I have a couple of raves for Jarrod and Impact. I had a pipe fall on my 1956 Chevrolet sedan not long after it was painted. I left it there for 10 years when Jarrod look at it at a car show. He said let me see what I can do. He wasn't sure about the satin paint finish, but he removed the tail light and you cant even tell there was ever a dent there! Jarrod is extremely professional and trust worthy! Highly recommend Impact.

Had a small dent in the hood of a 2012 Dodge Ram from a hood prop rod. Jarrod was able to remove the dent without damage to the paint while I waited. Highly recommend Impact!!

On 30 AUG 23, I drove my 2023 Mini John Cooper Works Clubman All4 that I had ordered from the Mini dealership to a jet car wash, and while drying my Clubman, I noticed a 1" door dent on the driver door about 6" below the door handle. I called Impact Paintless Dent Repair and made an appointment to remove my door dent at 9 AM on the next day. Jarrod was the technician who removed my door dent within an hour, restoring my Clubman to its factory condition, which appears to have been created by a door ding from another car. I requested that Jarrod do an inspection of my Clubman with his yellow lighting in his shop bay to detect any other dents that aren't visible to the naked eye to someone like myself who isn't skilled at detecting dents. To my surprise, Jarrod found 2 more dents on the left and right sides of the hood of my Clubman just in front of the windshield, which looked like they were smooshes from transportation straps from the Mini Plant in Oxford, England, to the ship, to the Los Angeles port, to the truck, and finally to the dealer. Jarrod was able to remove these 2 hood dents within an hour, along with the door dent. Jarrod is a highly skilled dent technician who understands the stresses on the metal or aluminum of the dents, and how to go about removing the dents without cracking the paint, restoring to the original factory condition. I will take any new car that I purchase in the future to Impact Paintless Dent Repair to detect any dents that occurred during the transportation process from the manufacturer. As a retired logistics manager, I sent an E-mail to the Mini dealership Sales and Service bosses in an effort to improve on the logistics process and prevent dents during transportation. Here were my recommendations to the Mini dealership: 1) Recommend to Mini USA that the Oxford Plant install 1-inch door-ding pads on all side doors to prevent door dings during transport; 2) Recommend to Mini USA to increase any padding for strapping along the hood of any Minis during transport; 3) Recommend that the Mini dealership have a Paintless Dent Repair Shop inspect their new Minis for any dent damage from transport and repair before delivering to the customer, and then place the Mini in a parked location away from other cars where a door ding can t happen before delivering to the customer.

Talented, professional, timely, perfection!100% recommend Wyoming s Impact PDR and the amazing service that Jarrod Barclay and Jeremy Barclay provided. The result of fixing my very rare 1970 Roadrunner was astonishing. They made what appeared to be a very expensive and labor intense problem into a very simple fix and affordable solution! We had a long dent under the handle of the driver s side door and the guys at Impact did their magic. I couldn t tell it was ever there. They went the extra mile and fixed a small dent by the gas opening. TheyWe re courteous and fixed it in a timely manner. They earn their pay.

My husband and I bought a vehicle site unseen from a dealership in Utah, the car looked to be in great condition in pictures, but once we had the vehicle in our possession my husband found a ton of small dents. I was so upset, but it was no big deal for Jarrod and the guys at Impact. They took my car in on a Wednesday morning and had it back by the end of the day and not one dent to be found!! Amazing people and amazing work! Highly recommend

These guys are WIZARDS. They literally work magic. I've taken my Silverado here 6 times and just got back with my brother's Camaro and I am always impressed. Door dings, rock dings, hail dings, even a 22mm socket doesn't stand a chance. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Impact is the only place I go for PDR. These guys ROCK!

Jarrod & Jeremy do phenomenal work! My brand new car was hammered by hail and they restored it to pristine condition and was spotless when I picked it up. And I don't know what they did...but the interior smells like bubble gum (which I love). To top it off, they are super nice guys too!

These guys are MAGIC!! They fixed a dent on my Silverado tailgate, so I had them fix one on my new BMW door, sooooo happy I then had them fix one on my Harley. Unbelievable what a great job; my rides look new again and unbelievable what an inexpensive price!

Impact paintless Dent repair probably one of the best In casper. They were totally focused on repairing my driver's door and went out of their way to make sure I could get the vehicle back as soon as possible. After seeing the quality work they did on my parent's vehicle, I took my car down for a minor dent repair in the door. The customer service was excellent, they got to it right away and had it completed quickly and the dent gone. Amazing work and I highly recommend!

These guys ROCK!! I had a Dodge Ram right front passenger door that wouldn't open. I stopped by without an appointment, and Jared and Jeremy had me on my way in about 15 minutes flat, with a fully functioning door and a big smile! The price was beyond reasonable, and now I know where to go for all my future dent repair needs. Just wish there was a way to give them more than 5 stars!!!

Do you know of any other Paintless Dent Repair shops in the Casper area? Okay so maybe there s one, but I d bet my ride that it s not as good as Impact PDR. I don t trust ANYONE touching/driving my car except this outfit. The owner, Jarrod Barclay owns some of the most well taken care of vehicles in the area. The care of his own cars is a direct reflection of the work that was done on my WRX. His many years experience and pride taken in his work are a force to be reckoned with. For any and all of your dent repair needs, please give these guys a call!

Impact fixed our 2017 WRX after getting hail damage. The entire process was fast and easy. They only had our car a day and a half and it came out perfect. I can't say enough about how good their work is and how easy they are to work with.
