Trustworthy, Professional, Thorough, and reasonably priced. I've had my trucks, suv's, trailers, cars, (sounds like I have a dealership huh lol) vans, worked on at Kellys. I've been going to Kellys for a while, the only time I had to go back was (wasn't their fault) for warranty on a drivers side strut.Everything from alignments to starter replacement, rear end work, wheel bearings, radiators, etc. I THINK, the only thing they don't do is engine replacement! I bet they could, but... nope, they don't. Highly recommend.

Very nice people to work with! did an excellent job on repairing my truck. Fast service, and nice people. The shop area was clean and organized. My go to now for our vehicles. Best experience I have had.

On my way moving to Montana my car needed a part repaired. I was as recommended to go here. They were so nice and professional! They were fair on their price, friendly, and made sure I got the warranty for the part in case something went wrong with the part in Montana. Definitely would use them if I lived there. Also the lady in the front office was very nice and was a joy talking to.

Kelly is awesome! I called for an estimate to have my clutch replaced and was given an estimate hundreds of dollars less than anyone else I had talked to. I was a little concerned that the final bill would be much more but it came back right at the estimate I was given! We were wheel-less and were told it would be a couple days before getting the vehicle back but Kelly called about 5 hours after dropping it off to tell us it was already finished! Her and her team are amazing! They helped us out of a bind and didn't gouge us in the process! Great business and very professional! I will never go to any other shop!Service: Transmission

My experience with Kelly was the most unprofessional and downright degrading. We called to get an estimate when our brakes went out. After seeing the vehicle, Kelly called me to inform me that the actual cost would be an extra $100- almost double the original estimate. When I simply asked where the extra amount was coming from, she raised her voice, and berated me about the definition of the word, "estimate." When I explained that I understand what the word means, but would like to know what exactly I am spending my money on- she angrily told me I was welcome to take my vehicle elsewhere- in retrospect, that would have been the better choice. However, as the vehicle had no brakes, and the tow would have cost me even more money, I said, "No, I would like to have your fix it, I just was trying to gain clarification on the price. Will my vehicle be ready today?" To which, she condescendingly explained to me how they had 39 other vehicles to take care of, and couldn't be sure- she scheduled my vehicle for that, specific day.When my husband went to pay, and pick up the vehicle, she made a point to tell him, "Your wife does not understand what the word estimate means..." and continued to degrade me questioning the amount.Later- my brakes still weren't acting right, and I asked another mechanic to take a look at it. He said, "your brake fluid is empty, and it seems like your brakes weren't bled correctly, if at all. I would take your vehicle back over there and show them." As it was late in the day, I called on my way over, only to have Kelly yell at me that they couldn't be sure what the issue was, and they would have to see my vehicle... I had to interrupt her constant shouting to say, "I understand, I just want to know how we fix this." She snapped that they would schedule me to come back in- over a week later. When I explained I would be out of town, and would need to first make arrangements, she yelled, "Fine! Just bring it in tomorrow!" I hung up the phone, and did not go back. I took my vehicle to another shop, and happily paid to have them fix it.Service: Brakes

We were passing through on a trip and our car wouldn't start after fueling up. A local auto parts store told us it was the alternator and recommended Kelly's. Thank goodness! They got us in right away. After diagnosing, they told us that it was just the battery that had to be replaced. They quickly did the work and got us in our way. We are so thankful to this local, family run place!

Got my Peterbilt aligned. Fast and friendly service had me in and out in less than 2hrs. Truck no longer wanders down the road. Filled me in on what was done and how far it was adjusted. The staff and mechanics at Kelly's alignment are so great! They go out of their way to provide great service. They even offered and hooked up a cord to recharge my dying phone while I waited.

We were passing through Casper and one of the axles on our 5th wheel trailer needed to be aligned. They took us right in and quickly resolved our problem. Great folks and super service.

I have never been treated as poorly as I was by Kelly. Very disrespectful over the phone when there was issue with scheduling then when I went to pay and pick up my vehicle, I expressed the disrespect we received over the phone, explaining it should've been handled differently. She piped back by CROSSING HER ARMS, LEANING OVER THE COUNTER AND MOCKING ME... Professional? The when I asked the speak to her husband (the owner) she hollered out into the shop "mike, we have a little girl with an attitude that wants to talk to you".... When I expressed that I will not be returning do to such disrespect I got a "thank goodness" in return...Service: Steering & suspension repair

Finding a good mechanic is a painful experience. I dread it. I was recommended to go to Kelly's Alignment. I had a bad grinding sound in one of my wheels. They found a rock in my brake. Didn't charge me a dime. That doesn't happen often enough. They earned a new customer with that level of service!

The brakes were completely shot in my car, and I went Kelly's looking for someone who could do the work at a price I could afford.Although Kelly's couldn't help me at the time, the person at their front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn't get) helped me find a shop that could work with me on payments so I could get the work done that day.I was amazed that this person took the time and effort to help me, even though it didn't bring their shop any business. Because of this I will keep Kelly's in mind for any future automotive work I need, and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Was out hunting in the Casper area and had some brake issues. Called Kelly on a whim to see if there was any possible way I could get the truck in. Kelly confirmed that there was a cancellation and they could do it. We arrived around 10:15 am and were driving away with 1 new caliper and a set of back brakes and rotors a little after noon. Unbelievable service for the short notice. Highly recommended.Service: Brakes

I love these guys !! We had an engine swap done on a p.t. cruiser and the guys here did a wonderful job the fixed everything and then some . Anytime we had question we drive the car right back up there and they would immediately take a look at it and if anything was wrong they fixed it FREE OF CHARGE after the swap until the vehicle was tip top

Very disappointed. Was referred by a coworker/mechanic. Drove the car to my home and noticed it was shaking. My hubby checks the oil and no oil in it at all! Got charged for a oil change but no oil in my car! Hope there isn't no more damage that it caused. Was told Saturday morning someone would come and check it out. Waited and nobody showed up! Very dissappointed! Will not recommend if this doesn't get corrected!

I have used Kelly's on four separate occasions and every time they were fair, honest and did excellent work. On each of the four occurrences, I had other repair shops give me estimates of "necessary repairs" and on all four, Kelly's proved them wrong saving me thousands of dollars.

I heard nothing but great about this place, had a timing belt done and got the car back missing bolts, power steering resorvoir hanging against belt and missing radiator overflow cap, one thing good is the owner came out after hours and put everything back together except radiator overflow cap, its been a few weeks still waiting on cap and the promised detail from them will update when received, (update) 9-25-18. My timing belt i had done came apart!! Called they offered to redo it but did Not want the headache its in honda getting done now, I would stay far away from this mechanic shop!
