Samantha and crew were professional, courteous and quick. I had a fitting leak on my transmission cooler and could not afford to leave the truck over the weekend. They got me in and out the door in less that two hours on a Friday afternoon and were very fair on the charges. Definitely recommend KB.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

kb mechanics is awesome! been dealing with them for about 6 years now. they have excellent customer service very family setting an have integrity. I was in town from out of state and the water pump went out on my Tahoe. KB Mechanics was highly recommended by a family member. I managed to keep the car full of coolant until the shop opened up on Monday. The guys at the shop worked me right in and got the car fixed by early afternoon. I know how much of a pain it is to get to most water pumps, and the charge for labor was very reasonable. Considering that I was from out of town, I am thankful and impressed that this shop went above and beyond for me. I plan to recommend all of my friends and family living in Casper to get their cars serviced at KB.

Fair, honest, speedyLet me tell you, I was in a bind being over 1500 miles from home when my fuel pump busted. We were leaving and heading home in less than 24 hours. Not only did he repair my truck very quickly, but his honesty and professionalism are top notch. He got me up and going in less than 4 hours AND didn't take advantage of my situation. He even gave me a ride to the hotel while I waited! If you are in Casper Wyoming and need a mechanic, give these guys a call!!!

The mechanics here do quality work at a fair price. You can probably find someone cheaper, but you won't get better work or better service. They've been great about explaining why I need work done, what it involves, and when I need to get it done. I won't go anywhere else in town.

Went to go pick up my boyfriend s truck, they were extremely rude and not professional. Then we come to figure out that we have to pay another $4,000 just to fix the problem they made with the engine. They are clearly not good at fixing engines, and they also didn t fix everything we had discussed needed to, so we ended up paying more just to put it back into the shop. I do not recommend coming to this mechanic s shop. Definitely did not intend to pay for such poor quality of work.

So unprofessional. Disrespectful. Had them do a 3 hour job, took them over a month. And they didn t do nothing I asked. Had three people working on it, no one knew what had been done or what still had to be done on it. When I got it back ran the same way it did. They did nothing but take my money. So don t waste your money here.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were honest and upfront throughout the entire process, and didn't try to gouge us on the price of for extra services. They even called the next day to follow up and make sure that the repairs had been completed to our satisfaction. Excellent service. Nice people.

Good repairs at a reasonable cost!I have taken my vehicles to KB's multiple times now and always had a good experience. This last time they were very busy and it took longer than normal, but our vehicle had almost 200,000 miles on it and had sprung multiple leaks. So once they had fixed the first leak and we thought it was good, the vehicle had another leak and they got us in and out quickly to fix all the leaks. They are always thorough, call with the estimate, and fix what was discussed. I've read some other reviews and people have to understand that vehicles are always finicky, especially if they are older and have many miles on them. KB does a good job to diagnosis the issue, but sometimes the issues are not always clear. I would definitely recommend KB's to anyone because they are reasonably priced and always provide great mechanic work!

My Wife and I were recently traveling through Wyoming battling the snowy roads and 60+ mile an hour gusts thinking our day was pretty rough, when about 4:30 a spark plug decided to jettison itself from my engine and stripping the threads with it. This really made a bad day worse, and I figured at 4:30, chances that spending a night in Casper were pretty high. While I was assessing the situation a bit more, the wife began calling shops, and thankfully K B was one of them, they answered and were a little hesitant at first, all three bays had a disassembled vehicle in them, but they would see what they could do and give us a call back. Well about 15 minutes later they gave us a call, and though they close at 5 said they'd get us in and fixed up so we could hit the road, and they sure did. We got in, and about and they got us fixed up in about an hour, it came time to settle up, and the price was extremely fair, much better than I expected. They had me by the fine hairs, and could have easily gouged me, and I'd have paid it but they didn't. We were back on the road battling the winds and very thankful that K B got us in. If they were closer to home, they'd be my go to Mechanic shop!

Aaron Warborg, the owner of KB Mechanics, jumped right on my motorcycle repair and replaced a ruptured radiator hose on my Triumph 2016 Rocket III Roadster so that I could resume my cross-country trip. Aaron opened for business Monday morning and found me sleeping next to my disabled motorcycle, right where the tow truck operator deposited me around midnight. Thank you, Aaron, for your consideration. The repair was first class. I recommend KB Mechanics.

Keith and Miranda, the owners, take good care of their customers. They do the work that is needed and don't try to add on extra unneeded services. They follow up with you to make sure everything is satisfactory. Highly recommend.
