire not holding air. The service and professionalism was magnificent. The entire staff from management to associates gave me 1st class treatment. I was so impressed!!! I wasn t charged a cent and when offered to give a tip they wouldn t accept it. I m a Black man and was treated better than anyone with the same pigmentation as myself. I ve been in public relations for years. This was the best service! Thank you and JEHOVAH GOD bless you!

Traveling through and had a tire problem. I would definitely come here again. Staff was helpful, knowledgeable and provided great customer service. They quickly had us back on the road with a new set of trailer tires. Thank you Jim!

Thank you just doesn t seem like enough to express my gratitude for the service I received. My tire blew not too far from Casper. As an African-American man traveling through the area, I wasn t too sure what to expect when I walked in the doors. Long story short, not only James but the entire staff was great! I felt very comfortable and pleasantly surprised about it. I would definitely recommend their service. They re great people!! Bless you James! My family and I appreciated your kindness.

If I could of left zero stars I would of. I've been coming to Les Schwab for years and years in 3 different states. The tech today told me to make sure my oil is cool next time I come in for a oil change. Mind you I didn't drive my car all day except to go there. When my Husband called the manager supported the employees actions and blatantly lied and said he heard me in the lobby saying why is this taking so long when I never ever said that. Regardless though I've never been told to make sure my oil is cool before I get a oil change.

Mike and all the guys did a great job taking care of me. Got me in and out with a new pair of snow tires. While I was there I saw them take care of several customers who all seemed happy with their experience. Highly recommend you give these guys a chance to earn your tire business.

Been coming to this place for years, since before it was Les Schwab. Its not the company name that makes the place, but the men who have been there and done such a good job for so long!!! MIKE! I highly recommend Plains Tire! My tire pressure monitor went off while driving in the first snowstorm of the season. I pulled into the shop without an appointment, and Mike took care of me. He checked and filled all four tires and gave me peace of mind to drive 150 miles home. He was simply amazing!

I called these guys 30 minutes before closing to see if they could patch my tire after running over some wood in the road.With traffic, I got there 12 minutes before they closed. The service was amazing! They were great and had my tire patched in 12 minutes! Complementary even!

I purchased my tires at Les Schwab in Washington State in spring of 2022. Now living in Casper Wyoming, I took my vehicle in to have the tires rotated, and they made sure all tires had the proper inflation, and sent me on my way. There is no charge for this service, and they reminded me of this service via email. Thank you for being fast, and very friendly.

On my way home to Idaho from Colorado Springs, I faced some pretty nasty roads. I stopped in Casper and popped into Les Schwab to see if they had any snow tires that would fit my car they didn t have any of my size in stock, but they could have ordered some that would ve arrived the next day. HOWEVER James Alva (Jim, the assistant manager) went out of his way personally and made sure to get me the tires that I needed the same day so that I could get back on the road. While I waited, I was just so delighted by and thankful for their continuous customer service. They helped me find the best and safest route back to Idaho and talked me down from an incredibly stressed out state of mind. I m just baffled by these guys. I really felt like family to them and I ve never been more impressed by hospitality than I was here. Don t go anywhere else but here for tires, PLEASE.

Fast, courteous and professional. Needed all new tires on my pickup that had to be towed in. Stopped in, gave them a heads up and picked out tires. Told me it would probably be 2 hours or so, but called me 1.5 hours later that it was ready and to come get it. Great service!

Awesome customer service!! I got my tore rotation here, Very patient employee s. I have seen a lady with very aggressive behavior, the way employee handled the situation is impressive. I had my truck tires replaced last here a while ago the service is so good at that time too.Due to snow storms arriving they are pretty busy with little longer wait times like all other tire shops around, i cannot complain on this issue.I also recommend this place for oil change, i have done it before. Their pricing is pretty reasonable compared to many around with great service.

These folks are courteous, professional, and friendly. My wife and I were 2500 miles into a 4000 mile road trip and developed a leak in our tire. I was going just go to a convenience store and get air but, decided $2.00 for a couple pounds of air was a bit pricey. My wife suggested we go to LS Plains for air. Not only did we get air but, they professionally repaired the leak. It took less than 30 minutes and they charged us $0.00. What a great company and what a great store.

Great service! Friendly and very fast! Oil change, flat repair and tire rotation all in about an hour. They even did the flat repair and rotation for free. Thank you!

Good afternoon, today at approximately 11am I went to that company to change the oil and filter and additional rotation of tires, I asked for an estimate because my budget is very tight (like that of many other people) one Once the information of my vehicle (Audi Q7 2008 3.6L) was provided, they told me that said repair would be approximately $85 (they told me that it could go up a bit, that worries me because as indicated my budget is very tight, just imagine that if it was produced a greater expense the company would call to request my approval or not), in the end the company called me at approximately 4 pm to tell me that my car was ready, I told my daughter that she would ask the man how much was the total of the invoice, they told him that approximately $85 seemed fine to me, when I arrived at the place to pick up my vehicle another person (not the one who received the vehicle) came to make the delivery and informed me that the invoice was for $168.48, because according to the oil for my vehicle it was special for $130 (I have had my vehicle for 7 years and I always use the oil indicated in the owner's manual and the cost was never more than $40) and the filter they placed has a cost of $10? (I have doubts about the quality of this filter, its function being so important for the durability of the engine), I can understand that the oil is very special but that was neither estimated nor discussed, much less approved by me because I don't have that money for that repair (that was not foreseen), a very special oil and a garbage filter (that is wrong)... gentlemen, in short, this repair was a total inconvenience and a waste of money.

New customer came in with a nail in my tire on a Saturday morning. They got me in an out with a fixed tire and put air in the rest of my tires in less that 30 minutes.Total price: FREE.Amazing service on top of all that. Very friendly.I will never go anywhere else for tires in Casper.
